I arrived with a box truck to get 25 rolls of insulation. As I got to the isle it was blocked off. I waited 20 minutes while the employee ignored me, after making eye contact twice I asked if I could get some insulation, he stated that I had to wait until he’s done. After another 20 minutes I just walked out. They lost thousands so a rude employee could do inventory during peak hours. I stopped in Dyson’s and was out in 20 mins. I can’t wait until home depot is up and running.

I'm giving Lowe's 4 stars instead of 5 and the only reason for this is simply their prices are higher than Walmart and Amazon. Now in my opinion because Amazon delivers no way should their prices be cheaper than Lowe's but they are for the same products. Walmart is also cheaper. However Lowe's does offer price matching. The flip side is that none of us think to check with other stores while in Lowe's shopping so after you purchase something from Lowe's the next day you go to Walmart for some groceries and while you're there you realize everything you bought the day before at Lowe's that Walmart sells is cheaper and then you start to calculate and you realize you would have saved $80 if you shopped around for each and every item. Even knowing this I still shop at Lowe's. I like Lowe's and if you ever want something high dollar from there if you can wait for it, They always have good deals on black Friday and presidents day. I'll continue to shop after Lowe's myself even knowing I'm kinda getting screwed $$ wise because it's easy to shop there and the staff is always helpful and nice to deal with. Plus they really have a large selection of different products making it easy to cross off the items on your list.

Been shopping at Lowe's for years and can usually find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. Often find myself over hearing others looking for an item and can often offer assistance as I've come to know the store so well.

Everyone is helpful and nice there. But the self check outs have made my shopping experience a nightmare. They don't work most of the time. The poor associate is bouncing from every single kiosk to help everyone who is having issues with these damned machines. Heaven forbid you have military discount.
The checkout lanes are now tighter, and those with larger items are blocking the kiosks, NOT their fault of course. These self check out kiosks NEED to GO! HORRENDOUS. The workers are so sweet and helpful, and everyone is fed up with these self check out monstrosities.

While 95.9% of consumers have used self-checkout machines, statistics show theft increases by up to 65% at self-checkout compared to a traditional checker.
You want to make people happy, get rid of these machines. While I'm sure corporate pushed them as a way to reduce cost of paying a human to man a checkout station, the loss will be heavier with theft. Give people jobs and support the local economy instead of pandering to lowe's corporate.

Non-exist customer service. We needed a storm door down because all the sizes were up top. We asked 1 person, wasn’t her department. We asked another person, he’ll get to us when he can. 30 min goes by 2 screaming babies at this point. Not 1 representative in any aisle. I go up to the front and make them radio around for help. Go back wait another 20 in the aisle for help. No one again. Go around the store again and after 50 min of waiting and asking anyone we could find and our kids screaming from the long wait. We finally got the door. We will only use Ace from now on. Those people love to help whereas Lowe’s, makes you feel like you’re the problem for asking. Ridiculous.

I have just experienced the worst experience ever in Lowes ever! The manager Harry has a really redneck attitude and is super disrespectful! ZACH along with another Manager wasn’t pleasant at all! I will never ever come back to this location! Please do not make an online order at this location, you may be stopped and Asked about stealing accusations if you are Black! Really eye opening moment and super embarrassing.

I went in looking for replacement bolts for a loft bed and I was totally lost as to which ones I needed. There was an employee in the same isle but she had no interest in helping anyone. A man named Sam walked up and helped me without even having to ask. He showed me a board on the wall that shows you what size screw you need, thread and etc... he could not find the other size I needed and had another gentleman from the tool department come help I believe his name was Dave. I am so thankful for them without their help I would have bought the wrong item so thank you so much for taking the time to make sure I got the correct item

DO NOT BUY doors from this locations, they hire someone to install them, who canceled a million times, installed BOTH doors incorrectly, one we couldn't lock, and the other wouldn't stay shut. They took 5 months, more cancelations to send out someone to fix them. So for 5 months I had to prop things, tie the doors down and deal with coming home to my basement fully exposed doors wide open due to the incorrect install. Then refused to even compensate me for the inconvenience because they don't have a normal "procedure" for this kind of refund.

Went to look at washing machines. After about 15 minutes found what we wanted. There was no customer service representative in the appliance department the whole time. After waiting another 5 minutes saw a lowes employee. Not his department. Made an announcement that a customer needed assistance in appliances. Waited another 10 minutes and still no representative. Decided to go to the customer service desk to try to get help. No customer service desk. I did find about 6 employees standing around talking. Asked how to go about buying a washing machine. One of the ladies seemed annoyed that I bothered them and said Brian just went back to appliances. So we go back to appliances and Brian is helping someone else. Brian asked what we wanted and I told him we were trying to buy a washing machine but no one had been around to help for the last 30 minutes. He stated well I'm here now. I was shocked at his response. Told him never mind and went back up front to find a manager. Not sure the employee I spoke with was a manager but I explained the situation and he offered to help. This locations customer service is sub par. I felt like I was doing them a favor by making a purchase. Next time I'll drive to a Home Depot. Recommend you do the same. Totally unsatisfactory.

Had one of the easiest lowes visits today. Found David from tools to give us advice on lighting and 10/10 would recommend. It's always a shot in the dark if people are actually helpful and he absolutely was! Answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable! If you need help look for David from Tools !

How do you define excellence? Shannon Brown, a employee, has provided excellent customer service on numerous occassions. Every time she goes above and beyond to make the shopping experience great. She helps customers in a caring way I've never seen before. She works in Lawn and Garden, but will help even when it's outside her department !

Brian, the supervisor in Millwork/Appliance department was very helpful getting an ongoing warranty issue resolved. He took time to call the third party warranty company and got everything worked out.
It's unfortunate it got to that point but that's more a commentary on the corporate decision making, and how they implement warranty programs. But I digress, Brian really went above and beyond!

From a long time Lowes customer whom will never buy another item from this point out from this corporation. I received this item on October 17th 2024, and was part of a Military Exercise Until the 20th of October in which I could not return home, and I was not home during the duration of the product being received. I was told the damage is my problem since I didn't open it within 48 hours of the product delivery. They offered me a $25.00 gift card for a $700 product that was delivered damaged from their warehouse. I am beyond disgusted with how they take no responsibility for their products, and how they treat long time loyal customers. This item was brand new out our of the box with the damage shown in the photos.

Sat on the phone for 14 mnutes ringin. Until someone answered. I had a question about rental. Lady tells me she dont know and to call back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. Maybe they could help me. She didnt say anything. Just put me on hold for 10 more minutes before she picked the phone up and hung it up

Ohh if I could give her minus zero I would!! The lady at the lumber desk. Beware!! I placed my order for PREMIUM DECKING BOARDS. She was asked twice by me if they were PREMIUM. Twice she said they were. I should have checked the receipt before I left. She was too busy trying to sell me a "lowes pro card", which gives me free deliveries and discounts on purchases. I almost fell for it, and at no time did she advise me this was a credit card. I had to ask! She was starting to process it, and when she responded, I said absolutely not! She is the top seller of these cards because she is not disclosing correct information! My Lumber order came, and as anyone knows, it is hard to see when it is strapped, that it wasn't PREMIUM. Beware of this so called sales person. My deck does not look like it was supposed to thanks to her, and me trusting she knew her job!! I will be updating this review with her name and team member number! Watch your receipts!

I’m not sure what the problem is with this place but there is no customer service. I waited about 15 minutes this morning Saturday morning to get some boards cut and then I remembered that Dyson’s over on route five has excellent service. I can’t believe I forgot about them. I put my boards back and went over there. One of the employees upfront called for me. I waited about 15 minutes then I called the store number and said I needed the lumber department. Of course this was all automated, but it just rang. No one answered, and I finally left.

I had the worst experience with Lowe’s when I ordered the door and a storm door! First of all my door was supposed to be delivered within a months time on the day of delivery. I set it home waited for my delivery to come then I received a phone call and someone said my delivery would not be coming Because something came up with the driver. I asked when would it be delivered? They said they didn’t know I called the store. The person who sold me the doors she would find out what was going on and she was so friendly and she tried to find out but was getting the runaround just like I was. For a week straight I got the runaround the following week someone called and said you’ll get your doors within the next week. Needless to say a month later doors were delivered and installed. I’m not happy person right now because with Lowe’s being such a big company, I should not have gotten the runaround, and my calls should have been answered and returned from the manager whom I called before and after my installation , even the date of installation a manager called and asked me did I have my doors? Why would I have my doors when an installation team should have them for installation purposes. At this point of time for as much as I paid for my front door and storm door I should not have gotten the runaround from the delivery team from the store managers or the installation managers. No one handled me as a valued customer and I don’t feel as if I was a valued customer. If I could give zero stars, I would after my installation I called Lowe’s and explained everything that went on before the installation and after the installation to a manager, and it has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard from that manager or the manager over that manager as of yet. That gave me reason to believe and feel that they don’t take me a valuable customer and don’t want my business ever again!

I will never order windows and doors from this store. Was notified by the store that the doors are in but when the installers arrived to install the doors, they couldn't find them. It was weeks before the doors were installed. I had the same problems with my window. After several weeks, I cancel. If I had only read the reviews before I ordered through this store. All this could have been prevented. I would have never used them.

Damon & John, both employees there were extremely helpful and patient in helping my family choose tiles and other materials for our remodeling job! They both stayed the entire time and we never once felt rushed or like a nuisance. Damon also helped carry the big boxes for transport, which was super nice considering he went out of his way and above and beyond to help! A++ to both. That’s the kind of humanity I’d expect to see from all employees!

No more manned check out lanes... there was 1... not good for what once was a top ten lowest in the nation.... if no manned cashier lane or more than one, if busy... i will WALK OUT... WHETHER SPENDING A DOLLAR OR A 1OOO... I DONT CARE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHY I WENT TO LOWES....

Getting very tired of having to go to other stores because the website says its in stock and there is 0 in the store. I understand that there are serious issues with the supply chain but Lowes is having its own problems with there staff knowing where there own stock is. I just bought 4 dewalt batteries and a battery drill and impact set off Amazon because no one could find the items and there was supposedly 20 in stock!!! Sorry about your $500.00+ loss AGAIN!!!

I tend to find the knowledge in the big DIY stores a little patchy. Ask two people the same question to be certain. You'll always run into a staff member who answers incorrectly, but with conviction and with what appears to be confidence. (Usually someone a little on the younger side) Do your research, find your own answers if you have any concerns. Undoubtedly Lowe's will have what you need as well as what some misguided individual recommends.

UPDATE****So to add to my Lowe's experience is paint! Bought a sample which was a perfect match then went back to get a gallon and the color was so off! I am done with Lowe's. The service, quality is just not there. Go to a real paint store because you will regret getting anything from here****THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Service here is so bad that if you need something done get ready for a hassle and wasted hours of your life. Usually difficult to get help and having the app doesn't mean they have it or it is in the right spot. Also, if you try and leave a review on Lowe's for one of their products and give 1 star and not recommend. Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a little while. This is the message you get and I have gotten this every time I try and leave a negative review.***Update*** so online ordering is supposed to be easy and simple not a pain and a waste of time. I have ordered stuff and it got to my house. I have ordered stuff and tried to do curbside pickup and ended up waiting 45 mins and it took 30 mins just to get someone on the phone. Last order on line because they carry crap in their store, i ordered two lights. One light came and they said my order was completed. So back to wasting time. They sure did get their money for two lights though. I wish there was a better option for certain household items because the hate going here. Also, contacting someone is next to another waste of time. Not helpful, they can only do so much. Why leave a response or say how bad the service is when you asked to be contacted and no one contacts you. So Frustrated with LOWES!!!!***update to an update *** I got the 2nd light fixture and off course it is broken. You can't win with this place. ***update*** so light issue taken care of a had some questions about kitchen faucet and i was stuck needing advice. I wish i knew the persons name but man, he knew exactly what I needed at home to finish the job. After this I have to bump my stars from one to three.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS. Had carpet installed. Lowes decided not to remove my floors underneath and now I can't even open my front door. Customer service told me that's not there problem and I'm going to have to hire another contractor to fix my door because they don't adjust exterior doors. Will never shop at lowes for anything ever again.

Got a gift card for Christmas. Tried for an hour to get an employee to unlock the tool cabinet. The only employee in the tool section was walking around with 1 customer for the entire hour. Absolutely absurd. After asking 4 different people, nobody showed up. Placed my order online while in the store. I’m going to go see a movie and get dinner. maybe (god willing) it’ll be ready within the next 5hours. Doubt it though. No changes, still 0 stars

Met with Jacob in the cabinetry department this week. After 20 years of dealing with Lowes, it's probably the second or third time where I've actually felt valued and appreciated as a customer. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I will be recommending him to all my present and future clients. Nice job Jacob!

Lowe’s, what’s the deal guys? Not sure if you’re aware, but your customers DO NOT WORK AT LOWES! So why do you have 9+ self check out lanes and a bunch of people standing around asking if we need help? Yes I need help, ring me out! Not happy with the changes made over the last year. Changes like this are why so many people order things from Amazon these days.

Spent some time shopping for a dishwasher yesterday. The appliance section was crowded to say the least. My girlfriend and I elected to come back today to sign paperwork and pay for our dishwasher. Marissa was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Never really had a “bad” experience at Lowe’s. Job well done.
