Staff was knowledgeable very helpful when I go to purchase the truck topper it takes a little time to come in but it will match the paint on the truck and they will install it for me glad to see customer service is still around

I purchased a 16 foot utility trailer from them in May . They was helpful with any questions I had. After I had it a few days I noticed the lights on one side wasn't working all the time and took it back . They repaired the lights and all has been good since . I about forgot also I had a tire tear up after a trip or two and took it back . They replaced it for me and was as nice as could be about it . I'm happy with the service and overall with the trailer . I know the tire and light issue but them kinds of things happen. The main thing was how they reacted to it .

Had a trailer harness put on car and got it back with wires hanging off of car. Also had a trailer jack put on trailer looked like grade school work with sticks of wood holding it in place had to redo it to get trailer off of car when I got home.

The employees were quick to show me all of my options, and they kept my appointment on time, they were very friendly. I will always recommend this company and their services.

Do NOT get a lift kit from them! They say they “specialize” with installing them but they have no idea how to do it properly. I had to go back 4 times! And then I still had to go to a different place so they can correct their mistakes… simply, if you’re only getting a bed topper, then you’re fine… but don’t listen to the other crap they offer.. they don’t care and will ruin your truck.

If you need anything for your vehicle this is the place. They have everything you need to deck out your vehicle awesome place

Purchased a 7x14x4 dump trailer from them. Very professional and easy to work with throughout the entire transaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer! Will be purchasing more trailers in the future.

I purchased a storage building from them 18 months ago. It has leaked ever since I bought it. I paid $4000 for this building. I've told them repeatedly that the building leaks through the roof. They have done nothing to stop the water from coming in today. I went there and threw out tons of work equipment that cannot be replaced today.
And there's damage to the building from the mold that's growing on the frame I. Stopped in to the Leonard office and talk to the manager 2 weeks ago. Who was supposed to schedule someone to come and repair it? He has never done that never contacted me.

Hey these guys are #1 and we Trent and sons roofing just today bought a pull dump trailer . Unreal how theses men treated me and my son . They offered to feed us as we was waiting. Mike and the team were super friendly and amazing to deal with. I bought my topper from them and I was in and out installed under an hour. Best price in town too!!! Side tip…great breakfast spot across the street if you get there early enough.

Had my building a good while now. Paid it off early. Building still very level, no leaks. Ordering and their delivery was cake. Good doing business with them.

I purchased a tonneau cover from Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories of Charleton WV, which was made to work with a crossover toolbox and while the team was doing the install, they came across an issue that wasn't going to allow the installation to be completed due to some complications with the clearance between the back glass of the pickup and the lid of the toolbox when it was opened. However, Mike (store manager) and his team didn't accept this as a final outcome. The team came up with a creative solution that would allow the installation to be competed. Thanks for taking the extra effort and not giving up, the results look great!

They’ve held onto my leer cap for two months without any updates, then when I call say it’s still sitting at their shop and has never been sent out for warranty. They said this would take a month.
Also, they say they open at 8, but a direct quote from the man that answers the phone, “workers don’t show up till 9, you wouldn’t want me putting your cap on.” Maybe list your hours as 9-6 then.
Bad customer service, and just bad service overall. If you have an option, choose somewhere else.

So i have a building they keep wanting to repo due to fact im tired of paying on it ive paid my monthly payments for last 4-5 years and have found they are screwing everyone on buildings one time i was told $600 n some to pay off i call back in not even a week later to pay it off and get told its 1800 to pay it off ive paid more then whats its worth and longer then the contract from Charleston store will not recommend anyone buy from here and my inlaws let their building go back because same issue with wanting almost triple agreed price after paying for 4 years now

I have been researching for days to find the perfect building to fit my needs and budget. I narrowed down my choices and came to the store to make a final decision. Jonathan, the delivery person, saw me outside and immediately helped. He did the free site check, answered all of my questions, and even found the building I wanted in stock at a different location. He offered the best customer service. I immediately went to the bank to get cash to put half down on the building, but the manager refused the sale. I was told I would receive a call the following day, but still have yet to be contacted. I ended up calling Parkersburg myself and purchased the building through them, so it all worked out in the end, but it was disappointing to spend my time and energy coming to this store just to have the sale refused. 5 stars for Jonathan because of his customer service from the initial interaction, all the way through to the delivery.

Most of the business dealings or purchases I do by word of mouth recommendations, this was recommended by a friend and I was pleased with the helpfulness of the staff.
