Bought a new 2025 6x12 enclosed trailer from the it's was easy simple and straight forward highly quality trailer also had spray in bedliner done on my truck dropped it off picked it up and everything that was removed to do the job was reinstalled just like before bedliner is very high quality and well worth the money highly highly recommend these guys

We bought a dog house from Leonard’s. Those guys were very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a wooden pallet (I wanted to sit the dog house on, just to keep water out). Highly recommend them for your dog, chickens, trailers or buildings.

This will be the second trailer hitch they have done for me. They did great on the first hitch and that's why I'm having another hitch put on a second car. They also put led lights on my trailer. 100 percent recommend them for anything that they do. Trust is earned and they have earned mine.

I received service for my trailer which had a problem with one wheel sliding when braking was applied. This has been an unsolved issues since the trailer was new, years ago. This trailer was not purchased from Leonard’s but the dealership was unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts. This issue made the trailer brakes nearly useless, plus ruined a tire, very frustrating to say the least. It appears, so far, that the repair personnel may have resolved the issue. Leonard’s personnel were very helpful and informative with this issue and other interactions as well. I recommend them due to good customer service.

I got a spray in bed liner for my truck. I got Great serve and they did an excellent job. The price was affordable. I would recommend anyone with a truck that needs a spray in bed liner get theirs done here.

The customer service was great. I purchased the camper shell about 5 years ago. A rock from the weed eater had gone through the left side glass. The inspection garage Garage would not pass inspection until it was replaced. I called them. They still had my info in the computer. I paid my deposit over the phone. Window came in a week earlier than expected. Set up an appointment. Rolled in, they swapped out the window and replace the third brake light that was not working. Service was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Leonard’s made buying our building seamless from start to finish. The customer service was great from the moment we walked in the door to when the delivery truck pulled away. Only downside to them was they gave my husband way too many extra ideas on things he can do. lol.

I recently purchased a car tow dolly. It arrived at the Staunton store when it was promised to me. Towing a car behind my motorhome is new to me. The gentleman helped me to get everything that I needed and showed me how to set the dolly up and use it.

Checked in at front desk. A young man took our keys and took the car into a work bay. Twenty minutes later, we were on our way off of the parking lot

The people were friendly and knowledgeable,; however, there was some problems with the first repair, but they fixed it and now the trailer is in great shape and I appreciate it. The detail that they went through to fix the repair even though there was some problems at first was commendable.

Great people my first visit was 10 years ago had a great product Had a bad experience with someone else. A few weeks back, I drove up to Staunton to move a family member to another city for her new job. Well, one of the tires on my trailer popped shortly before I arrived in Staunton. When I arrived at their place the next morning. These guys did a fantastic job of replacing my wheels & tires. It took a little longer they they expected because one of the lug wheel bolts just spun. But they resolved that and I was able to get back to moving.
What they charged me was extremely fair.
I highly recommend this business trailer parts/replacement.

Our trailer had a breakdown right about closing time. We called and Nate was so good to us. He stayed late so we had time to get there and buy the parts we needed. We will continue returning to Leonards whenever we are in the area and need trailer help! Kudos to Nate for being kind and patient and SO helpful.

Nathan went above and beyond to help my family with finding some wiring to get our car set to pull a trailer. He called many stores around the state looking for the wiring needed for us to drive safely. He then was able to fit us in their busy schedule to get us on the road. No other store was willing to help like he did!

Needed a hitch installed that I bought. Another place in town was not very helpful. Leonard’s came through with next day availability, quick, affordable and professional. Trip a few days later and zero issues. 10 stars if this google thing allowed. Thank you!!

Great service from the guys at Leonard building! They took care of multiple of my trailer light needs, and then also help me inspect the trailer brakes on my jayco pop-up camper. If you need good care, see these guys!

Absolutely great experience there today. I had borrowed a friend’s trailer and broke the light on it. I had to replace it but could not find the exact match . They were so hopeful. The one I needed was not on the shelf and the associate went out to another building and searched until he found the match. These guys turned my day around. I walked in feeling very worried about replacing this light not knowing what I was going to do. When leaving I was feeling great. Definitely go there if you need something they might have . 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough.

I had a bug sheild put on in July and when driving across the country to Arizona part of the bug sheild broke and to my surprise it was put on with tape. Bug sheild dare supposedly put on with screws, not impressed with the device. Now I’m going to have to buy another one over here . Not really impressed with your service

Leonard (Staunton, Va) installed a bed cover on my Nissan Frontier. As it happened, I had to have some body work on the rear fender and the cover was not replaced correctly. It constantly made noise. The staff at Leonard realized immediately it needed a small correction which made all the difference and there was no charge for their services. Thank you, Leonard's!

I use the guys at Leonard's here in Staunton for my job. Can't count the many trailer tires not to mention the trailer accessories. Jeremy is always willing to go out of his way to answer questions, look up parts or just help me figure out what I need. I'm glad they are here!

Have delt with Leonard's for years. They have always taken good care of ordering and installing my Jeep, truck, and trailer needs. I have used them for spray in bed liners, coating and repairing my trailer, and several wiring needs for trailers and hitches. Highly recommend their team.

It only cost me $50 to have a bad experience.
In January 2021 I ordered a tonneau cover by phone and paid a $100 deposit.
2 weeks later I called and they seemed irritated that I bothered asking when it may arrive.
A week later I went to have it installed. Something broke or was broken and they had to return it. No problem, things happen.
In about two weeks I call to ask for an update and again they seem irritated.
In a few days I get called, go in and get cover installed, pay $539 balance and say " please show me how it works".
We go out, roll it open, close it, and it has two small holes in it. No problem, they'll take it off and get another one.
On Thursday of the 8th week, not wanting to irritate them, I send them a brief email asking for an update. No response.
Late Saturday I phone to ask what's up and leave a voice message.
The next Saturday, irritated that they have my money and haven't returned my call or email, I buy another cover elsewhere. I then call the corporate office and ask for a refund. I'm told it has to be handled through the store.
I call the store and am told a refund will be no problem. Also told they checked that morning and my cover was arriving Monday. ( the 10 week anniversary of the order).
A week from Monday I get a refund check for $50 less than I paid.
I called the corporate office to see if this was a mistake and was told it had to be handled through the store.
I called the store and left another voicemail that of course was not responded to.
I guesd customer service isn't a priority at Leonard's in Staunton,Va.

UPDATE
The Regional Rep called me promptly.
We discussed the situation and he refunded the $50 I lost.
I feel that was fair.
