Tonneau cover purchase/install could not have been simpler. I was in and out of their Bridgeport store in under a half hour. Very pleased and will certainly use them again for my truck outfitting needs!

Good price, fast service. Nice people. They installed a hood deflector on my new vehicle. Price was less than half of what dealer wanted.

Contacted them first thru Facebook messenger, very quick to respond and answer my questions. Went into store to purchase salesman very nice and polite. Have not received item yet but the customer service so far has been wonderful I can’t imagine not being happy with product.

Matt and his team are capable and friendly. They quickly identified and repaired several issues that I was having with my Leer truck cap. The owner of this business should be proud of their professionalism and competence. I will not hesitate to return.

I went in the Saturday before Veterans Day looking for a specific trailer, they didn’t have it there in Clarksburg but they had one down in Huntington and said they could have it for me Wednesday. Perfect!
They called me at 2 ish on Monday, Veterans Day that they had it ready for me.

I will absolutely not hesitate to use these guys again. The service was great, everyone was professional and friendly, and they got the trailer two days faster than expected. 10/10!

Attentive to questions and details during the selection and design process. Waiting for the finished product before sharing final evaluation. Had an issue with one of the side windows trim being scratched. Working with vendor to resolve. Very satisfied with product and installation.

I have had them install a ladder rack on my truck and also bought a shed from them. Great experiences both times! Both installs were smooth and efficient.

The hazards and right brake light were not operating on our travel trailer, and we were camping in a rather remote area of West Virginia. I drove over an hour away to Leonard Truck and Trailer in Nutter Fort hoping to find help. Dan and Matt were the friendliest, fastest, most helpful repairmen I could have ever asked for! They diagnosed and fixed my problem in under 15 minutes. Our Echo brake controller had also cracked and I was able to purchase a brand new one right there as well! 1,000 thank yous to Dan and Matt. They kept our family safe!! (And even though the damage was most likely my fault, they didn’t make me feel like an idiot woman either. That was especially fantastic.)

We have dealt with the knowledgeable staff at Leonards of Clarksburg on several occassions. They have always found the products we need and are great with installation as well.

I had recently gotten a tonneau cover from a private party, but it didn’t have any keys. I showed up to Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories and they had the exact replacement key I needed. The key I needed was on backorder everywhere else, including online, but Leonard B&T Accessories came through. They didn’t make much on this transaction, but they gained a new customer who owns multiple vehicles that need “accessorized”. The icing on the cake was that employees treated me like I was already a lifetime customer. It’s hard to find that in today’s world.

Leer as a brand has some serious quality control issues but the guys at Leonard in Nutter Fort are great!

I purchased a rather expensive Leer truck cap from them a few months ago.

It had to be ordered which took a few months to arrive.

The first one - yeah - was built with a window not asked for and the side lift doors were built crooked and out alignment with their frames.

Leonard was able to rush order a replacement - still over a month - to get me what I wanted.

The new one had the right specs but still had quality build issues.

Mainly it didn’t fit right.

The installers had to move it away from the cab so the rear door lip could close over the tailgate - leaving a large gap up front.

I really didn’t want to wait for another top to be made - not that I thought Leer could do any better on the third try - so I was determined to make it work.

The guys at Leonard helped me move the cap back toward the cab so it fit the bed correctly - I had to remove the rear door lip so that the door would close all the way - I had to dismantle adjust and reinstall the rear door cause without the lip you could see it was completely crooked - Leonard had to add spacing under one side of the whole top cause it was still crooked - still a little off today - and I built a custom stop / lip on top of my tailgate to do the job of the now missing factory lip.

Not as big of a deal but the rubber gaskets on the exterior of the side doors have very noticeable gouge marks where they were pushed in during installation.

So I cannot recommend Leer products but the guys at Leonard really work with you to get things resolved.

I heard they now sell A.R.E. brand tops - maybe that’s a better way to go.

Dan and his crew have also helped make adjustments to my aftermarket bumpers I had done at HD Truck Center which they could never get installed quite right.

I bought an 18 foot car hauler from Leonard in Clarksburg it was the best and easiest experience I've ever had buying anything they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy I recommend this place 1000 percent thank you Matt and Dan for an easy buy with your company

Best place to get items for your vehicle and will help with what ever you need people in the vehicle business need to be like them

Not only the quality time they spent with me reviewing camper tops, but watching them with customers coming in and asking questions. My camper top from Leer is on point and looks so good. Highly recommend seeing them for your professional needs in truck accessories.
