Mold busters are amazing to work with! I fought for over a month to get the help I needed with other companies and they were able to assist and fix all my issues the SAME DAY!! The customer service is excellent and the knowledge is amazing! I will 100% always recommend!!!!!

My former landlord hired these people to look at our home due to possible mold. They have done more talking than actually checking to see if there was any sign of mold. Then proceeded to say my pregnant Fiancée probably has allergy issues because of the pollen in the river. We hired another company and they found a whole ecosystem under the house deteriorating the floors and spores flying all over the place. I have a full on report about what the company I hired found if anyone is interested. Do not give them your business they are just a waste of time.

Mold Busters provided estimates for our crawl space and remodeling of one of our bathrooms. We expected them to do each job separately, but they sent two crews to do both jobs at once. They took measures to protect our carpets and the room with access to the crawlspace. Their attention to detail was truly amazing. They were reasonably priced, professional, and efficient. If you need work of this kind performed, I highly recommend Mold Busters. They are truly an exceptional company with exceptional staff.

Spoke to Chad the owner multiple times. Decided to do the project myself to save my mother some money since she has to fet a roof done too. Chad was supportive, understanding, and even offered advice and to be a resource throughout the project even though we didn't hire him. If I hire a company it will be him for sure. Tech came out to give me an estimate . Very punctual and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Really appreciated his time. I received my estimate extremely quickly. The only issue I have is I have asked for him to modify my estimate. I have two claims on my home. One for fire and the other for mold. I need the estimate for contents to go on an estimate for the fire and the mold remediation on an estimate for the mold claim. I’m still waiting for these estimates to be provided. Looking forward to working with this company.

Recently purchased our home that was built back in the 60s but is still in good shape and was looking to have someone come inspect the basement just to make sure there was no mold. Mold busters came out quickly and did a free inspection for us. They let us know everything looked great and there were no concerns. They were easy to work and communicate with and very polite.

Nobody would come to my house and help me fix my busted pipe and clean the mess under my house. They came out next day and fixed my problems and it cost less than expected. 100% recommend. Went above and beyond my expectations.

I've used Mold Busters twice over the past 2 months. Once to replace my hot water tank and today to repair my roof where the wind took part of it off. They came out as soon as I called and it was a Saturday. Chad is always friendly and professional and his prices are very fair. On November 12th I paid them $250 to test for mold. I needed these results urgently as proof due to a case helping me and my 7 year old daughter get out of a “newly renovated apartment” that spread mold all over our belongings. At first I was told I’d get the results back by November 17th then I was told that the lab was backed up so it would be November the 19th no later than 1pm that day. Now it’s December 13th and still no results no nothing! They won’t return my calls, text, or emails to give me a refund. I’ve been to the address on the receipt which is the owners home. His wife was there which she told me the results come back very quickly so it was odd it was taking mine so long to come back. She also lied and told me the owner wasn’t there but I had called his phone number and a cell phone on the porch automatically rang. DO NOT HIRE MOLD BUSTERS!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!

Cleaned mold out of my Mother's house. Still had a half a day of work to finish,only work a few hours each day anyhow . Once my Mother wrote that check he's never been back. Called or texted several times with no reply. The worst thing is we went to school together .

Great work on removing mold. Put everything back where it was before. Plus help with another small task I needed done.
