The staff was wonderful and helped me fit my truck with my new cap and perfectly match color. I would highly recommend this business and look forward to working with them in the future and a special shout out to Alicia, who was the epitome of Customer Care.

Installed a Realtruck Elevate Rack on 24 F150. I had a Garor FX hard folding tonneau cover and the rack worked well with my tonneau cover. They had to trim the rails for the Rack so I could still use tie downs in the stake pockets.

It was a "WOW" experience. After searching at least 5 stores I not only found exactly what I was looking for here, but unbelievably quick and thorough service same day install. Not only for what I came in for, but keen observation pointed out some small details to make the repair and install complete and thorough as well.

I bought a 7x14 dump trailer from Chris, he was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. It’s nice to talk to someone “down to earth” in sales. He made the deal easy. I had a little issue with the lights working with my truck properly, and without hesitation Craig and Connor got right to work and had everything working the way it should and got me on the road in no time. These guys were an example of what good customer service should be. It was very refreshing in a time where good customer service is scarce. Thanks again!

Experience with the assistant manager was fine although he was interrupted by several phone calls as it appeared that he was the only person answering the phone. It's also difficult to make decisions based only on manufacturer's limited photos. Having several tops (or sections of them) on hand with various options installed would be a big help in the decision making process. The real test of the business will come in a few weeks when the top I ordered arrives and gets installed on my truck. Hopefully, there will be no issues with the top or its installation.

Alicia was great to work with. Super easy transaction and a great price. Second trailer I have purchased from them and when I need another one, I will definitely go there.

I bought a trailer from them and the process was absolutely flawless. During the process I asked if they were able to move a building from one location to another and I was told yes.
A few weeks later I contacted them to set up the move, I told them the size, location of where it was and going and, when asked if it was Leonard building I said no. All that information was taken down and I paid for the move and was told Sharon would be in touch soon to schedule the move.
Sharon called me a few days later and we scheduled the move to happen on the following Tuesday.
The weekend prior to the scheduled move date my family worked tirelessly to empty out and prepare the shed to be moved. We moved the boxes via trailer to be stored since it wasn’t calling for rain until after the move.
Tuesday comes and I speak to Sharon first thing and she says it’ll be this afternoon, the driver will call you to give an ETA. At 1:50 I receive a call from David, the driver, he tells me how the day has been long and he’s been going since 7am, he’s trying to get the GPS to load as he was in the middle of nowhere… while waiting he asked was my building a 10x12, I said no, it’s a 12x20 & he asked me was this a Leonard building and I said no. He then told me his eta was 3:20 and he’d see me then.
I pull my daughter out of school and head down to the location of the shed… 3:20 passes… at 3:45 I call David’s cell and get no answer. I wait a few minutes then call again. Nothing. At 4pm I call Sharon back who tells me he’s not coming because it’s not a Leonard building and says they were supposed to call you 1.5 hours ago… I stated I received no calls, texts or voicemail.. she said between David and the store they were supposed to call.
I hang up with her and call Chris at the store. He’s baffled and knows nothing of this and when I told him it was because it wasn’t a Leonard building he told me that they had changed policy from not being able to haul them to now they could.
Chris did all her could and tried to find a contractor with no luck. Chris stated it was on the ticket that it was not a Leonard building so Sharon and whoever her team is should’ve caught that if it was an issue before even contacting me to schedule.
This whole ordeal was a shit show. Clearly communication between corporate, scheduling and the store lacks greatly.
Do better.
Chris was the saving grace from being a 1 star. He was awesome. Everyone else, including the district manager were incompetent and showed no empathy towards the situation.

I got there at the right time before they close at 3pm they had one left on lot that I saw on Facebook. So I put a down payment to hold it, The young lady was very nice and I will pick it up on Saturday, so far everything is good! I can't wait to pick it up.

Alicia helped me order my Leer 180. The process was quick, and easy, and the lead time was half of what other dealers quoted. The install was quick, and there was no damage to my truck, nor the cap. All around good experience.

Looking for a small trailer went to 3 diffnert places. No one had them last plca I went ,before going North ,drove on lot ,there set my trailer. So I bougth it then went back n picked it up a couple days later.

Smooth sale. Chris was great to deal with and made my purchase very quick and easy.

We got a hitch to hold a bicycle rack put on my car. They were very helpful and the hitch was installed quickly and for a good price.

If your looking for quality trailers and truck accessories with superior customer service to back it up, look no further. I have bought 2 trailers from them and just had them install a class 5 hitch on my truck. I am extremely please with the level of customer service here. They are also lucky enough to have one of the best mechanic/ shop guys around. Mark has decades of experience so I feel safe having him install parts like hitches that will be put under heavy loads and MUST hold up. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them through the years.

Were able to get an appointment for spray in bed liner very quickly. Price was very reasonable. The work looks very good. And it has a lifetime warranty. Very satisfied customer!

After having a horrible experience at lowe's, I called up leonard truck outfitters. Not only did I get an upgraded trailer but also a great sales price. I would definitely recommend them for any of your truck accessory needs.

I recently had a spray-in bed liner installed by Leonard’s in Ruckersville. They were quick, competent, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I was thoroughly informed about the aftercare instructions. Would 100% use them again.

My visit was to have the brake light on my camper shell replaced. The technician went above and beyond by tightening the window and securing the wires for the brake light. I am grateful for the extra care and attention to detail I received.

Spray in bed liner completed. Truck looks great, Bed liner is very well done, price was good, service was excellent, and all was completed in the time provided.

Leonard's provided timely and efficient installation of a tonneau cover for my Honda Ridgeline. I would highly recommend their service.

Every person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable, and I was able to get the Cargo Glide quickly. I ordered a trailer hitch from Leonard and had it installed here today. It was priced very fairly and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Mike, the manager, went above and beyond to help me select the right hitch for my needs. He was super-friendly and full of helpful energy, which I appreciated a lot. There are many trailers and buildings to choose from the lot and lots of accessories on display inside. My guess is, if there was anything I needed that was not in immediate stock, this store would be more than happy to get it. I wish Mike and his team all the best!!

Ordering our truck cap was an easy and positive experience. Mike was helpful in explaining the differences in the various models and answering all of our questions. The cap came in within the estimated time frame and looks great. Todd had it installed and the truck ready to be picked up on the same day that the cap arrived. Same day installation is a rare find these days. Plus, they are open on Saturdays and until 6:00 during the work week.

What can I say?... I bought a trailer(6x12 ft, tandem axle enclosed cargo trailer) from Mike last year and so far, I am very pleased with. Today(November 7, 2020), I called Mike up because my original jack started giving me a little trouble(I use it a lot in business) and sure enough, they have one in stock, but they also closed in 20 minutes and it would take me 30 minutes before I could get there.

Not only did Mike wait for me to get there, but he installed the jack without any hesitation. I am very pleased with his service. Thanks, Mike. I appreciate you.

Picked up a 7’x14” to day for my Atv’s. Thanks to Mike for working with me on the deal and to the guys that got the trailer ready for us and down the road quickly.

Bought a trailer from them a few weeks ago, great experience. Had good prices and the trailer appears to be high quality. Total process took about two hours, but that was because I had to wait for financing to get approved, so it was no fault on the shop.

They did a great job on my work truck bedliner, I guess I now know why Line-X closed, quality is better here.

I had a hitch receiver installed on my car today. I had a great experience. Quotes and pricing happened in writing which meant that no matter who I talked to there, everyone was on the same page when it was time to install and pay the bill. Super accommodating people.
