I recently purchased a retractable aluminum tonneau cover from Leonard’s in Morristown. The model in the showroom wasn’t compatible with my truck bed, but the staff went above and beyond searching vendors to find a similar model that would work. They were able to get the cover delivered and installed in less than 48 hours. They even got my truck in the install bay an hour ahead of schedule. Good folks that will help make your truck look great.

Whenever I get a new or different vehicle I always use them for vent visors mud guards etc.Always fast friendly and professional.

Purchased a repo building on Thursday afternoon. Expressed the need for fast delivery and also had to remove fencing to get into yard so a tight timeline was needed. Shed was delivered on Friday morning at the exact time promised. Could not be happier with my purchase and the service provided. Very highly recommended!!

I dealt with Jimmy. He was fantastic, knowledge, and gave a very fair price for an 8x10. Delivery was quick, they didn't damage my lawn at all. Highly recommend, better price than Lowes.

We purchased a 6x12 utility trailer. On this trailers second trip, the front leaf spring bolt broke or came out. We managed to do a roadside repair and nurse it home. I bought my own bolt, nut and LOCK-WASHER, to repair the unit myself. While doing so, I noticed the tire rubbed the fender and damaged the tread on the tire. The dealer was not really interested in doing anything to make it right. I do not recommend buying this trailer.

John and all the folks at Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories in Morristown, Tennessee, are super when it comes to customer service! They are honest and reasonable in pricing of parts and labor, and I would recommend them to anyone needing to buy or service a truck bed cover.

These guys are totally great people. I was needing some camper top clamps for a trip we are taking. I've called several places and all has told me I needed to order them but one told me to call Leonard. Make a long story short they don't sell the clamps but they did take the time to help me and got me some clamps to work. To be it all they took their time even though it wasn't a big sell. Thank you all again!

Wanted a Bull Bar installed on my truck. Paid money down (1/2 of installed price). They knew and looked at my Truck and scheduled an install date. I arrived for installation. John laid on his back and said you have no Tow hooks. He went inside to confer with James and walla i was told if i did not have Tow hooks they cannot install a bull bar. WOW really i have never seen a Nissan Frontier pickup with Tow hooks. So they said they would have to refund my $$$.They wanted to put it on a debit card. News Flash Not everyone has a debit card. They could not give me cash i am now almost a week later waiting for a check from Corporate. REALLY ??? Long story short I went to a place in knoxviile and low and behold he installed a bull bar on my truck. Sounds like some remedial training is due. So I got a quality job done after a drive to knoxville for 1/2 the price. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPIONTED CUSTOMER. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE Again or recommend them to any of my friends

Easy transaction at the store. I had a specific need for a shed and they had it in stock. Delivery was a tough one at my property with a steep grade and not much room to maneuver, but Mike and John did a great job to make it happen

John asked specific questions about what I was looking for and was able to provide valuable advice on which cab would meet my needs and was color matched exactly to my truck. The purchase was smooth, the wait was a week less than projected, and they installed the dab the day it was delivered. James expertly installed the cab, and demonstrated its features. Excellent customer service, a top quality product at a fair price.

Started out ordering a GT-612, but when I looked at it I realized it was too big for what I had in mind and decided on a GT-610 instead. Well James and John at Morristown never flinched - they just got on the phone and found what I wanted at another location. They made all the changes and set it up for me to pick up my 610 at the Alcoa Leonards. Picked it up the next day - Friendly, down to earth folks and it is a very well made trailer. I had a building delivered recently and the James was very helpful and friendly. It was delivered on time and I didn’t get the names of the guys who delivered it but they did an awesome job as well.

My husband and I went to Leonards today to purchase a chicken coop. I’m not sure if the guy behind the desk was in a bad mood or what but he was so rude to us. We actually had cash in hand. He acted like he didn’t want to deal with us entirely and we were nothing but nice. We will never go there again.

Purchased a Leonard utility trailer from James at the Morristown location in early 2020. Very satisfied with the product and sales transaction. When the trailer was totaled in a traffic crash recently, there was no doubt where I was going to go and who to see for a replacement. Although he didn't have one on his lot, he found one for me at the Leonard Knoxville location. I conducted the sale through James and drove to Knoxville to pick it up. While at the Knoxville store I also purchased a complete set of WeatherTech floor mats for my truck. The quality of my Leonard trailer as well as the customer service provided by James and the guys at the Knoxville store are second to none. Highly recommended.

I ordered a utility trailer from these guys. Only people in the entire state that had what I was looking for available to even order. I drove over 5 hours to pick it up. I was very pleased how fast they got the wiring for the lights done on my car. The guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this business.

Jimmy and his crew did a fabulous job installing my tonneau cover. I ordered the cover from their numerous styles to choose from. It actually came in just a few days, earlier than expected. I had always wanted a camper top for my truck but was hesitant to invest in one due to the mixed reviews online. I went to visit James and his staff about 6 weeks ago to discuss the pros and cons of owning such an investment. They were very knowledgeable and knew their product line very well. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They made me feel so comfortable in purchasing such and investment that I placed my order that day.

Fast forward to this week and James calls to say they have my camper top ready for install. He got me on the schedule quickly and was very professional in doing so. My appointment time was at 10am and James and his crew were completely finished installing by 11am, even though I added some last minute accessories.

I am so pleased with how my camper top turned out! From the ordering/buying process to the install, everything lived up to my expectation. The camper top has completely changed the appearance and functionality of my truck. If anyone is in the market for such an investment then I highly recommend James and his staff!

I recently went through a massive upgrade on my truck with these guys and they went out of their way to make sure everything was right before I left for a major trip.

I had a cap, a bed slide, and a rack installed on the cap. On top of that I mounted a roof top tent.

There were a few hiccups after the original install, but James made time right away to correct the issues within my availability, not his. Again, this was a major install. Hiccups were expected.

I’m on the road now, 1000 miles from home and everything is riding correctly and holding firm. I already have a few additional upgrades in mind, some of which may not even be something Leonard would deal with, but James will be my first call. If he can’t do it, I’m sure he can help me find the people that can.

Our economy is primarily based on service at this point. Sadly, truly good service is very hard to find. I found the service I expected and deserved with James and Leonard. Quality products and a crew that stands behind those products and their work.

Excellent place and very professional. Anything you need for truck accessories to sheds this is the place to go. The friendly staff will get you what you need and do an superb job in the process.

We ordered a cover about 3 weeks ago. We are were told 4-6 weeks, no problem with that. James called today and our cover was already in. Less than 3 weeks!!

Leonards did great quality work on our camper shell repair. They worked on the door until they were satisfied, I really did appreciated it. Also needed new keys to the lock and got 2. The people did great work and very easy to talk to. Will do more business with them again

So we are drive away truckers, and needed to get a 2005 kia rio outfitted with a hitch for a dollie for transporting new vehicles to thier new homes.
Everyone else we called would not return our calls or would quote a ridiculous price because it's an Oddball car that is a bit harder to outfit.
Leonards did it at a fraction of the price of thier competitors.

The absolute best in customer service I've experienced. I've been researching these businesses for almost a year now for my plans and in none of that time has anyone been as nice and went out of their way so much. Truly an amazing place for anything you would need that they provide in buildings or otherwise. If you need a building look no further then this. They will take care of you!
