Dakota was forthright and honest in attempting to remedy a perplexing problem. Paid me the courtesy of taking me through the evaluation process so I could grasp the issue at hand. Would definitely recommend Leonardo’s of Mt Airy. and after much back-and-forth with less than desirable response from a Ford dealership, Dakota once again invited me back to finish off what we started now at the property. The problem with the car itself had been remedied got me right in and placed our accessory towing package without a hitch. We couldn’t be happier with a service Dakota provided, and that the dealership in Mount Airy provides. It’s a scene drive up there and certainly worth your while when you get there for the expertise and diligence that you’ll find at Leonard

I checked several places for a bedliner for a Colorado. I found the best price here. It was quite a bit cheaper than any of the others. The sales person ordered it over the phone and called when it came in. Which was within a week. The bedliner was installed quickly and the staff were friendly and courteous. The bedliner looks great.

Tyler was amazing Customer Service. He took time to fully show us and explain the tonneau covers on display. He took his time to address our questions and/or concerns. Great to work with.

I put off stopping into Leonards to get a tonneau installed on the truck I was driving home in another state to the last minute. They went the extra mile to get it installed the same day. They were so helpful and accommodating. I recommend going to their shops for all of your truck accessory needs.

Great facility, had a problem with my trailer , spoke to Tyler he was able to get my trailer repaired and get me back on the road for a very fair price. I would highly recommend them for any of your trailer needs

I had a great experience buying a utility trailer at Leonard Truck Outfitters. They had a very good selection to choose from and service was second to none. They were very helpful in helping me decide on and purchase the trailer to fit my needs.

I took my van in to have it wired for a seven way and trailer brakes. The Mechanics were very knowledgeable and worked hard to get my van completed correctly in a timely fashion. The front sales staff made the cost very reasonable for the double installation. I would recommend.

The counter rep, Frank, took the time to help me find the right brush grille guard for my truck. The store itself is like a candy store for folks that own a truck or need gear for hauling. Very satisfied!

The men in the office were very helpful and efficient! My husband and I were more than happy with our monthly payment and the dump trailer we left with!!!

Trailer was affordable..in great shape..and people there were great. We had to wait a bit for paperwork but they never neglected us while doing so. We felt valued.

I Needed a hitch put on my car and went to Leonards. They were awesome. They quickly ordered my parts and within three days it was installed. They were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a camper topper off of these guys. Well I took it back because my bed was full of water. Frank and the guys were super nice jumped right in and it wasn’t the camper. It was piss poor workmanship from GM. I bought a 2022 2500HD Silverado and the seems in the bed are leaking. Frank actually have video. These guys have been great to my wife and I. I have a few things to get for my truck and I will most definitely be going back to them!!! TKs guys!!

I was in a bit of a situation this week and had it not been for the kind, helpful and professional gentlemen at Leonard's I don't think I would have been able to pull my trip off. With my usual tow vehicle in the shop, I found I needed to equip my everyday vehicle to tow a golf cart to Georgia for my sister who has ALS. I hardly knew where to begin since this trailer had not been used in over 2 years. I needed new tires, lights, and a little wheel bearing work on the trailer and a compatible hitch for my Tahoe. It was such a relief to find out that all of this could be taken care of at one place. Everything was ready in 1 day and at such a reasonable price. I truly can't thank these great people enough for taking care of all this for me. It means a lot for me to be able to make this trip. I highly recommend you see these folks for any of your trailering needs!

We bought a new building. The building was delivered but the floor was busted in process of leveling. The company sent someone to replace it. He cut a square out of the middle of the floor and replaced with cheap, non matching or cheap flooring material. It left differences in depth of the original flooring and replacement. Also saw cut marks on the sounding area. I called to have them come back out and replace. If I paid for something brand new, and it’s messed up at no fault of my own, I want it back in the original condition. They sent the same guy back out and he did the same thing. The depths are a bit more equal. But the job is horrible! I don’t want a big patch in my floor on my $9000 building. I called corporate to speak to someone and left message, no but no one has returned my call!!

Two years ago they deserved 5 stars, but with all the personnel changes they have gone through since then, that amazing customer service they used to have has definitely declined. The ONLY, and I mean ONLY, reason I am giving them four stars is bc of Mike and one of the mechanics.
