I had bought an under the tailgate light bar from them and had to have it replaced once because it stopped working after a few months, and the second light bar they put on quit working. I took the light bar in to them and they said they would call me to let me know what the manager said. I never received a call. When I called them they said there was nothing they could do about their product. Worst customer service experience. Don’t buy from them if you want your product to last.

Brought my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD for them to install running boards, hard tonneau cover, window vents visors, and suspension air bags with remote. Prices were comparable to other local shops, Ethan was very helpful with different selections and knowledgeable, and the installation of all my items was done very well. Recommend these guys highly

I came to these people to get a hitch put on my 2007 Dodge grand caravan may 4th I ordered the wrong hitch so had to re order came in today May 16th to get the correct hitch put on and it wouldn't fit it wasn't a problem with the installers it was a problem with the hitch I give this company 5 stars and highly recommend them to anybody looking to get hitches trailers and prefabricated buildiings they're awesome people to work with they walked me through every step and every part of the process and kept me informed and updated 110 percent customer satsafaction will be bringing all of my businesshere from now on

I just had new running boards installed on my 2017 chevy colorado by the guys at Leonard's and they did an awesome job, much easier for me and my daughter to get in the truck lol plus they make the truck look sweet, since they did a good job I ordered cooper discover at3 4s tires through them and im excited to get those installed.

I worked along side 2 guys! One was Brett! I was looking for a chicken coop and they had exactly what I wanted. Huge 8 by 10 for upwards of 20 chickens. They didn't have one, but another store did. They were able to show me pictures and do everything in their power to get it to me in two days. If you want something custom it can take up to 5 weeks but still!! That's incredible! They make it for you, and deliver! Convenient!! If I could give 10 stars I would. They are so kind, willing to work, knowledgeable, and quick to tend. Amazing. So so amazing. Go here for any of your sheds, dog houses, chicken coops, etc!!!

The South Charleston location refused the sale of a metal building, but I called the Parkersburg location and Brett completed the sale via phone. I am so happy with this building and the customer service from Brett and Jonathan.
