Crew arrived on time, completed the roof in one day. Did an excellent job and my roof looks so beautiful. The crew was very friendly and professional. When they were finished they cleaned up and there was no debris at all left. I would highly recommend Erie Roofing. Thank you.

Did a great job, very quick - did the whole job in just 1 day! The guys were polite & thankful for some ice tea during such a hot job. The only hiccup was they forgot to have me sign the completion & loan paperwork & had to come back twice; signed it electronically 1st, but came back saying they needed a wet signed signature. Otherwise was a great experience, did a great job & cleaned up after themselves, would definitely recommend!

The team was friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was great. The only thing was that I thought communication could have been a bit better but all in all was good.

Erie home did a amazing job of installing a new roof on my home from Consultation to speaking with the Forman to the crew on-site everything was done in a professional manner they were neat tidy cleaned up when done and most importantly on time on target date. I am extremely pleased with my new roof and Erie Home.

Every one i spoke to was very professional and polite. Job was done in 3 days . Very pleased with the way it turned out.

The quality of work and the product was fantastic. However, the office side is not there. I was promised an $1800 rebate to cover the R&R of the solar (by a company that they work with) in order to keep the warranty of the roof. After a month and 3 messages later (only one reply) I finally got a check for$1400. $400 short from what was agreed upon. And now, 4 messages later, no response. Is this how it will be if I have a problem with my roof? NO RESPONSE?

I had a great experience. A very knowledgeable person came to my home and showed me all of the material options that were available and the pricing. We made a plan to get my VERY old and worn roof repaired and even got s company they trust to handle the removal and reinstall of my solar panels. This last rain we had in November I finally saw no leaking in my house. Plus they made a comfortable payment plan for me. Mu brother git something similar on his own somewhere else and it was much more expensive. I'm beyond pleased.

I love my new roof the finished the job in one day and clean up the mess that was done and gave me all left over supplies which is nice some company don't do that. Thank you Erie Homes

The roof was replaced in a timely manner. Looks great. I did have a bit of cleanup to do when the workers left. I had to run a large magnet around my home to gather all the nails and staples that had been left. I have animals and didn't want them picking up something in a paw. As far as protection, we have not had enough rain yet to tell if we have any further work which would need to be addressed. I do recommend Erie to folks who are in need of a roof replacement.

I had to ask them to leave my house because they would not listen to me. Don't call them unless you want to talk to a car salesman. Wolfgang used every trick that you heard car salesman use. I even got special call from his superior for the special price. I had already told 4 times before that I was not signing anything today. After the special price call, I had to asked him to leave my house because he didn't listen me.

Their debris trailer left an oil spot on my driveway. When confronted, they moved the trailer to the street, but left the spot.

I requested an estimate online. We set up a time for them to come out to our home. The person who was supposed to come out was not on time. 19 minutes after my scheduled time I got a notification telling me they were 2 hours behind.

Once he arrived it was a very odd experience. The representative seemed either new or clueless. He gave me a "ballpark" to what the roof would cost but no real guidance. I really hope other people have had a better experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We were looking for a new roof and my husband liked all of the reviews for Erie Home. We live in the Prescott, AZ area and the sales rep drove up here from Phoenix. He spent a large amount of time with us going over all of the options. We made our selection and the new roof went on without a hitch. The installation crew was friendly, professional and cleaned up the front and back of our property when the job was done. The new roof is pretty and we love it. We highly recommend Erie Home if you need a new roof.

Two Eerie reps came to check out our roof. Presentation was nearly 3 hr. Showed us pictures of lifting and poor installation on last job. Asked 3x for copies of those pictures so we could have
a family member double check out problem areas. They would not send us photos. Had 2 other highly rated companies check roof. They reported no serious problems with a few minor repairs needed. Eerie advised a complete reroof at $32000. We elected to not use Eerie. High pressure and red flags.

Licensed, bonded, and insured. The estimator was thorough, answered all my questions, and explained the options. Delivery was as scheduled and the work was done the next day as promised. Presented with a written warranty.

Starting with the sales representatives, install manager, finance and most importantly the roof installation. Every step of the process was handled professionally, open dialog with clarity up until the final stages of completion. Everyone could answer your questions and complete the job in a timely manner. A thorough inspection with the foreman was preformed on the roof and its appearance to your satisfaction. If something didn't look right they corrected it. They cleaned up every inch of my roof, cutters, yard and blew off the walk way and drive way.. looked like a new home and landscaping looked great! Before signing off. I'm very happy and pleased with the job they did and I love the color of the shingles. I'm very impressed, you will be also! No regrets! Best part EVER when everything was said, done and signed...they hung my American Flag the best feeling ever!!! They are huge on details...WOW!!! Give them a call...

The sir (blonde/gingerish hair) walking around between 40th and southern on 5/23/23 whose name I did not quite catch insulted me. He complained about my roof being old, out of style and quite bad when us as the homeowners are aware of that as the homeowner himself is a roofer. I let the man know we have a roofer but continued on to say like a chef who goes home and makes himself a peanut butter jelly sandwich. Also saying that my roofer does not want to work insinuating he is lazy. He had no business saying that and it was insulting. He had no idea what could've been the plan but instead started to make his own ideas. This is bad representation of the company and who works for them. We had considered contacting this company for roofing/windows work but due to this experience we wish to no longer contact and will be telling my neighbors/peers.

The company as a whole does good work I had my roof replaced and they did a good job but what they don’t tell you is the bank they use will cost you just as much or even more just to have a loan at the bank they use my roof cost 33 thousand dollars the bank they used to get me the loan charges 11.99 % interest plus almost 11 dollars a day in total 39 thousand dollars on top of my 33 thousand dollar roof so I would not use their bank and find your own to use because it’s not worth it

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of "advertising the likeness of my home" were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.

Very professional and great to work with. The whole process from beginning to end was easy and everyone was very professional. An awesome product at a great price. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work Erie did on my home. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

The staff I interfaced with was very helpful with the project of replacing the roof and removeing a evap cooler. The crew did an excellent job from start to clean up to finish. We are extremely happy.
