I found FOR on Rosie on the House. I was really impressed how detailed & thorough their findings were. Everyone has been patient & explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. My ductwork is very old & damaged - looking forward to replacing it. Jen has been wonderful to work with & I am very excited to get my house fixed.

FOR Energy reps Jen and Jermaine completed a home energy inspection. They were very thorough and professional in finding the energy deficiencies in our home that needed to be addressed. They were very knowledgeable in letting me know not just of issues but ways of fixing them including some that we could ourselves. We have had several people come out for this same purpose and these guys stand out. If you’re gonna let someone in your house to look around for these issues I recommend Jen and Jermaine.

Jennifer and Jermaine have been great to work with. Their knowledge is extensive and their videos were very helpful. We have special accommodations and they've been very supportive. Overall- very professional and patient and I highly recommend you work with them too.

We had a great experience with this company and, specifically, with Jen Rylski who came to walk through the energy audit for our house! Jen and Jermaine were great! Really explained everything very thoroughly. I very much look forward to having them cleaning out my attic of the terrible work that was done previously. My insulation is just terrible (see picture). Cannot wait to have this completed and be able to breathe some nice clean air.

We spent our afternoon discussing problems with our A/C in our new home. Their energy consultant, Joe Hemming, sat down to go over the concerns we are having and what we would like to see get done to improve our A/C. This way we feel more comfortable in our home and have a cheaper Electric Bill. We had previously discussed these issues with a different company who quoted us at a price that just wasn’t affordable for us. Practically charging what I could pay for a new car! Therefore we have went almost a whole year being miserable in this AZ heat. Joe Hemming with FOR Energy quoted us at a price that was way less and so affordable. After going through our A/C, checking the attic, duct work, doors and windows, checking the heat throughout the house, and more, Joe sat down with us and showed us pictures and explained everything in so much detail. They even do payment plans which hello!!! Amazing!!!! Joe was very kind and made the experience great and helped us understand the whole process. I had some work done in my attic, including re-insulating duct lines, and adding more insulation. The representative I worked with was extremely thorough with his inspection, he detailed everything in a way for a layperson to understand. I'll be returning to them for any other home energy needs I have.

Heard about ForEnergy at Home Show. Set appointment Jake came out went through out attic checked for unsealed ducts took pictues we has several also accessed amount of insulation which we knew we were in need. Discussed needs set appointment.
Tech showed up ran pressure test, replaced 1 duct sealed several others. Next day insulation was blown in. We were kept up todate when coming easy to work with.
Hopefully this will help with energy bills.

I met FOR Energy at Walmart. The staff was so nice. I had them out to access my older home. I was very impressed with their pictures and highly recommend you have them out. Ask for Jen.

Excellent experience. Called multiple places for quotes and choose 3 companies to come for whole house new windows. FOR Energy, gave us the best price, by a lot, on the same windows one other company also supplied. Explained the installation process, which other company just kind of glossed over. Explained how and where the windows were made. Installation only took a few hours and the crew that did the install, cleaned up nicely after their work. Had an issue with the patio screen door - they got it fixed and provided 2 wheels in case something happens to the ones provided.
We also had them install a second Tesla power wall, just waiting for electric company to sign off so it can be turned on.

Dennis was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His presentation was very straightforward and he answered all of the questions I had asked . I’d definitely do business with FOR Energy.

We just had FOR Energy come out and do an energy audit on our home. They checked for air leaks, insulation issues, and anything else making the house less efficient (and more expensive to cool).

Turns out we had massive problem areas in the attic and ductwork. They walked us through everything with thermal imaging and made the whole process super easy. We ended up having them move all the insulation and seal all the holes that went from attic into the home and then add in fiberglass insulation. They filled it to 16 where our home builder had it 7.

They did an incredible job and I would highly recommend them

Terrible experience with GreenBrilliance. Poor communication between them and their partner One Energy led to major delays. Over a year later, we’re paying more, not saving. They also refused to replace a damaged power line they had agreed to fix — I had to pay $6,000 out of pocket. Reached out several times with no response. Completely unprofessional and not worth the investment.

Had FOR Energy fully replace our duct work that was coming apart and then remove and re-insulate the attic. The crew was on time every day, and after all the work was done our house is much more comfortable and efficient. We had a few small setbacks in the job and FOR Energy listened to our concerns and remedied the issues.

Jen and Jermaine came out and gave a thorough review of our entire duct work, issues and solutions, which is exactly what we wanted! It was extremely eye-opening. I had FOR out to inspect my home because my research showed they were local & family owned. Jen & Jernaine have been great to work with. Jermaine was a trooper crawling the hot & difficult attic. We had Jermaine and Jen out to access our attic. They were so kind to our grandson. We were really impressed how he went in our hot and miserable attic. He really knew what to look for and their findings were thorough. The pictures and videos really explained what was wrong and how to fix it. They respected our home and wore booties. In May of 2025 we reached out to FOR Energy to help us with the insulation of our home. When they arrived, their representatives were remarkably helpful with assessing our home's air leaks and poor builder quality workmanship from when the house was built in 2005.

The following week their crews arrived to seal every gap in our attic that opened into the house below. They also sealed our entire HVAC system as well as ductwork. Everything in the attic was still the original from 2005 and had significant gaps or even holes.

The next day another crew arrived to replace all of the attic insulation with high quality, heat resistant spray-in insulation. 6-8 inches.

The difference is astounding and our A/C units rarely come on whereas before they were running often and the home was still uncomfortable even in mild Arizona weather. We can't wait to see the difference in our electric bill next month and are so greateful to Jenn, our representative, who was amazingly patient and thoroughly detailed about the work.

I highly recommend FOR Energy's work and process. A well sealed and insulated attic was the exact solution to our problems. They actually cared about our needs and well-being, treating us like family. Everyone from the company was polite and respectful of our home and wishes. There is no price tag that we can place on their service because the value of comfort, lack of desert dust and inside air quality is truly spectacular.

We are very pleased using For Energy for our attic project. I have always been grossed out by the filth accumulated in our 1947 attic. My husband wanted to leave the whole mess alone. I requested a quote and was happy I did. Jen and Germaine came out and did a thorough job with the proposal. I trusted them from the beginning. Easy going manner and no pressure to hire them.
The scope of work went far beyond my expectations. ALL that old insulation and filth was removed. Mario and his crew who did the removal and reinstallation of insulation on the 3rd day, were professional, easy to work with, did a thorough job and took care to seal off their work areas to keep dirt and insulation contained. They vacuumed the attic and cleaned up after themselves. The 2nd day was Sergio's crew to fix and replace ducting and seal many things, more than I knew existed. The 3rd day blow in new insulation. Mario and Sergio led crews that were the best tradesmen we've encountered. These men do this job for a living and they've worked together as a unit and it showed. You can relax and trust they are doing what they say they would do. A good value. There was so much interaction and the ability to contact someone easily with questions throughout the process

Joe from FOR Energy came out to my house and gave me a free energy audit of the attic insulation and duct work. He was professional and educational. He gave me a clean audit and did not hard sell me. We had Jake and Jen out to look at our attic. Their visit was very thorough and full of information. They said everything looked great and it was nice that they didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. They also provided DIY as well.

Had Jen and Jake show up on time. They were both very friendly and informative. Got a lot of good information about our home and how we could save money on our APS bills. I loved how informative they were. Definitely food for thought.

I had FOR Energy come out to my home in March to provide a quote for attic insulation and duct sealing. The technician took good pictures and made some decent suggestions about vent upgrades, which I appreciated. However, the pricing experience left a bad impression.

The initial quote was around $17,000—which was shocking. Then the rep, Candis, stepped outside to "talk to her boss" and came back with a revised price of just over $12,000. It was clear this was a sales tactic, and it felt very gimmicky.

For comparison, I got another quote from Koala Insulation for the same work (plus sealing two vents that FOR didn’t include) and the total was $2,335—nearly $10,000 less.

While FOR Energy might do decent work, this kind of pricing game and inflated estimate is a huge red flag. Do your homework and get multiple quotes.

Hi Ruth, thank you for the feedback. Good or bad- the feedbacks helps us as a company.

Just a point of clarity on what our testing suggested and what our representative was suggesting- the quote was for removing all existing insulation, attic sealing the entire attic space, re-insulating to R-44 (roughly 16 inches), sealing up your duct system, replacing two of the duct runs that were torn open, insulating nearly 100 square feet of kneewalls, and installing (2) 90 degree elbows to relieve pressure on the unit and provide better airflow. Our suggestions also included a pre and post audit test to be able to quantify the difference between where you started and where you were when the home was completed.

We recognize that we are not for everybody but I want to make clear that this is not an apples to apples comparison and it's impossible to do all the work we were suggesting anywhere neat the price you were quoted from the other company. Our costs to do the project far exceed what was quoted for the work.

We are sorry if we did not convey the suggested work properly and sincerely hope you get the results you're looking for.

Thank you for your response. I understand that your proposal may have included more extensive work, but the pricing experience still felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine consultation. The sudden $5,000 price drop after “speaking with your manager” came across as a pressure tactic, which eroded trust.

I also want to clarify that the other companies I received quotes from—including Koala Insulation—did not recommend removing the existing insulation or several of the upgrades your team proposed. They explained that those steps weren’t necessary in my case based on the condition of the attic and ducts. Their assessments were thorough, and their pricing was transparent and consistent—no gimmicks or sudden discounts.

Even if your scope included more, the way it was presented made it difficult to trust. I stand by my recommendation: homeowners should always get multiple quotes, ask questions, and look for providers who prioritize clarity and trustworthiness.

Jake was great, well informed, easy to talk to. Refreshing to see someone giving me their honest opinion. Didn't try to up sell me. Thank you for letting me take some of your time today.

Our attic was an absolute mess and FOR came in, cleaned everything up and sealed everything air tight. Our system now runs much more efficiently, they were friendly, fast and cleaned everything up like they’d never been there! I highly recommend FOR!

There team did an upgrade of my existing insulation, elevated and repaired ducts, sealed attic, blew in insulation to get me up to where I needed to be. Extremely courteous, respectful, professional through all aspects. Worked very efficiently, and did a very good job. Had an issue with some rattling after they left and Sergio and Have came back to check things out within 24 hrs. These guys are truly on top of there game. Great team!

I have never felt so impressed with
a company before (I had a few issues in the attic. I live alone and always worry dealing with contractors and workmen) I was so taken care of in every way. I got pictures and videos of everything they were doing AS they were doing it. My report is on the way but it includes side by side pics of my problem next to the after pic. There were several issues where heat comes in and my guest room never cooled enough. Now I have perfect air in every room and mot a drop is escaping .

We had Jermaine and Jen out for insulation. They showed us a lot of pictures and we discovered our ducts also needed fixed. Jermaine’s report was so informative. They both were friendly and very professional. I am looking forward to get our home ready for this brutal summer.

We had ForEnergy do an assessment of our efficiency of our insulation and ductwork leaks. As we have an older home, there were no surprises with what they found. The salesman was pleasant and easy to work with. Then when we had the work done, Eric, Sergio, and Rico were respectful of our home and dealing with our 2 dogs. When they were finished sealing our vents, I immediately noticed the air flow was better. They cleaned every thing up before they left. Pleased with their service!

We used For Energy for duct sealing, insulation, and to project manage our solar installation. Everything went smoothly with excellent communication/scheduling. Our house has a goofy layout and I could never imagine it ever having a stable temperature. For 20 years I just knew which rooms were the hot ones and which ones were the cold ones. So, yea, I should have done this 20 years ago lol.

I had attic duct seals and insulation done at my place. I look forward to seeing the results when the temperatures climb and I need to turn on the AC. The crew that came and did the work was communicative and finished promptly.

We've loved our experience with FOR Energy! Jake on the sales side, Nick, the Project Manager, and all the guys who did the job were wonderful.

Was it perfect? No. BUT, the couple of small things that happened have been or will be made right. Zero issues.

Was it cheap? Nope. BUT, with all the work they did to fix all the stuff that needed fixing, and the top quality of the new insulation, we'll likely never see energy bills like we saw last summer. So in the end it pays for itself!

I'd highly recommend FOR Energy to anyone who's thinking about getting new insulation. These guys were the best.

If you call them out for a free energy audit be prepared for a high pressure sales pitch. The only reason they provide these free is to make a sale, and boy will they try to sell you something if it makes sense or not.

The good:
The audit itself was great, they provide a ton of helpful information.

The bad:
Once they've finished the audit prepare to sit down with them for long sales pitch. We talked for 30 min or so, 20 of which was a sales pitch and 10 being an actual review of the findings. I told Joe right away that I'm doing this to see if I can save money. If I can see a return on my investment in a reasonable amount of time then I'm in.

The main three things Joe recommended was sealing the ducts, sealing the attic (top plates and can lights), and blowing more insulation. The price came out to $6533. He estimated that I would save 30% on my energy bill. My energy bill is about $2000 a year so $600 in savings would put a return on my investment in about 10 years.

First, my bill is currently about what you would expect for a house my size so 30% savings is almost certainly an exaggeration putting my return on investment way over 10 years. Secondly, this is the point he should have concluded their services are not for me and stopped desperately trying to sell me something.

Joe continued onto the next sales tactic, the day of sale discount. A limited time offer for that day only, dropping the price to $5750. This is the point in which I said I don't appreciate high pressure sales tactics. But instead of backing down he moved to the next sales tactic bring the price down by doing one or two of the services. I once again expressed the numbers don't make sense. Then he proceeds to tell me if I just buy one thing I can lock in the price for now and decide if I want to purchase later. I'm sure you can see the pattern here.

If they truly had my best interest at heart they'd have stopped the sales pitch multiple times throughout this already. They want your money, and it doesn't matter if it makes no financially sense for you to purchase their services, they're still going to try to sell you it anyways.

I probably would have just let this all slide but they have been blowing me up with text and emails after I clearly stated why I am not interest so now I'm writing this review.

For reference, I contacted another company who provides energy audits. I told them the same thing, I want to see if I can save money. They asked how much my current bill is, the square footage of my house, what I leave my thermostat at. They said my bill is about what it should be and if I want a good return on investment to do it myself. Even gave me a tip about Home Depot will give you a free insulation blower rental if you buy enough insulation from them.

I recently had For Energy complete a major project in my attic, including insulation, attic sealing, and an air duct reroute. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic!

Joe, the initial auditor, was outstanding. He was punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would, and took the time to thoroughly assess our home’s energy efficiency needs. He explained every detail clearly, making sure we understood the benefits of each upgrade. What really stood out was his dedication—on the day of installation, he even stopped by just to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. That level of service speaks volumes!

The installation team did a tremendous job. I work remotely, and they were so efficient that I barely even noticed the work was happening. There was no disruption to my day, and they were incredibly polite and professional throughout. They also made sure to clean up every step of the way, leaving everything spotless once the job was done.

We’ve already noticed a significant improvement in our home's comfort and energy efficiency! I highly recommend For Energy to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a team that truly cares about their customers. Huge thanks to Joe and the entire crew for a job well done!

We had FOR out to inspect our attic. We knew our insulation was bad and our back rooms are very warm. They were professional and provided an informative report. Jen and Jermaine were friendly and I am looking forward to getting this gross insulation out and my ducts fixed.

I just had my Home Energy Checkup completed by Joseph Rivera. He was very personable, professional, and friendly. He explained the entire process. When I first had an appointment set up with this Company I was pretty anxious. Originally all I wanted was a test on my home and an estimate, but after a bit of discussion we came to a reasonable solution that fits my budget.

The appointments I had spanned just a couple days, one for my vents and airflow, the other for the insulation. After my first appointment with the vents the changes were immediately noticeable. I turned on the heater to warm up the house for my grandma but when I turned it off later the temperature stayed at a consistent 70 degrees rather than dropping to around 60 due to the winter. I was pretty psyched, and now with the new insulation in my attic i'm eager to see how my power bill will change in the Summer.

The gentlemen who came and did the work took pictures of the work they did, including where they sealed up my ducts and the holes where air was coming and going. I was forewarned that my house may be a bit dusty to due to the increased airflow so I had ample time to prepare. And to top it all off they were able to answer any questions or concerns I had after the fact. All in all, the work done is very good and i'd strongly recommend them for making your home energy efficient and producing good noticeable changes.

Joseph Rivera came to our home this morning and after his home energy checkup recommended some things for us to do to make our home more efficient. He provided several choices and gave us very precise details on why he would recommend each project based on pictures that he took during the checkup. We ultimately chose the lesser of all the projects that would still be what we felt was within our price range and gave us the best benefit. We had a consultation with For Energy today to review some things we can do to our home to improve energy efficiency and save money both short term and long term. Our representative Joseph Rivera was awesome. He did an inspection of our attic and home and found some items that needed to be addressed such as ducts not being sealed properly as well as some other minor repairs that could greatly improve the efficiency of our AC unit and save us money immediately. He also gave us feedback on other items where our home passed the energy star test and highlighted things that were done properly. I felt like we learned a lot. This was an educational process for us and we look forward to making improvements to our home that will make a big difference to our budget. Joseph was patient, down to earth and did a great job of explaining everything to us so it was easy to understand. I highly recommend this experience with For Energy and highly recommend Joseph!

My house is 20 years old and I have never updated my attic insulation. After last year's ridiculous energy bills, I decided I needed to find ways to improve my home energy use. I met with two companies to get assessments for my home energy efficiency. FOR Energy's inspection was superior and the recommendations were more detailed. I also felt that the communication in the contract and pricing details that Jen provided to me made me feel more confident in my decision to chose For Energy.

Jen and Jermaine came out for an inspection today. Not only were they very friendly - they were prompt & informative. I’m excited to have the gross insulation removed & my duct work fixed. Overall - low pressure & worth having them out.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Ballard. From start to finish, the experience was great. Mike arrived promptly and took the time to thoroughly assess my home’s energy use. He was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and professional.

Mike explained everything in detail without overwhelming me with technical jargon. He also identified several areas where I could improve energy efficiency.

They were able to add insulation and seal our attic but a big selling point was them explaining how we really need to raise and seal our solar tubes and how much energy we were wasting. When they came to do the work, they were not able to raise them and they are still hanging off the ceiling. To me it’s a classic case of over promising and under delivering

They did try and come back but said that even if they broke the seal, raised them, and sealed they’d drop again. I reached out and was told that was all they could do.

Disappointed overall but giving 3 stars because they did what they said they would do with insulation, vents, and the ducts.

Jen did a great job of walking us through our audit results and making recommendations for needs to happen to make our home as energy efficient as possible. She was very clear on what FOR Energy will and won’t do, and helped us understand the best options for us. Based on her materials and information, we are moving forward with a complete change-out of our insulation and replacement of some key windows. We can’t wait to see the results!
Adding: Our new windows are in and they are amazing! They really brighten up the rooms while significantly cutting down on heat transfer. My office routinely got uncomfortably warm in direct sun even in the winter; there is now a noticeable difference and it is much improved! The whole process took less than 2 months and the install team was incredibly professional.

Mike Ballard and the ForEnergy crew did a great job taking care of us. The audit was eye opening and helpful. The demolition, sealing, and insulating crews were efficient, effective, and professional.

Over the past seven years FOR Energy has replaced the windows in our home. The last replacement was the patio door unit. We chose the option of two of the three sections sliding into each other allowing a full six foot opening onto the patio making our outdoor living space an extension of the AZ room.

Updated Review:

When we first worked with For Energy, the team seemed great—kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience since then has gone downhill.

After their visit, our dryer suddenly stopped drying clothes. We had recently cleaned the dryer vent lines just after buying the house, so this was odd. We later discovered that the vent line in the attic had been completely destroyed. We had to pay $400 out of pocket to replace it. When we reached out to For Energy, they flatly denied responsibility, and after that, we never heard from them again.

Despite their energy efficiency work, our utility bills didn’t show any improvements:
• May: $288.17 (pre-work)
• June: $470.38
• July: $529.77
• August: $445.48

We brought in another company this spring to assess what was going on. They reviewed the For Energy packet and took photos in the attic. Turns out most of the work done was purely cosmetic and had no real impact on our energy use. For what we paid, they didn’t even insulate over the garage.

The second company came in, corrected the issues, and added proper insulation—for a quarter of the price. We’ve already seen real improvement:
• May: $213.48
• June: $255.90
• July: projected $390

We obviously still have some room for improvement, but unfortunately, that will have to wait since we’re still paying off the loan for For Energy’s original work.

I wish this had been a positive follow-up to my original review, but based on the results and the lack of accountability, I would not recommend For Energy.

Original review: Really enjoyed our experience with For Energy. Everyone was kind and helpful. We will use them again in the future when we can do further energy improvements on our home.

I had FOR energy come by after a vendor fair at my work. Really nice people. They sent someone out and the work he did for FOR Energy was well done for the most part. My advice is when you have them come out and your not sure about what the person says, call the company up and get a second opinion.

Unfortunately the person they sent out, Monty, misrepresented the company when I asked about solar. He put together a plan for under another company he worked for under the guise or FOR Energy. 8 months later I find out that he was actually working for AzRising Solar, told me I was going to get one thing and got something else. It’s a mess.

I have been tryting for almost a year to get an itemized invoice for tax deduction purposes since the job was done and have not been successful. The materials are the only portion that are tax deductible per the IRS. Therefore, I am not able to write off anything from their service.

We are very pleased with the service. They fixed our duct work issues and sealed the ducts. They were very courteous, knowledgabe, and tidy.

They also performed an energy audit and did not try to upsell us anything!

However, I am changing my review. I have been trying to get an itemized invoice for my accountant and have been unsuccessful.
