I would like to give Mighty Dog Roofing a 10 stars if Google allows me! Just had both the roof and gutters replaced by the Mighty Dog team today! They surprised me by finishing the whole project in one and half days!
Like other homeowners, I've been researching roof companies and had inspections done with other 4 companies before I found Mighty Dog. Unlike the other roofing businesses only rushing me to have the project done, they are the one really care about what their clients need.
Ms. Meg was the first person who called and spoke to me, she went through the procedures with me via the phone, her kindness and caring made the first phone call a very pleasant time. Zach is the best inspector, he took multiple pictures outside top and inside of the leaking spots, patiently answered all my questions and explained to me how the roof replacement will be done.
They took very good care of the house, helped to protect all my outdoor belongings and moved back the furniture back to my backyard patio with care. I feel so lucky to find them and they made the frustrating roof replacement a pleasant tour instead!
I would highly recommend this lovely family owned business to everyone.

We contacted Mighty Dog Roofing to handle two problems, hail damage to our roof, and poorly installed gutter covers. Justin was very helpful in understanding the process of filing a claim with our insurance company, was there to meet with the adjuster and we were able to get the repairs covered!
The two projects were scheduled separately, but on both days, the Mighty Dog crew showed up first thing, they got right to work and had the job completed and everything cleaned up in our yard by the end of the day.

We started out the process of replacing our roof by trying to file a claim on our own. The insurance company offered a tiny amount that wouldn't even begin to cover the cost. I contacted Mighty Dog to talk to them on my behalf, and within a week the insurance company agreed to cover the entire cost. From there, every step of the way was incredibly easy. They were very flexible with scheduling and when it came time to install the new roof, all work was completed within a day. Had an extremely small leak occur to my 17 year old roof during Tropical Storm Helene (a bucket caught less than a cup of water up in the attic under the leak). Justin, with Mighty Dog Roofing, came out the very next day after my call to do a free and complete roof inspection. While the entirety of the roof appears to be intact, Justin did offer to apply a quick patch to the area of the tiny leak. He got on the roof and found the small area of concern and applied some roofing sealant. Zack and Meg just completed re-roofing Weaver Law Firm’s Gainesville location and also installed new gutters and downspouts; they did a phenomenal job! Excellent communication from beginning to end of the project. Exactly on time, exactly as proposed—they made the entire experience a pleasure. Superlative clean up job! They re-roofed the entire building on Saturday; when we came to work on Monday there was no trace they had been there—except we had a beautiful new roof. They brought in a small army of people to tackle the job in one day; they began at about 6 AM and finished at about 7 PM. So I just recently relocated from NJ and had no idea which siding company to use. I randomly picked Mighty Dog and let me say, they did not disappoint!! Communication is everything on a project such as mine where all my siding was replaced. Zach was the contact I dealt with from start to finish. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest. He told me exactly what needed to be done and did not fluff the price or try to take me to the bank. In fact, there were some siding on my home that did not require replacement and he made up for that. Justin and the team at Mighty Dog have been great to work with. They performed a full gutter replacement last summer and the whole process from the initial inspection to the finished product was stress-free, on-time and on-budget. The gutters have performed perfectly and some drainage adjustments made by the team has diverted significant water away from our foundation and into nearby flower beds.
During one of the recent storms, we had some damage to the exterior exhaust pipe from a second floor bathroom fan and, eventhough that is not a normal job for the team, Justin was on site the next day with a solution. Would highly recommend for all roofing and gutter needs!!

I'm very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing. Justin made the entire process from inspecting our old roof, listening to our concerns, getting an estimate, selecting shingles, to the actual installation very easy and transparent. We had a couple of leak problems with our old roof, mostly because of flashing failures, so Justin included extra weatherproofing in these areas. Additionally, Justin stayed onsite during the installation to make sure the crew met all the contracted installation requirements. This was very refreshing since other contractors I've worked with typically just drop a crew off and leave it up to the homeowner to supervise the installation.

He walked me through his inspection process, including what he would be looking for, how long it'd take, and when I could expect to see the pictures and hear his recommendations (if any). Turns out we didn't need a replacement at this time, but he did give me an estimate on its remaining useful life so we could budget well in advance. My roof was getting old and I was in the market for a new roof. I called Mighty Dog Roofing for an estimate. Sales Manager Justin came by my house and inspected my roof and skylights. Then Justin explained how a new roof will be installed and all of its features. Justin was clear and thorough about the process, and made 3 or 4 visits to bring me samples, to get the correct measurements, etc. There was no pressure to sign the agreement. Justin followed up with me periodically but was not pushy like some other salesmen I have come across while doing home improvement. I accepted the estimate and the project was scheduled.

On the day of installation the installers came early in the morning and started their work methodically, worked diligently and completed by the end of the day. Justin was on site most of the day supervising the project which I am very happy about. Justin did not leave it to the workers and go elsewhere like most contractors do. General Manager Meg also came by to inspect the progress. There was a damage to the drywall during the installation. Justin called a drywall repairman immediately and had it repaired within the next few hours. At the end of the day after the installation was complete everything was cleaned up well. Justin took me around the house and showed all the work and I was very happy with the work, the look, and how smoothly the whole project was completed.
