I met Mr Ricky one Saturday Morning while preparing to gotvout for the day. He was prompt and to the point and everything that he said would happen actually came to pass. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the law, the process and the possible hurdles that we may face dealing with the insurance company. But just as he said, I was eligible for a full roof replacement and they did it in less than one day. His team came out early one morning and got started immediately. When they were done, they cleaned everything up to the point that you couldn't even tell that they had been here... Unless you looked up at the shiny new roof. I rated them five stars because they did exactly what they promised and Ricky was definitely a man of his word. I even recommended him to my Manager at work and he was able to get him a full roof replacement as well! I met Ricky at my job he came in and I noticed his shirt and asked him about getting a new roof he advised me on it and even took time to run to my house that day to assess it, he called me right back and advised me that I needed a new roof and that he could take me through the whole process from beginning to end with the insurance and claim and all in between and he did just that he called daily to inform me what was going on and happening throughout the process of getting my new roof.. Their service may be good, don't know because I have never used them but they incorrectly tried to invoice me for a repair that I never received. Again never did business with them. Holly rather than listen to me just kept talking over me and refused to accept they had mistakenly reached out to the wrong person. As and HOA manager I can promise I will never use them as I deliver excellent customer service to my residents and expect the same from any vendor that we would use. took 5 minutes to get her to be quiet enough to understand she had the wrong manager. I hope they treat their customers better than this. Very disappointing.
Update: I changed my rating as the company did reach out and address my concern. This was an after hours on call situation and the tech that came out was amazing and working during those 16 to 20 degree nights and got the job completed. The tech was amazing and we can all improve on communication but I was very happy that they actually worked on my concern. Thank you for that and best wishes on your future projects!

A huge tree fell on my house in a storm and smashed through the roof. ERS handled everything super professionally, and did a great job on not only the roof repair but also all the interior repairs. They worked well with my insurance company and mortgage lender. I especially want to call out Karl, the project manager, who was superb. QUALITY ROOFING CONTRACTOR! I did extensive research on roofing costs. The Odd Couple Roofing Contractor with Emergency Roofing Solutions, Terri and Chris are phenomenal! The team was the best, that I have encountered in Atlanta in last 20 years. I contacted my Insurance provider regarding damage sustained by weather. I received a prompt call from Terri and setup an appointment for the following Monday. After completing the damage assessment, Terri and Chris reviewed the damage and explained my options to correct the problem and answered questions. They assisted me with every aspect of my claim including scheduling the estimates with peripheral contractors, etc. They were in touch with me daily either by phone or in person. They have expert knowledge of roofing damage, repair to any structural needs and options. The skills provided by the on-site Manager and Roofing Team were beyond excellent. Materials were delivered the day before. The crew they sent to install the roof was exceptional! They did a great job on my incredibly steep and difficult roof. They took care to move all the things away from the house I had forgotten about so they weren't damaged during tear-off. The clean-up after was top notch too. Can't recommend them enough!
