Richard and his team performed the roof replacement perfectly and in a timely manner. Hopefully, I won't need the again, but if I do they would be the first ones I would call.

If you have to get a new roof this is the company to go with! They were so helpful, organized and professional from beginning to end. Lindsey was so knowledgeable about everything we needed through this whole process.

This is the second time I have used Inspector Roofing. I used them in 2022, to put a brand-new roof on my home and the second time on a rental property. They did such a great job the first time that I had no problem using them again. I would recommend them highly.

I then met Ned who oversaw the roofing crew and flew a drone to document and record the crew's work as it progressed, and Angel, the crew's supervisor who was very responsive to all my questions and ensured all the work and clean-up was done properly.

Overall, a good experience with inspector roofing the office manager took the time to answer my questions and do what she could to make it a smooth transaction. Angel, the technician who performed the repair, was very professional and honored my request to send photos upon completion as I was not on site at the time. Reading four stars instead of five as the time frames for arrival were about three hours later than anticipated, but that’s roofing during weather events. I would not hesitate to work with this company again.

He told me to trust him, then he made it super easy to do so. Working with him has been awesome. And on top of that, my roof looks wonderful.

Right up front she explained to us how it works, how we work with insurance, how we will receive and handle payment. The work was seamlessly and smoothly done and we could not be more pleased with our new roof - looks great and was easy to execute.

So thankful that my neighbor used them. A hail storm occurred and I reported it to the insurance company. Of course they denied it saying that there hadn't been a hail storm at my house in over 10 years!!!! I asked my neighbor who they had used for her roof replacement and she gave me the business card for Kevin Riley. I finally got around to reaching out to Mr. Riley and he scheduled a time to come out and look at the roof. Since he had worked in the neighborhood, he already knew about the recent hail storm. I explained the insurance claim denial and he said he would reach out to them to get it reversed. When I tell you, Kevin and his team were on it, I'd be lying if I said they dropped the ball. They kept me updated through the entire process. My insurance company dropped the ball. They switched the adjuster a billion times, but Kevin & the team tracked one down who was in the position long enough to get the claim approved. Once approved, Inspector Roofing made sure that the full roof replacement was able to be completed within the next 10 days! I would gladly recommend Inspector Roofing & Restoration to anyone who asks!

We were so grateful to have found Inspector Roofing after a tree crashed into our home during a storm. The whole mess was an unexpected shock and we had no idea how to navigate the claim process, manage all the estimates and contractors, etc. Inspector Roof compiled a 17-page supplement for our insurance company detailing line by line what repairs were needed and at what cost; including pictures, diagrams, and explanations. This document included summaries for all contractor’s, including stucco and paint. Thanks to the great team at Inspector Roof, our claim was approved and our roof restored, even better than new!

I have a very nice sign asking for no soliciting and no door to door salesman and yet I come home to trash on my door. The only thing your advertising did was make sure we don't use you. Please understand that even the no soliciting sign at the front of the neighborhood is an indication we don't want you to do this and to interpret it otherwise is blatantly disrespectful.
