Richard and his team performed the roof replacement perfectly and in a timely manner. Hopefully, I won't need the again, but if I do they would be the first ones I would call.

If you have to get a new roof this is the company to go with! They were so helpful, organized and professional from beginning to end. Lindsey was so knowledgeable about everything we needed through this whole process.

Overall, a good experience with inspector roofing the office manager took the time to answer my questions and do what she could to make it a smooth transaction. Angel, the technician who performed the repair, was very professional and honored my request to send photos upon completion as I was not on site at the time. Reading four stars instead of five as the time frames for arrival were about three hours later than anticipated, but that’s roofing during weather events. I would not hesitate to work with this company again.

So thankful that my neighbor used them. A hail storm occurred and I reported it to the insurance company. Of course they denied it saying that there hadn't been a hail storm at my house in over 10 years!!!! I asked my neighbor who they had used for her roof replacement and she gave me the business card for Kevin Riley. I finally got around to reaching out to Mr. Riley and he scheduled a time to come out and look at the roof. Since he had worked in the neighborhood, he already knew about the recent hail storm. I explained the insurance claim denial and he said he would reach out to them to get it reversed. When I tell you, Kevin and his team were on it, I'd be lying if I said they dropped the ball. They kept me updated through the entire process. My insurance company dropped the ball. They switched the adjuster a billion times, but Kevin & the team tracked one down who was in the position long enough to get the claim approved. Once approved, Inspector Roofing made sure that the full roof replacement was able to be completed within the next 10 days! I would gladly recommend Inspector Roofing & Restoration to anyone who asks!

We were so grateful to have found Inspector Roofing after a tree crashed into our home during a storm. The whole mess was an unexpected shock and we had no idea how to navigate the claim process, manage all the estimates and contractors, etc. Inspector Roof compiled a 17-page supplement for our insurance company detailing line by line what repairs were needed and at what cost; including pictures, diagrams, and explanations. This document included summaries for all contractor’s, including stucco and paint. Thanks to the great team at Inspector Roof, our claim was approved and our roof restored, even better than new!

I have a very nice sign asking for no soliciting and no door to door salesman and yet I come home to trash on my door. The only thing your advertising did was make sure we don't use you. Please understand that even the no soliciting sign at the front of the neighborhood is an indication we don't want you to do this and to interpret it otherwise is blatantly disrespectful.

If you're a homeowner in need of a reliable and trustworthy roofing inspector, look no further than Abdul Amer from Inspector Roofing. When I needed my home's roof inspected, I found Abdul through our neighborhood Facebook page. He was easy to communicate with and was upfront about his plans and commitments. He provided a free, no-contract inspection and used a drone to take sufficient photos of the roof. Abdul then explained that he would send the photos to his team to confirm whether a manual inspection was necessary. After a couple of hours, Abdul returned to my home and explained that a manual inspection was not needed and that the roof was looking good. I was impressed with Abdul's honesty, transparency, knowledge, and friendliness. Overall, I would strongly recommend Abdul and Inspector Roofing to anyone in need of a roofing inspector.

After meeting with several roofing companies in the area and two outside of the area, not one of them lived up to the repartition that was give. They all gave good information but not one when the total distance to get the job done. It only appeared that they were in it for themselves. I even had one company stating that they would not warranty the roof unless the entire roof was completed. Then I spoke with INSPECTOR ROOFING, set-up an appointment for an estimate on the back portion of the roof. Not only did they tell me that the roof being replaced would be warranted, but they think that they could get the entire roof replaced. They did exactly what they said they would do. INSPECTOR ROOFING submitted documentation for the approval to the insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Sent a special team all the way from Atlanta and completed the job in one day. They started about 06:00 a.m. and to my surprise was done by 04:30 p.m. that evening. Upon completion they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Overall I would rate INSPECTOR ROOFING excellent in all categories: Price, Customer Service, warranty, integrity, and professionalism. They even came back within a week to address any smaller concerns, like tightening up gutters (Subcontractors), fixing screens, and double cleaning around pool area/yard in general. I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with INSPECTOR ROOFING. They have amazing workers and absolutely fantastic professionalism from their entire team. Kudos to the entire crew, Mr. Gabriel Moorhead, Miss Lindsey Nasser, Mr. Kevin Riley, and Mr. Chris Nasser in finance. Two years ago when my neighbors were getting new roofs no roofing company would work with my insurance company saying that they would not cover a new roof. Two years later and a lot of worry about the condition of my roof I saw a recommendation for Inspector Roofing in the Nextdoor app. I did some additional investigation on the company and there were plenty of positive experiences. I contacted them. They sent out an knowledgeable inspector and told me of the damage. My insurance sent a roofing company and they also identified damage. The Insurance company would cover a new roof for only the front of the house and repairs in 4 places in the back. We appealed the decision. The same knowledgeable inspector from Inspector Roofing again came out and videotaped the attempt to repair the roof. The shingles crumbled. They sent the video to my insurance. Based on the videotape evidence the insurance company would now cover a new roof. Inspector Roofing knew exactly how to work with the insurance company. They are experts and professionals in roofing. And special thanks to Lindsey who guided me through the whole process and worked directly with the insurance company. I had confidence in the Inspector Roofing team and definitely recommend them. They installed my new roof in one day and it looks great!
