Kingsley Water Damage & Fire Cleanup

I frantically called Kingsley water damage company and they have been the best group to work with. All the way from when they answered the phone and took my case, until completing the water damage cleanup.
I will continue to work with them through the insurance process, but I wanted to give a shout out to the dedicated team who responds to all of these calls.

Angel, our project manager who handled our damage, communicated with us from the start to the end of his effort. He has been a great professional to work with, and I appreciate all his and his team’s support.

We had an excellent experience with Kingsley. They came highly recommended by a friend. Matt reached out to us immediately and was sympathetic to our situation. The gentlemen showed up promptly to begin the clean-up process. Angel kept in close touch with us during the process and checked in/stopped by daily. He was assisted by Armando, who was also great. Dante was the Operations Manager who came by to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Lastly, we spoke with Jean a couple of times by phone. She was most helpful and informative.

We had an issue with flooding in our bathroom. JoJo and Armando showed up within 2 hours of calling and immediately got to work. They were very pleasant and were able to start the drying process quickly. JoJo came out again on a Saturday morning to verify everything was going as planned. JoJo returned yet again with Dante to give a final look over and make sure everything was completely dry before putting down a spray to prevent any mold from growing. I hope I never have a need for this type of service again, but if I do I will feel better knowing I can call Kingsley.

Outstanding service and results. After having a pipe burst in my home I dreaded going through the remediation and subsequent repairs. Literally Kingsley came to my rescue. Angel developed a remediation plan to expedite the process and reduce subsequent repairs. He and Armando worked diligently and expertly to complete the work. Concurrently, Jeane at the office assured details were worked out and coordinated with my insurance company. The entire process was checked and monitored by Dante. Overall they are an outstanding and effective team and very much customer oriented. I highly recommend them.

This company was a saving grace during one of every homeowners worst nightmares. We are so thankful for the recent work Kingsley completed in our home! From the first communication with Matt, the entire experience was professional and responsive. Dante explained the process very clearly and always made himself available to answer questions and check in on a regular basis. Angel was so awesome to work with! He managed his team well, always gave me a heads up to when we should expect them and when they were done for the day, and he provided regular updates on progress of the mitigation. And finally, Armando was fantastic. I really appreciated how he cleaned up all the materials each day. Unfortunately we had to call this company out on Sunday afternoon. From the first lady I talked with on the phone to the last lady I talked with on the last day, this company was wonderful. They responded very quickly and very compassionately.

So, during the cold snap in January my son was in the process of moving to his new house in Irmo. When he went to check on his old house a pipe had busted. His house was completely flooded 1 to 2 inches throughout the house, a complete disaster. This was a Sunday evening, around 6. Thankfully Matt Hall (with Kingsley) was on my speed dial (we are friends through the Chamber). 45 minutes later his crew was in the house and by 9:00 that night they had already tore up half of the flooring. We had Angel and Armando and his crew out to our house after we moved in and the upstairs smelled musty. I was concerned there was mold and Angel came out and inspected. They cleaned out our whole HVAC system upstairs. Very professional, easy to speak with about my concerns. We are already in contact to clean out our HVAC downstairs next!

1/15/2025 Jojo Came back to pick up the air cleaning machines they had left here running for the last couple of days.. My house smells completely different! Then I spoke with Dante on the phone call while Jojo was here and he gave me all kinds of wonderful information to prevent future any issues and also sent me information on the type of air purifier that I can run in my house on a daily basis! He also gave me his phone number in case I have any questions! I’ve never had this kind of amazing service before.

When our dishwasher decided to break on us, leaving water seeping in between our flooring and subfloor, I ran to Google to find a restoration company. Kingsley had amazing reviews so I immediately called and spoke to Dante. He was very kind and professional and made me feel better about a not so great situation. We had Jojo and Teddy come out, and made the drive to Summerville to help take care of us. They were both great, and made me feel at ease. They even showed and explained to my son what all they were doing and how it worked. Very personable, hardworking, kind people!

Absolutely phenomenal! Upon discovering about 1/4 inch of standing water in our guest bathroom (my 3yr old decided to continually flush a clogged toilet) I called Kingsley. I spoke with Dante at 7pm on a Monday night, and by 8:15, Angel was at my house and assessing the damage. He took moisture readings and removed some laminate flooring from the worst area and set up equipment to begin the drying process. The next day Angel and a coworker returned to check on the progress. Unfortunately, there was still moisture present in the baseboards, and the water had gone under the sill and into our adjoining office. After more demo and several more fans were added to the area, we were set for 2 days or drying.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional, thorough, and very polite.

They showed up within an hour of me calling, the day prior to Thanksgiving, and were absolute pros at getting the water cleaned up in our ceilings and our floorboards the same day. Angel and Armando were fast and professional! I had an upstairs toilet overflow and damage 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They were out the next day and quickly removed the damaged material and had fans and dehumidifiers in there to start the drying process. I would like to note that kingsley services were very helpful in my situation. During hurricane helene the lower level of my home was flooded after a recent purchase. Matt showed up and personally offered his own shop vac to help contain the water coming through a leak in the foundation. Though himself and his team were handling situations in regard to assisting many others dealing with this disaster, they made time to assist me. He also took time for follow up calls as with genuine concern about my family progress in repair procedings. Just wanted to say thank you.

I had a water pipe burst behind my shower wall and from the very moment that I called they were all about helping me solve my problem. I happened to call just moments before closing and didn't get an answer but, unexpectedly, within 5 minutes of my call the lovely Kendria called me back. Shock was all I felt but from that moment on everyone I came into contact with did everything to help me. From Mrs. Jeanne and Mrs. Kendria answer my numerous phone calls and emails always setting my mind at ease. Mr. Dante and Mr. Angel inspecting everything and helping me find and resolve issues that they weren't obligated to do,like find a plumber after I had called 5 prior to calling them. This most certainly helped speed up my restoration process. Also my super heros Mr. Joseph aka (Jojo) and Mr. Teddy taking care of the demolition and cleanup while tredding those dangerously soft spots on the floors and bravely going into that dark and wet crawlspace. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they were helping me. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Teddy even went so far as to come back after my circuit breaker tripped after hours on a Friday when they had just left 15 minutes prior. Everyone made this catastrophe at my home feel like just a common simple fix. While having such great professionals like this, problems like this can't be anything other than simple. We recently found a water leak in our upstairs bathroom that is above our recently renovated downstairs kitchen. We contacted a Matt Hall with Kingsley and he explained thoroughly how his company' Kingsley could help us in avoiding dangerous mold in our home. His company sent out a crew supervised by a man called Jo-Jo. They set up equipment and a contamination area. In three days, the area was dry. They did a professional job and they did exactly what they said they would do. I want to thank Kingsley and their workers that did this job!

Our experience with Kingsley exceeded our expectations. We had no idea what the extent of the damage was to our home from an upstairs toilet, so when I called to get assistance I wasn’t expecting someone to come out immediately. What a stressful experience water damage can be but the dream team sent by Kingsley made it a whole lot easier. Dante and Jojo were the first to arrive to evaluate my situation. I didn’t think my damage was as bad as it was and was a little leery at first but Jojo was extremely compassionate and reassuring and Dante just knows his stuff. I felt like I was in the right hands. In comes Teddy and Banks with the demo and they were very fast and very neat. All debris removed without a speck of spackle left behind. I could see how widespread the damage was and I’m glad I listened and moved forward sooner rather than later. Had a 5 star experience with Kingsley. There was a shower water line that broke behind the wall and water was flooding everywhere! After getting a plumber to fix the leak Kingsley came out immediately and got to work. Angel was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. We woke up with 6 in of water in our den at 1am during an horrendous storm. They were out within the hour, knowledgable and thorough, and identified the issue and had us drying out within 30 minutes of being at our home! I had seen a Kingsley van driving through my neighborhood, the awesome one with flames on the side of it. I had flagged the driver down, this is how I met Dante, asked him about a spot of concern in my bathroom that had appeared to be mold. He offered to swing by and take a look for me. I was impressed that he had stopped and took time to speak with me but when he offered to take a look I was blown away. He actually found more issues while looking through the house that I would never in a million years noticed. He did a mold test and gave me a very fair estimate on site for doing the work. Showed me on his meter that my home was reading wet all over the place . If I do go through with this service I hands down will not go to any other companies. Between Dante on site and Kendria in the office who I spoke with just briefly about a few concerns with the age of my home. I feel like no one can go wrong with trusting Kingsley as your water, mold and fire restoration company 5 stars all day.

When we discovered my washing machine and leaked water from upstairs into my kitchen, Kingsley came out rather quickly to assess and prevent any future water damage. They came out several times over the next few days to check on the damage and progress. We did have an issue, but they fixed the matter. They are honest, hard working people!

I just want to shoutout for the excellent service that I received from Kingsley Water Damage Services. Dante Angel Tyler Teddy were extremely professional very knowledgeable of their job. My Tub overflow to my downstairs kitchen and guest bathroom. I was traumatized and didn’t know what to do. Water everywhere. I call Kingsley and they were very prompt gave an eta and met it. They assessed the damage and got right to work. I felt better after they start the restoration. They input fans and Humidifiers everywhere. Took the damage ceilings from kitchen and guest bathroom away in bags. Took up my master bathroom floor. They did cleanup very well. They came out everyday to monitor the drying process and put down stuff to prevent mold. I was extremely impressed with their work. I would recommend there company to anyone, you will not be disappointed and they were really do a good job for you.
