We had a new garage floor put down and honestly I really did not want it. But now I Love it! It was a great experience from Camille coming to the house and explaining more about the floor and signing us up, Buck who came out to measure and make final arrangements to Brandon who did the actual hard work of installing the floor. Everyone was as nice and professional as any I have ever delt with. Would defiantly use them again.

Kevin and Daniel did an amazing job and I am very pleased with their teamwork and with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. The shower turned out beautiful and will be very helpful with assisting my daughter.

I really appreciated that their salesmen were never pushy, and the quoted price for a remodel was good for a period of time. They were also able to do our shower remodel in one day, which really helped since we live in a one bedroom condo. The shower turned out great, but my one complaint would be that when they reinstalled the floor, they left a piece of construction debris between two of the vinyl planks, so now we have a “crack” in the floor. Unfortunately I didn’t notice when they were doing their run through/had us call the office to give our seal of approval.

The install was a wonderful experience - Kevin and Daniel were hard-working, careful, caring, creative, diligent, and cleaned up :).

We really love are new shower. Kevin and Daniel were awesome. The came and installed our shower in no time. They were professional and efficient. I recommend them for any installation.

The team of Kevin W. And Pastol did a great job with install of our new shower. They took the time to explain the process from beginning to end and with the post care of the new shower. They worked quickly and cleaned the area during and after the install. Updated my old 70’s tub / shower to a more modern style. We love it!

They were true to their word of a one day install of a walk-in shower conversion. Paul D and Brandon W arrived on time and prepped the area with drop clothes to cut down on the mess. They were very clean as they worked and you would never know they were here except for our new shower. We will definitely use you in the future.

I recently had a tub to shower conversion with Mr. Fix It. I didn't know what to expect however Paul D and Brandon, made the process for me easy. There were some unexpected issues that came up; however they remained professional at all times. My husband and I love our new shower and Paul and Brandon did an amazing job, with effective communication all along the way while making arrangements for some additional work that was needed. Job well done!

Being the recipient of a bath/shower make over by Mr. Fix-It yesterday I just wanted to reiterate how pleased I am with this company. From sales to marketing and the installers (Kevin and Daniel) that go above and beyond to explain and answer all questions. They were knowledgeable and polite. When finished the cleanup was great.

Thanks to Dan D and Brandon W for a job well done. Converting from a tub/shower to walk in shower was made simply with no drama by everyone (Sherry, Willy, Buck, Tiffany) and especially Paul and Brandon.

Mr. Fix-It redid our upstairs bathrooms 15 years ago. A few weeks ago, we noticed some small cracks in the shower pan in the master bathroom. We called them to come take a look. Kevin worked around our work schedule & came promptly to do the inspection & file the warranty request. We now have a BRAND NEW SHOWER for FREE! When this company says "Lifetime Warranty," they stand behind it! Kevin was very communicative throughout the ordering process, clearly explaining how much time to expect the order to take & how long the repairs would take. ("It's a 1 day job if everything goes perfectly, but plan on 2 days just in case.")

Paul D. & Brandon W. were at our house for a day & a half for the demo & installation. (Kevin was exactly right about timing!) The manufacturer no longer makes the color that we got 15 years ago, but the replacement color that the manufacturer had picked & sent was MUCH DARKER than the color that was being taken out. My husband was home for the first day of the construction work; Paul D. & Brandon W. checked with him at the start to make sure he liked the new, but very different replacement color. When my husband said he really didn't like it & would like something brighter, Paul D. & Brandon W. contacted the warehouse & got a new color delivered that was much brighter & much closer to our old shower walls.

I was the person to stay home from work on the 2nd day of construction. When Paul D. & Brandon W. arrived, they asked me to ALSO confirm that I was happy with the new color choice before they started the install. Since I had not been at the house during the Day 1 work, I greatly appreciated that thoughtful gesture to be sure BOTH of us were on board with the replacement color!

Both gentlemen were so friendly & polite about absolutely everything. They carefully put down mats before bringing supplies in & out of the house & cleaned up very well before leaving. They worked consistently and efficiently, but also took great care in the job they were doing.

Over the years, we have had Mr. Fix-It replace our bathrooms, our kitchen & our front door. We are repeat customers because the service & quality of their work is always exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them whenever I hear someone say they are looking for a company to work on a house project!

On January 6th, 2025, my highly anticipated installation of my new master bathroom took place. As promised the two installers, Barrett and DK arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and began laying down protection cloths for my floors and furniture. My new bathroom was to be installed on the second floor of my home and these two gentlemen never once complained about the 14 stairs they had to climb so often, first for the removal of the old tub and fixtures and then to carry up all of the lumber and equipment for the replacement walls and shower lining. At the end of the day, I had the most beautiful and functional shower I had ever seen. Barrett went over all of the instructions for using the dual shower heads and what to use for cleaning purposes as well as a list of all the do's and don'ts. DK cleaned, swept and vacuumed the entire work area as well as their ingress and egress, leaving my home probably cleaner than they found it! There were not enough stars to give them a true rating as this entire experience was a solid 20 stars, start to finish

Our experience with Mr Fix It has been very positive. Rob Greenwood who was the sales person, explained everything and worked with us to accomplish our goal. Jorge did a great job with coming out to check on how the job was going. Every time I would look just to see how the progress was going, Brandon, Daniel, Eddie and Curtis were always busy working. Our experience overall was fantastic. Sales team was helpful and informative. When it came to the day of install there was some confusion and we were going to get pushed a week. They sent a crew from Richmond to do the install the day before a holiday. The guys were very professional. We are very happy with the installation and a special shout out for Kevin Johnson and his crew.

Mr Fix It resurfaced our sidewalks. They did an amazing job at a fair price. Brandon, Curtis and Eddie were great. They cleaned up everything and were very polite. 100% satisfied.

Travis came out around Sept. 17 and developed a cost quote, asking usage and preference questions. We received an install date estimate which was later moved up by several weeks. On that installation date, Jackie and Paul W. arrived on time, confirmed the materials list with me, quickly demolished the old shower stall and installed the new one. They checked the locations of hand-holds and seat with my wife. Fit and finish was great and the use of the controls was explained to her. The area was left clean afterwards. This was a one-day installation!

This was a very positive experience! The installers, Paul D. & Paul W. came in and got right to work. They were very resourceful whenit came to figuring out how to turn the main water off so they could install the new plumbing as we use a well and there did not appear to be a regular outside of house water cut off valve. They started at approximately 9:15 AM and they were all done and leaving at 2:30 PM! They protected the floors and cleaned up after they were done. They made sure to tell us how to take care of the acrylic surface and generally did a great job on the shower renovation. This will greatly reduce my/our chances of falling in and out of the shower! We are really looking forward to using it along with the fancy showerhead!

This was a great experience and I will definitely use them when I’m ready to do the other bathroom.

The technicians did a great job! Being the son of a master carpenter, I know good work when I see it. They arrived around ten am, and were finished by 5 pm. The walk-in shower is beautiful. They were highly professional, reviewed the work before starting and covered everything again after finishing. We are very pleased with the remodeling and would recommend them. Paul D and Paul W were great! They arrived on time, removed my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. Left my bathroom spotless. I slipped getting into my old bathtub/shower! I knew right then and there I needed the tub removed. Jacuzzi was the products that I wanted. Very pleased!

This company went above and beyond to make sure my installation was perfect. Barrett and DK were very professional and informative while installing my new tub. I could not have asked for more competent, knowledgeable, patient guys with the highest work ethic. My job had a lot of unforeseen obstacles. DK and Barrett were knowledgeable in other areas of construction and able to engineer updates for the challenge.

Frank did a great job repairing my gutter endcap today. He had to recut the encap and install it 2 stories up on my gutter. Frank and Carlos then checked all the endcaps to make sure all were ok before they left. They did a very professional job that reflects the quality employees at Mr. Fix-It.

Amazing transformation of my shower that was unbelievably fast with minimal disruption. Jackie and Josh W. did a fantastic job and they were neat and nice through the entire process. I'm very pleased with the outcome and my only regret is that I did not do this sooner.

Mr Fix Is an exceptional company. We had an instillation today of a walk in shower [replacing our old shower] The installer Kevin Johnson said he hoped to install in one day. He showed me all the materials that I ordered and everything was correct. Then Kevin and Brandon began their work. They worked so well together. They kept the area cleaned up and everything was done so efficiently and with great care. They completed the job in one day, making sure the shelves, grab bars and seat were all positioned properly and as I wanted. I also want to give the 5 stars to Jeremy Cooper who was our sales person. This company [Mr Fix It ] has years of excellent service to customers. They were able to install the shower before my total knee surgery. I give Mr Fix It the highest rating I can but the even surpassed the 5 Star rating I was able to give.

Who ever was driving your truck today at 2:30 down powhite Pkwy and 95 is going to kill someone. Saw him have nearly 7 accidents weaving in and out of traffic going 20mph over speed limit and 25 over in toll area. Truck 55 get hom straight before he kills someone

I had the one day shower installation done today. Paul D and Colby from Mr Fix It did an excellent job. They were on time this morning, introduced themselves and got right to work. They were careful to protect my carpets and all areas close to the work being done. They cleaned up very well after the job was completed and showed me how to use my new shower. I appreciate their professionalism and would definitely use Mr Fix It again.

Paul and Colby installed a new shower for us today, replacing the existing tub enclosure. They laid drop cloths down and when I got home the job was completed and the whole work area was left clean and as dust free as possible. Would definitely recommend

Edit - Each of the many callers told me I was removed, but calls from many area codes continued. The reply here makes me hopeful they will stop calling now, but should have been easier.

After sale service is what it’s all about.

We had our shower remodel done 7 years ago. Last week I noticed caulking under a shelf was peeling off. I contacted their customer service and scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. They came out and made the repair.

Still a happy customer.

We recently had gutter helmets and a new bath installed. While our experience with the tub purchase hasn't been ideal, I'd like to focus this review on the outstanding service provided by Erin in the office, as well as the commendable workmanship of Jeremy, Carlos, and Frank who installed our gutter helmets. We're still resolving some issues with the tub, so a separate review will follow once those concerns are addressed.

Erin became our main point of contact post-purchase, and her exceptional communication and customer service quickly made her our go-to person. Jeremy, Carlos, and Frank impressed us with their professionalism and the quality of their work. As someone who works from home and needs to be on calls throughout the day, I expressed my concern about noise during the installation. They were incredibly accommodating, even asking my wife which room was my office upon arrival. Throughout the installation, they made every effort to minimize disruption to my work. Our experience with the Mr Fixit team was excellent. The initial visit was able to provide a plan that addressed the problems and met our needs at a price point we were comfortable with. The scheduling team kept us informed of progress with parts and was able to improve the schedule they had promised. The installation team including Pastor and Damie arrived on time, got everything removed cleanly and mounted our new shower enclosure perfectly. We would recommend them.

The Team of 3 (Paul D, Paul W & Colby) Did an Outstanding job with the replacement of our New Shower and did so in a single day. They were very professional and very helpful when they were going thru the demonstration process of how to properly use of the New ADA Shower including placement of the Grab bar and how best to take a seat on the New Teak seat they installed. They explained how best to clean and care for the shower and what NOT to use for cleaning the shower. These were very easy and basic items not expensive or anything extreme.

They also provided us the details on the lifetime warranty by the Mr. Fix IT company located near the center of the universe at the Ashland VA location.
