Replaced 30+ year old roofing with fiberglass shingles. Added ridge vent and replaced roofing boards where needed. Added drip edge to entire house. Crew showed up on time with their supervisor, Robert. All were professional and very careful to protect the shrubbery and all other items around the house before stripping the old roof. As all materials for the job had been delivered the prior day, they were able to complete the project the same day with minimal disruption to our lives. Their workmanship was even better than we had hoped for and the communications by their salesperson, Drew, and and office , Joe, were excellent. The result was a great job from beginning to end. Our thanks to Robert and Joe especially for making what could have been a stressful experience for us a very comfortable one. And, the roof looks GREAT! We highly recommend Erie to all.

I needed a new roof for my house, since the 20-year roof was about 35 years old. Erie responded quickly to my quote request, and did a very through presentation showing what they could offer, and the technical details of the proposed roof. They were certainly not the cheapest option, but I liked their 30 year warranty, and based on what they showed us, we were confident their roof would hold-up. Our next door neighbor's roof is less than 5 years old, and they're constantly having issues with it, which is something we didn't want to go through. We also liked that their quoted price was all-inclusive, covering tear-off of the existing 2 layer roof, new roof, dumpster and clean-up. They inspected the existing roof deck from the attic, and determined ahead of time how many boards would need replacement. We were told if they under-estimated that, they would cover any additional cost (I know this is the type of work where the contractor will get part way through, and then 'discover' the additional work needed.) The work was done in the 2 days they promised, and their clean-up, while not perfect, was exceptional considering the potential mess. We're over-all very happy with the job.

The roof looks great and the solar panels are back on. GreenHome handled the removal and reinstallation of "their" solar panels. Erie also redid a shed that is more permanent and architectural than usual.
That required an addendum. If anything, the DocuSign virtual contract system is too simple and easy to use. The yard is very clean and the back deck was not affected.
Parking on the street was an inconvenience but Erie handled the job quickly so the relevant association, etc., did not complain.
Giancarlo is an excellent salesman with plenty of stories and decades of knowledge of the roofing industry, some of it second hand as it was the family business. He stayed with my wife and I for hours and explained everything to the satisfaction of my wife and I. Overall I have to Erie a good solid "A". Excellent all around.

Th they put a new roof on my house. They work very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up extremely well. I've only found two nails since I left and nothing else they were delayed by the building department in my town, which can be very difficult to work with so it took them two days instead of one, but it looks wonderful and I'm very pleased with what they have done

A lot of work removed all the way down to rafters. Did great job cleaning up even though working by flashlight.

Not a fan of their sales practices. They try and pressure you to have your spouse present when they come for the long sales pitch. They provide an exorbitant price, but give discounts. The price was still extremely high. They offered another discount and the price was still very high. The fact that the price is only good while the sales person is there speaks volumes as to how they try and pressure you into signing a contract at a high price. Their sales pitch makes it sound like they are the only ones that can put on a quality roof. Committed to another roofing company today.

Really happy with the way the roof turned out. They did a full tear down on my old roof and installed a new roof in one day. As well as full gutters which the house did not have at all and needed badly.

Was lucky to have found Erie. The roofing material, the deal, the crew, the warranty, the CLEANUP - all top notch!

They did a good job. They could have worked a little neater while they worked nails got left in the driveway that caused flat tires on my car and my sons car. But they did clean up well after the fact. I was very happy with the roof job itself.

They did good work NUT WAT H OUT FOR PRICE. I think they made a mistake and priced me for metal when I got asphalt and noone is giving me a price for labor and materials. Are they prying on people who are nervous about water leakage, or other damage to roof. If they over charged ( which I know they did,) I hope one of there upper management calls and asks because salesmen will only give run around.

Do NOT hire this company. They subcontract all of their work to unqualified contractors. No one from Erie comes to the site or inspects any of the work. I had a roof installed that already looks likes its 10 years old. Do NOT sign anything! Make sure you hire local family-owned businesses. I was also overcharged and have contacted consumer affairs which have opened a case and are investigating. If you did install a roof with them, make sure you inspect it or hire a roofing consultant to make sure it was installed properly. Everything looks good from the ground until you get up close. I was also forced to sign after the project was completed and they would not let me inspect the installation. Do not make the same mistake that I made.

Great experience with Erie Home. Worked with our solar provider to have the panels removed in a very timely manner. Roofing crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. Great experience overall.

I did new roof(~1000SQ FT). They came and finished in 1 day. About 6 guys came. They also cleaned up very well. Price was little higher than you would do with a local roof guy. But their warranty and job was worth it. Highly recommend

I love the product and the rep did everything he could to save me money. Unfortunately I couldn't get approved, but that wasn't the issue. I told the rep that I couldn't be able to move forward and he totally ignored the email. I gave them a $2900 deposit and I haven't heard anything about getting it back. It was 100% before the 3 day limit guarantee of NYS. I have the email proof. All I wanted was an email response. Update, they responded and solved any issue.

We chose Erie because of the high quality materials, but what ultimately set them apart from other companies was the incredible customer service. They went above and beyond during the scheduling process, providing transparency on pricing, working with us during solar panel removal, ensuring all damage from the old roof was restored when replacing the roof, and checking in post install to make sure we are happy with the roof. I would choose Erie a hundred times over. Top notch company and experience.
