I’ve been shopping around for sometimes and finally found what I was looking for. Matt is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He takes his time to walk you through out the entire process and what you will be getting into with no rush making you feel comfortable about your future savings by going solar. Definitely recommend giving Matt a call to help you with all of your questions.

Both Todd and Amanda were amazing from start to finish. The installers did the job in less than three hours and i'm extremely happy with everything so far.

From Brent in sales to the roofing crew and then Lisa, Nate and the installation crew everything went smoothly and as we anticipated!

Everything looks good but the original plan was to have 5 panels on the higher roof. I called technical help at Infinity. He analysis and explained to me how each panel works. The panels on bottom roof will always be blocked from full exposure bc of the shadow of top roof & the chimney. He recommended I ask you to correct this for full potential of solar panel output.

I shopped around quite a bit for Solar Installers prior to making a decision, not sure what to expect. I had heard some horror stories so I wanted to be sure I was making the right decision. I can confirm, unquestionably, that my experience with Infinity was outstanding from beginning to end. Starting with the sales consultation, I didn't feel I was being "sold" on anything. Adam did a great job in answering questions and explaining how both solar and the install process would work. Even after I decided to move forward, the communication of expectations was excellent as was the actual install. For those who are on the fence and still shopping around, I highly recommend Infinity.

A tree branch fell on one of the panels and cracked it. I’ve called this company several times to see if they could help replace. They don’t offer any help and rarely get back to me. Not even if I’m willing to buy a replacement. Their solution is leave it cracked. Terrible customer service. Unacceptable.

I just had a ground mount solar system installed by them. I am very critical of people and their work so I was so pleased when my panel installation was completed. It was a large installation of 70 panels. I salute the following people who worked on my project. The two Chris's. Kyle, Bryan, Erick and Alex. I am an active participant in work on my property and they patiently answered all my questions. They were all hard workers and did a great job.

Ok, I’m a stand up woman. I was annoyed because my bill was insanely high. This wasn’t Infiniti Energy’s fault. I didn’t clearly understand my bill and had some issues with my insulation driving my gas bill. Got it fixed, and now my total bill including gas is $125. Infinity Energy, I since apologize, home ownership can be frustrating at times. I recommend this company a thousand percent. Only issue I do have is where the tech broke the wall to put a new breaker box, the job is shotty, it’s not professionally completed and holes are all around the box. For all of those fees, that should’ve been taken care of. But again, my bill is wayyyyyyyyyyy down, so now i’m a happy camper

Infinity completed my roof and solar installation about 45 days ago. Everything is looking great, it is generating more power than consuming and many neighbors are asking about it. Overall, the team was excellent from the sales, admin/coordination, installation and then clean up after. Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Total project took 2.5 months from sign up to completion (mostly waiting on permits). For reference, the actual roof work took two full days and the solar panel installation took one day.

I had a very smooth and professional experience from the initial sales call through installation. They called me out of the blue, but since I happened to be looking for a new roof, I figured I'd hear them out. A little research showed they were legitimate, and their pricing was competitive.

Their roofers did a great job. Our house is around 175 years old, and it seems all the previous owners simply layered new roofs over top of the existing ones. That meant there was a lot more work to do than initially expected, so there was a change order for the extra labor and all new sheathing. The pricing for that was actually a steal...I might have benefitted from prices going up between the day I signed the contract and the day the work was done, but the charge for the sheathing was barely more than I would have paid if I had purchased it from a local store. They had to come back a couple of times because of bad weather, but they thoroughly cleaned up the whole site each time they left.

The only hitch became a big reason I rate them so highly. One of our regular electric circuits runs outside the house in PVC conduit. It goes over the roof and down either side of the house. The roofers did their best to work around it, but unfortunately some of the conduit was damaged in the demolition. I sent the project manager an email to flag it, and he quickly responded saying that they would take care of it. I honestly think it was harder to repair that broken electrical line than it was to install the solar system, but they just handled it. It would have been easy for their electricians to cut corners here, but they left it better than it had been before.

The electricians were the most professional contractors I've ever had work on my house. They did as much of the inside work as they could while the roofers were chipping away at the roof, then came back the day after the roof was done to do the outside work. I was shocked at how quickly they got the panels installed. I was working from home and had no idea they had even started lifting the equipment up.

All the wiring, conduits, junction boxes, and hardware are installed neatly and securely. The inspector just came by today and gave everything full marks, which is what I expected.

I do a lot of work on my house myself, but I've had to hire out bigger projects several times over the years. I know what it takes to do good work, and I've seen the fruit of good contractors and poor contractors. These folks were the best I've ever hired. Every link in the chain was solid: from the initial sales call and quote from Jeromy, scheduling with Yanni, and clarifying site logistics and requirements with Rodney. I really cannot recommend them enough.

My experience with Infinity Energy has been nothing short of excellent. I chose Infinity because they were the only company that offered both solar and roofing, and I wanted to have my roof replaced before installing solar. Their price on both roof and solar array was quite reasonable, and the tax rebates and NYSERDA incentives brought the total cost down by about 50%. The installation went smoothly. They took care of all required permits with my utility company and with my town building dept. In the first year, my solar array outperformed expectations by about 10%. In the 2 years since, it has performed about on-par with expectation. In all 3 years, the system has covered 100% of my annual electric use (although this is more due to the size of the system). I've only had 2 issues with my system since installation. I had a small leak in a vent stack on my roof during year 2, and I had a solar panel fail during year 3. Both problems were addressed quickly and with no cost to me. Very pleased with Infinity's quality of installation and their post-install customer service. I'd highly recommend them.

Dana was my sales rep for my solar & roof installation project. He was very knowledgeable and low-pressure throughout the initial phases, while I was doing my research about which company to choose. He has also been very helpful after installation, helping to connect me to the right person when I had any questions or issues.

I received proposals from 3 solar companies and chose Infinity. As of 2 days ago, the installation is complete and only the inspection and activation remain. It's an advantage that they do roofing as well. Everyone there has been excellent with professional communication and work. Such a contrast to most of the contractors I've hired.

Dana is an amazing sales person, the install teams were great. Everything went as planned and faster than I expected. This is a company that is worth doing business with. So far so good! They’re very responsive but they need to be poked at times to follow up with city for permits and utility company etc. But overall great experience so far. They’re very professional and courteous with their timely replies. I’d recommend this company to anyone who wants solar in the tri-state area! They are also very competitive with their rates so you’ll get best price for your system.

From start to finish, Infinity has been extremely responsive with all my questions and have kept me informed of progress in a timely manner.

They are very professional and have done an excellent job with design, installation, and all aspects of my solar system. The only hold up has been Eversource, which is solely due to them. Additionally, if I ever have any issues with Eversource as to my exported energy, Infinity will deal with them.

My system is now up and running extremely well. The Enlighten app is easy to navigate. All the energy produced, consumed, and exported is easily accessed, as well as each panel’s production.

I’m more than satisfied with Infinity with their customer relations, workmanship, and ease of access to talk to a “real person”.

Man, we are flying high. This morning, our new Infinity solar panels got switched on—they're actually generating twice as much juice as we actually use, and it's the middle of winter!

This has been a great experience. Andy Strauss spent a couple of hours with us on Zoom, walking us through the whole process. Which really didn't require much from us—just a couple of forms to fill out. He outlined the INSANE refunds we'd be getting from the Fed and the state of NY... all told, we paid only about half of the cost of these things. We'll recoup the cost in 6 years, and from then on--it's FREE MONEY, baby!

They look great, and communications with the company has been excellent. The app (and website) that show the current power stats are super cool, and it's thrilling to see the meter that counts the tons of CO2 we are no longer putting into the air!

Amanda is above and beyond. I was struggling to get some documents for over 2 weeks.Being sent from one company to another. Amanda did the magic in 15 minutes and here you go. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate the patience and attention to detail of the issue. This made my experience so much easy.

From the planning to the commissioning phase, Infinity Energy was a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, are never pushy, answer with competence, and execute reliably. My solar system was installed in 2024 (together with a new roof) and has performed perfectly ever since. Great job!

I purchased the 80 panels. Two 5KW battery’s that connect to my generator and had my roof done in Nov or 2023. It is now Jan 2025 let me go over all the things wrong. I still paying both my loan and my electric bill. They have screwed up my generator setup I have had to have that serviced twice. They popped breakers and turned off fridges so food went bad. I don’t have a panel on my breaker that’s a safety hazard. Each department blames the other. Or blames me. I spend over 100K on this project and nothing works. The only section that I haven’t found a problem with was roofers. They were great!

Infinity Energy service and installation was excellent. AnneMarie's follow-up with information was almost immediate. Infinity sent materials or notified me immediately as to what was going on. They handle everything. So, there is nothing for to except to monitor the work. The installation of equipment was excellent. Everything looks really good. That being said, it still can take almost 6 months from signing the initial contract thru installation and actually getting the system online. This has to do with the getting the permits and inspections from the township as well as waiting for PSE&G to follow-upon everything that they have to do. It is worth the wait! One does not want this work to be rushed or sloppily done. This is going to be part of the house for a very long time.

It all started with a knock on my door that I am so glad I answered. I would imagine it’s not easy for a canvasser to get a homeowners attention. But lucky for me……less than 2 weeks later….i have a brand new roof with replacement skylights. Great product, smooth process from start to finish. The process from estimate to system turn on took approximately 5 months, which I did not expect, but everything went fairly smoothly. Second Sunrise took care of the initial parts until the installer was determined, then Infinity Energy took over. They handled everything from the local permits to working with National Grid to the loans. When I had questions, which was often, they were responsive for the most part. The installation portion was completed in a day, and the crew did a good job and mostly cleaned up after themselves. My system was just turned on this week and so far everything is working. The company has been doing this for years, and it shows.

Installation was well organized, efficient and clean. The installers were super professional and made the whole experience seamless and easy. Done in 1 day and all in all very impressed.

It seemed a little too good to be true. But Infinity Energy gave us more and more confidence every step of the way. Right from the start their sales person Mel Schutten was a saint. We peppered her with skeptical questions and doubts and not only did she convince us, she helpfully pointed out their map of clients in our area so that I could try to speak to folks who used their services in person. I spoke to 2 people who had good experiences. One of them said his only regret was that he hadn’t been able to have Infinity redo his roof as well as solar, cause he’d already just had it done.

The installation team was great (it definitely helped that I can speak Spanish though).
Communication could have been a little better, to assure us that the team knew the details of our unique and intensive installation.
But at the end of the day, the roofing team had a HUGE job to do for us, and they really impressed me.
Then the solar team came in and handled everything in one or two days.
All this after wrangling the utility company, and all the local authorities and codes and whatnot.
The final piece: the tax credit.
My wife and I have been waiting for it for months (obvi, not Infinity Energy’s fault). But, we were nervous that they might have oversold us on how much we could write off.
In the end, that all worked out too (the IRS is mailing our check today!)

I’m really shocked at how some of the reviews speak highly about how informative and communicative this company is. Our experience so far has been quite negative. Initially when we signed up to go solar the process was pretty smooth, just waiting on permits and such. We needed a new roof as well so we decided to do both with the company and two weeks before the scheduled install they called to set up the appointment for the roof install and said it would take two days. The office said the workers will come on Friday between 7-8 am to start work and finish up on the following day which would be Saturday. They also said that a couple days before to make sure the driveway is empty so they can drop off the materials which arrived on time. Well Friday came along and it was a nice and bright sunny day and the roofers are a no show, no call or text from Amanda or Sara so I called at 10 am and then at 11:30 am and left a message trying to figure out what was going on. No one even got back to us to let us know like hey they are running late or anything like that, so we waited all day for a no show basically. Then Saturday rolls around and the workers show up saying that they were scheduled for Saturday and not Friday umm ok when we gotten call after call to confirm the appointment then what was the point? Anyway they were nice (roofers) and cleaned up after they were done but had to come back Tuesday to finish up and when I pointed out a couple areas they missed they took care of it right away. The solar installation guys were professional as well and did do a good job with the installation. Now back to the office after no communication except a generic email we gotten the day the solar installation was done nothing from the office explaining what the next steps are in the process, fast forward almost a month later we received a call that kept dropping from Amanda so instead we gotten a text stating that inspection failed and they would be out to fix it and when I asked what the next steps would be she said they’d call once the inspection gets approved. Fast forward two weeks and we get a call from Sara saying inspection is approved and we are now waiting on the Electric Company to approve the turn on of the panels and afterwards they’d do a trial run to make sure everything is working as it should and then they will give us a call to walk us through on how to install an app and monitor the system. We gotten the approval 3 weeks ago and received a generic email from Amanda and she’s a manager so she should try to treat customers better but no call as of now and we don’t even know if the system is turned on or how are we going to monitor this system. I don’t know if having the last name Mohamed is the issue with the office or what but beware once they get the install done it’ll be a hit or miss with the communication, but I expect to be called when they say they will so this is extremely unprofessional, knowing what I know now I would of never went with them and it’s making me question their legitimacy especially when I see others warning about their panels etc. I don’t usually give bad reviews but hey after 3 weeks and still not knowing what’s going on I thought others should know so they can be careful, and oh yeah for the last 3 days we have been getting someone from their referral team asking us if we know anyone that we would like to refer yeah after this experience we do but nope.

Great company to work with... I'm ready to refer Infinity to anyone who's looking to go solar. When we moved to our current home the roof had aged more than what our inspector noticed and the seller let on. On top of that, everything except the stove ran on electric. We needed a roof and needed to get a grip on our ConEd bills. We consulted with 3 other companies on our own and weren't really sold. We were matched with Infinity Energy through a third-party consultant and our experience has been wonderful.

The process does take time [based on your municipality and utility company] but once you get through the procedural bits this company performs! The main office doesn't miss a beat and they make sure to be on top of the permitting and inspections process to ensure that the project can move promptly. The roofing team and the solar team work with professionalism, precision, and efficiency. During the solar installation, the team had to stop because of high winds. I thought that we would have to wait a few days to a week for the crew to come back and finish. But the next morning, before I could make my coffee, they knocked on the door to let me know that they're ready to finish and get our project before the town inspectors for review.

Amazing service. Polite, efficient, and pleasant staff - Amanda C., Bella, Corey, Jean, and the 2 men who handled the panel connections who's names I didn't catch... they were absolute rockstars. From the office, to the site, Infinity knows how to treat their customers.

After about two months of researching and discussing with their sale rep, I finally pull the triggered to install the system back in September of last year.
The system was successfully installed in late November and started running on Feb 1st ( took a couple of months for the town and Rockland electric to inspect and approve the system.
The installation is seamless and clean and very professional. ( so far no leak at the roof, which my friends using another companieshad to deal with)
The system has been working well and generate energy better then I expected, my bill has been $5.7 per months since then.
I do expected to be a little more as temperature is > 90 for the past couple of weeks and the AC has been working “overtime”
I have nothing by good things to say about the entire crews
Their supporting staffs ( Angelina, Laurie, and others I , just to some a few) have been wonderful…. Reply email within one day and addressed all my concern promptly and professionally.
Lately I have been trying to set up the account for SREC. Even thought I have chosen to set up the account and report the production myself, their staff have not stopped assisting and answered my questions, even went out of their way to do extra search to help.

I had the pleasure of working with Infinity Solar for my roof and solar installation. Having both done by the same company was seamless and stress free. My salesmen is a great guy and was always available to answer my questions and concerns. The roof installation went well for the most part besides some minor damages that inevitably occurred during all the major construction on the roof. Those minor damages were immediately addressed and fixed thanks to excellent customer service. The solar installation went even smoother. I did not have room in my attic crawl space for the electrical piping, but they made it a point to make the panels and piping as aesthetically pleasing as possible on the outside of my house. There is still some inspections and finalities to be done, but overall I’ve had a 5 star experience and I’m grateful.

Infinity was a great choice. Throughout the whole process of doing my roof and my solar project they were great. Not only were the crews that did the work on my home efficient,clean and friendly but the work looks amazing.
In addition to the guys working on the house the staff in the office called me every time there was an update to the work. The follow up calls kept me in the loop every step of the way and they were able to answer any question I had. I am very happy I went with infinity for this job and I highly recommend them if your looking for roofing or solar projects.

I was blown away by how knowledgable Adam Western is. I'm very technical minded and always want to know every detail about my system. Adam was able to answer every single question I threw at him without hesitation.

I couldn't believe how fast and efficient the entire process was. The slowest part of the whole process was permitting from the town and permission from Central Hudson. They were very communicative through every step of the process and never once felt like I was missing information. The install was very high quality. They used metal conduit and everything was securely fastened. The installers were all very good and accommodated any preferences to where I would like to route the conduit to keep everything looking clean.
Post install, they were still very communicative and on top of things.
Currently the system is fully operational and I'm very happy with everything. It looks great and I can tell the installers took pride in their work.

One thing I want to say is that the whole process started by a simple phone call. I usually am very skeptical about phone sales and typically hang up. But I gave them a chance and I'm happy that I did. Their prices were very competitive and the products that they install are top quality. They're also not just a new start up solar company. They've established a reputation in the roofing business which is very reassuring and I'm confident that they will be able to honor the warranty they advertise.

Very good and easy organization to work with. My sales rep Freeman McCashland was very informative, patient, non-pushy, and overall very nice to work with. He laid out the whole process and my installation went very smoothly with little work on my part. They handled all the permitting, site review, construction, inspections, etc... and they delivered on time. I would recommend anyone looking to install Solar to give them a call. My parents also used them for their solar project. We are all very happy.

From start to finish, it was so smooth sailing. From doing a video call with Dana from May. Till activation of my solar system took around two months. Everyone was so respectful and knowledgeable! They installed everything in one day!! I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in solar system.
