I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Paladino Enterprises. When I first reached out to them, we had just had a hose break in the kitchen and there was a tremendous amount of water damage. When James came out to the house I was overwhelmed, he assured me that they would take care of everything and I have nothing to worry about. The very next day Michael was out to give me an estimate on the work and the estimate was spot on. Within a few days of accepting the proposal, Connor the project manager, was at my home with a professional hardworking crew. Connor oversaw the job and every detail from start to finish, always keeping me in the loop. I am very pleased with all the work that was done and would highly recommend Paladino Enterprises to anyone who is looking to have work done on their home.

Our experience with Paladino Enterprises was exceptional. We used them for a small, but unusual exterior repair job for our small business. Their price was fair and they completed the job fast.

Our project required coordination with an outside vendor. There was some back and forth correspondence needed, to nail down details before they began the work. Paul and Andrew were very thorough and professional during the pre-planning stage. Lisa in the office was also really nice and helpful.

Their communication and follow up was amazing. It was a time sensitive project and they met our deadline. The crew left our property tidy when they were done.

Paladino Enterprises truly made our dream home come true! Immediately upon speaking to Mr. James Paladino you can quickly determine that this company values professionalism, expertise, precision, and craftmanship. While speaking with James about our ideas to renovate our home, he put us in swift contact with his architect and together with James we brought to life the home that we wanted to raise our two kids in. James' recommendations and additions to our building plans truly made our home spectacular.

Upon beginning the job we learned that communication was a key factor in the building process and Paladino Enterprises truly kept us up to date for the entire process from the planning stages to obtaining permits to demolition and to actually rebuilding our home. Whether it be James, his office staff (whom of which were so responsive to us every time we spoke!) or our project Manager, Connor, we truly felt integrated in the entire process and nothing was left to question.

We felt so involved the entire time of our build with our project manager, Connor. He was simply amazing in the services he provided us! We would speak every day and also he would update the entire schedule for the week on an app so there was never a question on what was occurring on a particular day and who/what sub-contractors would be there. The rebuild of our home was a flawless execution and we truly have to credit Connor for that as he was literally on top of everything and everyone to make sure the tasks of the day were completed.

James and Paladino Enterprises completed our home renovation in under 4 months! It was nothing short of extraordinary. Other then the consistent compliments we get on our home, the second thing people and neighbors say is the speed and precision of the build. We went from a small Cape Cod style home to a stunning Colonial style home in under four months. It was simply incredible watching the transformation occur right before our eyes in such a short period of time.

After we moved in we needed to have a few televisions hung on the wall and we simply logged into the "MyPal" phone app and requested that service and promptly employees from Paladino Enterprises arrived and hung our televisions on the wall. So extremely efficient!

We were so fortunate to have utilized Paladino Enterprises for our home renovation. James and everyone in the company made my wife and I's dream home come true and built a home that our family can grow into and make countless memories in. We can truly never thank you enough for all you did for our family and we are forever grateful!

We just moved into the Grove community at Upper Saddle River by Toll Brothers. Milton Ruiz and Jose Chitic representing the Paladino came to work on the punch list and I was very impressed with their outstanding workmanship.

I have found them to be a very professional and devoted to their job. They were very passionate about providing excellent work. They have a very keen work ethic, is very thorough, honest and very knowledgeable.

Mike came out after lowes dropped a refrigerator off and didn't help me with shutting off the water. He knew exactly what to do amd went out of his way to show me the main shut off for the future and disconnected the hose from the refrigerator for me. Also very nice and professional.
