I was aware that my roof had only a bit of time left before it would turn into an expensive disaster. One of those things I put off while watching friends in my area struggle with bad workmanship to the point of having to sue & re-do the project. DaBella had someone out in neighborhood who approached me while I was pulling weeds in the front yard & I said yes to the appraisal. They came through in spades, working with me to make sure that.this old house.did not fall into ruin. The contractors who did the work were the most hard working & amiable crew I have ever met. I will be writing them their own review when I finish here. I am an older woman with fears & suspicions & gaurd rails all around me. They understood all of that & made me feel well taken care of. My new roof is absolutely gorgeous & I could see.that.the crew was very proud of their workmanship.

Isaac Garcia was very knowledgeable and thorough. He had extensive knowledge regarding our windows and the particulars of our region. He answered all of our questions and was very generous with his time.

Isaac came over and did a thorough inspection on our roof, finding that it was in need of replacement. I found his assessment honest and in depth, and he definitely knows what he's talking about! Not being in the best financial situation, Isaac fought hard to get the price down to a good number for us!

Being a disabled vet has made repairing and maintaining the roof difficult, but with Isaac and DaBella's support, not only are they helping me get a new roof for my family but will be helping us with other projects as well!

DaBella - They seem like nice guys at first but they’re extremely pushy salesmen. I booked an appointment for an estimate on a porch roof and some siding work. They said it’d take about an hour total to inspect it and give an estimate. They were at my house for like 3 hours and they told me the siding was fine (it’s not) and I needed a whole entire new roof. They dicked around forever then finally told me it was going to cost $25,000+ for a new roof. Then they pulled the sales tricks offering “discounts” and kept dropping the price and wanted me to sign and pay 25% right then or sign up for financing. I kept telling them they need to leave and after multiple times and about a half hour they did. If they weren’t such nice young guys at the start I would have not been so nice. That’s the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1. Their Google reviews are probably fake. Im sure pay to have the bad ones removed. Yelp they have horrible reviews with the same story as me. Maybe they even do good work, but I don’t see how they get any business with such pushy and ridiculous sales tactics. I get an estimate from Safecover roofing the guy is there and gone in 20 minutes with a realistic quote. Very polite, not pushy. These fools at DaBella also called me 17 times from different numbers in 2 and a half days while I was at work. Do not come back around.

Beau and Derrick from DaBella we're incredibly thorough and detailed and knew their products inside and out. They were able to answer every question in detail and spent as much time as we needed answering our questions and demonstrating the windows products to us. We also never felt rushed or pushed into buying any of the products. These guys were fantastic and we highly recommended DaBella if you are looking for new windows!!!!

Justin came out and gave us a quote. He was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. The BEST experience I've had in a long time. They work with quality products and have the receipts to prove it. Awesome job and I highly recommend working with Justin and DaBella. Thank you guy!

If I could give zero stars I would. Just started window shopping and Dabella was the first company I talked to . Had a 2 hour meeting with the reps who measured my windows . They were very pushy to make a deal even though I told them I was getting quotes to save and plan for the project. Finally after 2 hours and me telling them numerous times I was not signing a contract they left . With in 24-48 hours I received 6 phone calls from Dabella . I finally took call 7 and told them to stop on 6/13/25. This morning (6/14/25) call number 8 came in still trying to sway me with a new sales pitch. Unless you want to deal with. Sales team more annoying than car salesmen I would stay free and clear of contacting Dabella. Never seen a company so desperate to make a sale.

So here we are—me, my brand-new roof, and the dynamic duo of Will and Cameron.
When I first noticed the curling shingles, the moss colonies that were basically forming their own ecosystem, and the gentle drip-drip-drip in the attic every time it rained, I knew the roof’s days were numbered. Cue the mental math of how much this was going to cost, how long it would take, and how many headaches I’d collect along the way. I expected stress. I expected delays. I did not expect Will and Cameron.
From the moment they arrived for the estimate, I could tell this wasn’t going to be your typical contractor experience. First off, they were on time. Not “we’ll be there sometime between 8 and 5,” but actually on time, like normal people showing up for coffee. I thought, “Hmm, maybe they’re just being polite for the quote.” Nope—that professionalism and punctuality carried through the whole job.
Now, let’s talk about communication. Because that’s where most contractors go to die. I’ve had work done before where the only time you hear from someone is when they want a payment, and even then it’s vague texts like, “Hey it’s done. Send money.” But with Will and Cameron, communication was chef’s kiss. I was updated regularly—before the job, during the job, after the job. Beau came out like any other salesman, really nice and everything, but I kinda noticed something about him that I particularly didn't like. He was respectful enough and explained things about the windows and the installation. Everything went well, until after the sale. I had called him after a couple of weeks because I was wanting to change a couple of things about the style of the windows I was getting. When I called him he was mobile ( it sounded like he was ), so I asked him to call me back and he said he would. Well needless to say he never did, so I called him back after about a week to see why he didn't get back to me and he says " oh yeah, I forgot to call you". So I continued to ask him about the changes I was wanting and he says, oh it's too far into the process of the order to make any changes. What!! I thought well you know beau, if you had of called me when you should have maybe it wouldn't have because at the time ( before the call to him), the person who came out to get an exact measurement of the windows hadn't been put yet. So here's my problem, I now am stuck with some windows that I'm not going to be satisfied with. I'm not too happy with this place, and if you're thinking about getting windows from this company, you had better make sure that you have all your ducks in a row when dealing with these sales people because there's no service after the sale. None!! He sold those windows and then disappeared, at least that's the way I look at it. Be sure you ask many, many questions before you put your john Henry on the contract. If you don't you'll end up getting a product you don't want. If I could give a no star review I would!

Emily was fantastic! We had a good time sharing life stories as well as giving us clear and concise information on DaBella company and products. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as we went thru options for our new shower. Can’t wait to see the finished project!!

Service started out good and good communication. However, they made several empty promises and did not hold up to their end of things. Promised multiple times to come out and speak to us when issues started and even offered to bring us coffee to help smooth things over and never once saw them. They screwed up and then charged us thousands of dollars more than agreed to fix their mistakes among other problems. Kept getting worse as things moved along. Had to have them come back out multiple times to fix/finish things. The roof ended up being well done and looked nice, will give them that. The overall experience though left a bad taste and I'd never want to go through this again, the stress was horrible.

Door salesman doesn’t adhere to or respect signs that request no solicitation. They rang and knocked multiple times causing dogs to bark and wake up a sleeping newborn, with signage clearly posted on the door. Blatant disrespect for the community and clearly only care about making profit for the business.

Caleb Bryant was the sales person. He took a lot of time to explain everything, listened to and understood my needs, and was able to make it work for me. Not high pressure whatsoever.

Terrible work initially, it took 6 months for them to do sub par work for our roof. Customer service was a nightmare. They tried to “make it right” but that just wasted our time by trying to get us to spend more money. I would recommend NEVER using them. Steer clear of this company.

Most of the reviews are focused on the sales team. This review is no different. I was approached at home for a "15 - 20 minute" review of the condition of my roof. It had originally sounded like they wanted to estimate what it would cost to clean the roof, but it turned out they were looking to replace the roof. The two young men that came to the house were very polite and respectful. They inspectred the roof, and then the high-pressure sales tactics kicked in. They told me they needed access to the attic, and when I told them I couldn't let them up there without preparing the space for them (cleaning out some things), I got interrogated about what I was keeping up there. We made it very clear that we were not going to make a decision "today" about a new roof, but they kept asking us about what type of quality we were looking for, and then whether a payment of $xxx was accetable. I had to tell them multiple times that I was not going to make a decision right then and there, and that I was in no position to talk about money like I was buying a used car. The sales pitch began to drag and it finally took over 90 minutes before we finally asked them to leave - they still had not provided an estimate. The final blow came when they accused me of being rude after they had wasted 90 minutes of my workday for what had originallly been promised as a 10 - 15 (20 max) minute appointment. We asked them to leave and the salesman collected his things and left without saying a word and even slammed the door.

I was very impressed by their gutter design and feel it would be an excellent enhancement to my home here in Shelton. We are heavily treed resulting in gutter cleaning a couple times per year. Their design should eliminate that problem and their guarantee covers almost any issue that may occur in our environment.

Josiah and Ontarius were here for a few hours going over how my roof would be installed. Very very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I had a few questions that were quickly answered. I feel the company (GAF) is an excellent company and I’m impressed that Dabella is associated with them. Josiah was very honest and up front about everything and I appreciate that. Ontarius seems o be a quick study and will be a good asset to your company.

Had a visit from dabella yesterday for a free roof assessment. I found Beau and Antheny helpful and informative. Gave me a good overview of the weak points on my roof and attic, and some fixes I could do myself for small immediate problems. They were obviously here to sell a roof but also understood my reluctance to commit right now due to being a very new homeowner. It was an overall good experience, and when I'm ready to bite the bullet on a new roof, I'll definitely be calling them.

This place is a scam over priced glad i did not have them do work on my house and make sure you don't sign nothing of there's because that means it's a contract and your now stuck with it it happened to someone we know and it's just shady all the way around buyer beware
