We hired them to do our roof on our mobile home. Tim said 2 at most 3 days. Working with them was not only a mistake but a royal nightmare. They are not only slow but they take many smoke breaks besides the regular breaks. After they started we learned he only has 1 roofer and 1 helper. My wife had to be home and that didn't matter, xtra noisy. When they had to replace a few sheets over the garage, no notice or offer to cover things up. My gagage looked like a saw mill. I was furious and confronted Tim. His comment was " most customers bring them out cookies while they work. Since my wife didnt, they didnt bother." The same when they replaced the skylight over our kitchen. No notice, my wife walked into the kitchen, sawdust and scrap wood all over the floor. They also dropped a hammer but refused to acknowledge that they did the damage. When my wife confronted the roofer thru the hole, he got rude and threw his sunglasses down. Then he said " it's only a roof lady" They had to build a frame for the skylight to sit on, the quality of wood was FAR from excetable. This was on day 3 and maybe a little over half done, my temper was past a boiling point. On day 4 a full crew of 5 guys showed up to finish. They used nails to long over the garage roof and over the front door. I could list more but I'm sure you get my point. You get what you pay for. You hire cheap you get cheap and crappy work.

Dec 2024 The roofer had to comeback due to air coming down from the NEW skylight and from BOTH of the bathroom vents. When he showed up, the 1st thing he did was to BAD MOUTH my wife over the prior issues. That did not gowell, he walked of shooting his mouth before I lost it. He said the venison had flappers and they were fine. As far as the skylight went, he told me " I thought we could get by without using a weather strip. But there is a gap soI brought some with me so I'll install it" REALLY! They didn't even check when they installed it ! Talk about SHOTTY , piss poor work. Save yourself frustration and go with a REAL ROOFING and CONSTRUCTIO company, these guys are not that !!!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
