Tacoma Roofing did our deck. It was a new construction. Within 6 weeks of moving in, we reported an issue with peeling Duradek material - something that shouldn't happen if installed correctly. They sent someone to patch without doing any damage assessment. Fast forward 3 years, we find issues with water leakage in the deck and contacted them about resolving. They raised an issue with improper installation of handrails which is valid, but never took accountability that their patch made everything worse by creating a ton of ponding water at each rail and let water sip through. We tried for a month to have a dialogue with the owner and we got nothing. They refused to talk, discuss or evaluate or confirm they originally installed per Duradek's manufacturer specifications, nor they admitted the faulty patchwork contributed to the leak and plywood rotting underneath when that was assessed by an independent contractor.
I do not recommend working with them. I'll be looking for another contractor to fix our issues.
Riley came to my home the end of June to give me an estimate for a new roof. After 3 weeks I called to ask where that estimate was. I was told I would have it by the following Tuesday. Almost 2 months later, still no estimate & I hired another company.
