Great communication, excellent attention to detail and respectful of my property. They even fixed an exterior leak issue between the gutter and roof on one side. They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them!

Had to have my parents house roofed to sell since they recently passed. Had many referrals, but having used Lorenzo and his South Sound Roofing crew for our own home last spring, I asked for their quote as well. Lorenzo came in significantly under all other bids and was able to start within 10 days. They did tremendous work and with a large amount of water logged plywood replaced it was back to new condition and completed in 1-1/2 days. On time and on quote. Highly Recommend!

Update: We hired South Sound Roofing to re-roof our house. Lorenzo and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish, and we ended up with an excellently installed and nice looking roof. I cannot recommend this local, family-run business enough. They were honest, punctual, friendly, communicative, and very hard-working. They worked efficiently but also paid close attention to the details and they cleaned thoroughly along the way. All this for a very competitive price. If we ever need a roof on another house we will definitely give Lorenzo a call.

Original post: Had South Sound Roofing replace three areas of our roof that were leaking and creating mold on the plywood. Lorenzo and his crew were very efficient, did a great job, cleaned thoroughly, and kept us updated along the way, all for a very competitive price. Will definitely be giving them a call again when we need a new roof.

South Sound Roofing was very easy to work with. Their quality was excellent and they stuck to their bid, which was very reasonable.

Not only did I need a new roof, I had structural problems with the building that others had looked at and were puzzled about how to solve. South Sound Roofing was not deterred and came up with a quick solution and completed the structural work before putting on the new roof. It looks great!
