Davyn De Graw took the time to answer all of our questions. he is informative and provided me with information about roof maintenance. He did a thorough job of treating our roof.

The whole process from the initial visit by the salesman (Jonathan) to the final roof inspection by Trevor was first class. The materials used, Malarky Shingles are top rated within the industry. I personally verified their quality by conferring with friend in Colorado who has his own roofing company. We selected the Windsor shingle which is Malarky's top rated shingle. The first few days after the install, we noted that our house was cooler in the direct sun. The roof reflects more of the UV rays than our previous 21 year old black shingles. Lastly, the install team, led by Leo, was professional, courteous and hard working. They covered the little fountain in front of the house so as not to foul it with debris. All and all, IBEX proved to a totally professional organization,

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

There was a small oil leak from one of their boom trucks during the project, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally they handled it. Without any hesitation or fuss, the crew cleaned it up thoroughly — no excuses, just accountability and excellent customer care.

After a bad experience with another contractor, we were skeptical about what this experience would be like. However, from the first meeting with the estimator, Luke, to the post inspection walk with the project manager, Johnny, they made us feel comfortable and confident that we chose the right company.

The installation team of 7 workers was friendly, efficient and hard-working. They worked so well together and worked hard, and they were done in half a day! They cleaned up really well after themselves and left our home looking so much better than before! They even brought their own port-a-potty, so that we were not inconvenienced at all.

Overall, we are thrilled with the whole experience!

We were impressed with the salesperson showing us all the quality products that would be used. The job manager was very helpful with information of the process and did an end of job inspection. And the crew boss and crew were very efficient and organized.

My roofing job was a big one. We have a two story that is over 5,000 square feet. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the work site was kept tidy during the week. Adjustments were made to the price because a little less materials were used. Price adjustments were made with no arguments. They did the job like they said they would and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a job well done. We were very impressed with every aspect of the job.

Logan Nahinu did a wonderful job of cleaning our roof and applying Zinc to prevent moss damage. He is a remarkable young man and a credit to the IBEX organization. He is pleasant and an extremely hard worker.

Great work done on my home. They installed the premium style shingles with dark bronze gutters and it just looks perfect. They communicated well to which was important as its a big investment that can stress you out. I have two neighbors who also used them as well.

Great experience for our for roofing need. The workers cleaned up nicer than they found it and the project manager was easy to communicate and work with.

There are many roofing companies in the greater Portland area. IBEX is easily the best. We fielded multiple quotes for our roofing project. IBEX demonstrated a level of professionalism that was unmatched. Jeff, our project manager, was excellent and easy to work with. He was sensitive to our particular needs and very communicative. The crew was top notch and cleaned up the worksite after each day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend IBEX to friends and family. In fact, I would be disappointed if they went with a different company.

I was very impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the estimate. You could definitely tell IBEX cares about doing things right. However, the quote was much higher than expected and when I told the estimator/sales person I was going to wait to get a few more quotes, the high pressure tactics began. Sorry, but my family can't easily afford a $50k plus roof/gutter replacement, just like we can't afford a Rolles-Royce no matter how nice they are. The estimate also took 2.5 hours and made me late for a meeting despite me telling the sales person that I had to go at a certain time, which was disregarded. I was also made to feel bad for not signing up when he took time and money to get an estimate done. You are going to get a very high quality product with IBEX but it will definitely cost you. Too bad it is so hard to find good quality at an affordable price.

I have to say that the service that I received from Ibex was top notch. Kettner was the professional that did the work, the repairs that were needed. He was knowledgeable, polite, and had an amazing positive attitude. If you need any work done, I would highly recommend Kettner and the company, IBEX he works for. You can guarantee I will be recommending him to all my clients, friends and family.

Dorian did a thorough job of inspecting our roof which clinched our decision to hire Ibex Roof Company for roof replacement. He showed us videos & photos of the present status of our attic. Most plywoods were heavily infected with molds and water marks. Some old shingles outside could be easily lifted by hand. Many granules were already rolling down to the leaf guards. Patches of moss spreading wider. Unlike other salesmen, Dorian was not pushy but very convincing. He showed us how reliable Ibex Roof is because of the warranties presented to us, the quality of the Malarkey shingles they use and the efficiency of the crew. Trevor, the project manager had a dedicated crew under the leadership of Antonio. Sure enough, the crew was efficient, thorough and fast. They were very careful not to damage anything in our property. They talked less and worked hard. We are pleased with the new vent system (ridge vent instead of box vent and the intake vents) on the new roof…. My husband & I hope Antonio & his crew will be the ones to work on the roof of my daughter’s house.

All the Ibex folks—from when we reached out to when our gutter replacement was finished—were terrific. Very friendly, thorough, and clear about the work we needed done. We initially called because we had a leaky corner gutter that was damage to our porch—turns out we had more poor drainage and gutters pulling away from the house due to too much water pooling up and not draining properly. The Ibex project manager Jayden was highly professional in walking through all the places where our replacement gutter system would extend the life of our roof and home, being very conscientious about making sure the work and materials would keep our house in working order. Wade and his crew did a fantastic job the day of the replacement, and they were all especially careful of my garden and my plants. They did a beautiful job color matching and all the work really gave our house a facelift! We feel great about the work and the price is worth the peace of mind.

Jeff did a wonderful job. Kept us in the loop about what was happening. We had an issue about getting our solar off and on. Jeff spent a lot of time trying to find a company to compete the job. Francisco’s team was great too. We are very satisfied.

We had a very great experience with Ibex! We got a few quotes for complete roof replacement from different roofing companies around town - all through personal referrals/recommendations so our top 3 choices were very comparable in the work scope details, estimate amount, excellent customer service, online ratings, etc. We decided to go with Ibex because they were able to include specific asks/details that we wanted (that were not completely included in the other 2 quotes without extra charge), the transparency when we had all kind of questions, and how quickly they were able to get us in. The project was done in 2 days, including the gutter replacement that we decided to add on. Jeff was the best superb communication throughout the entire process . Even took the extra step of sending someone back out to hook up our exhaust fan in our bathroom even though it wasn’t something they even worked on. IBEX Roofing did an excellent job working on my roof. We hired them after a number of shoddy jobs done by other roofing companies left us with quite a few slow leaks in our roof. IBEX worked with us to negotiate a reasonable price, but it was their guarantees on the products and workmanship that really sold us. Once the contract was signed, IBEX, and Jeff, our project manager, were very communicative. The job was done quickly and to our satisfaction despite some hiccups in scheduling and deliveries thanks to our existing solar panel installation. In addition to our main roof, they also added some new flashing and shingles to our shed for a very reasonable price. We wouldn't hesitate to hire IBEX again!

I'm the kind of guy that always looks at the bad reviews first. I wanted to find something critical to say about my experience, but I really have none. The crew showed up when they said they would. They did a quick and quality job installing my roof. I was dubious that they could get it done in one day like they said they could, but they did. They had the old roof stripped and loaded in the trailer before the new roofing arrived. They were absolutely meticulous about their clean up and had a man constantly walking around the house, picking up the little pieces of roofing that the installers would cut off and going around with a magnet to pick up any nails that had gotten into my lawn. So far, I have not found any that he missed. I had popped a bunch of dandelions out of my yard a few days before and their clean up man even went around and picked all of those up and put them in my recycling bin, leaving the yard looking better than it did when they arrived. They were a little on the hard sell side, but I understand it's a competitive business and they are doing what they need to in order to get the work. I'm not sorry at all that I went with Ibex Roof.

Johnny was very thorough in his inspection of the roof and gutters. He provided options and estimates for gutter cleaning and replacement for the 26 year old gutters. He was personable, helpful and not high-pressured regarding any one option. Appreciated the advice and senior discount.

IBEX did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our last home. Our new home had a few cement tiles needing replacing as well as updating the skylight. They were able to schedule us and obtain supplies immediately. Caleb was very communicative and informative, calling us prior to arriving and keeping us updated on his progress. With thunderstorms in the afternoon forecast, he was able to complete the job in a timely fashion. Famous last words…hoping we never have to call a roofing company again, but if we do, it’ll be IBEX hands down.

IBEX Roof just replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts and our shed roof. ALL of these projects were completed with superior craftsmanship, professionalism, extreme integrity and concern for the quality of their end product. At the end of the project everything goes thru a 25-point inspection to make sure everything meets top level standards. If it doesn’t pass, the job isn’t finished and they come back to fix it.
My project manager, Trevor, was always there to answer any questions that I had. He kept things running smoothly and is a great communicator. He has a code of honor and honesty that IBEX is lucky to have in an employee.

We got our roof completed by Ibex and have called a couple times with concerns. They have been very professional and prompt at responding and addressing the issues. Always friendly and answering all my questions. Today we had Kettner, from Ibex, come on a leak concerned we had. He did a very thorough job, not only addressing very meticulously the issue(checking on nails and window corners), but going above and beyond solving another issue, not on his scope line, but seemed to have compounded to make the leak much worse.

Great job! They started on time & got it finished sooner than expected. They communicated extremely well with updates. It looks beautiful and I’m confident it will last a long time.

My experience with IBEX roofing was fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The salesman, Kevin, came to my house, inspected my 20 year old roof and attic and spent a lot of time explaining the process and showing me the products. The Malarkey shingles they use are locally made and some of the best you can buy for our climate. I also have solar panels that needed to be taken down beforehand, so I had a lot of questions as to how that would work. He answered all of my questions and offered a more than fair price for the job.
Trevor the site manager did his own inspection, informed me that I needed more roof ventilation and explained why. I never felt pressured. Once the job started, he kept me informed at every step and always returned my text messages in a timely manner.
The roofing crew were professional, respectful, hard working and completed the roof replacement in one day, even with the new skylight and added vents. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up around my house when they finished and the new roof looks fantastic.
The solar panel installers that the company contracts with to do the work were also professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They took before and after pictures of the system to confirm that it is functioning just as it was before the panels were taken down.

The gutter guy’s that came out were fast and efficient. They installed a new gutter and gutter guards. Johnny did a follow up visit to look at the end flashing and took the time to tweak the end flashing and then fix some of the shingles that he felt were not laying down enough for his liking. IBEX Roof replaced our roof and we are extremely grateful to have worked with them. Our estimator, Chris, put us at ease the minute we met him. He conducted a thorough inspection of our roof, listened to our concerns and what was important to us, and talked us through all of our options.
