Tried to call the number on google to get an answer to a question. The person answering was to busy and hung up on me. I think she thought I was trying to sell something. Tried to call and ask again and she was rude said she was busy and goodbye. Couldn't speak to the quality of work myself because they haven't even done work for me but the customer service is horrible.

Quality work with excellent communication. I work in commercial property management. No one wants to have a roof leak. However, I know when I call Madsen up, I'll get help right away, I won't have to wait, and I trust that they know what they are doing. Additionally, their customer service is excellent.
