Best Choice Roofing is a legit Roofing company that you can count on when you need from a quote to a new roof! With all this rain we been having over the last few weeks I was concerned and hoping everything was still on the up and up! So with that being said, Ethan Meche was a big help since he is my son and works for Best Choice Roofing he was able to do his thing he does! Always has a smile on his face and friendly person you’ll ever meet! He explained things to me and very polite. Not saying that cause he is my son! But he did it all in a professional way! If I had to choose a roofing company Best Choice Roofing would be the ones I’d go with hands down!!

After the storm on April 1, 2025 we got a knock on our door from Mr. Marlon Prejean with Best choice Roofing asking if he could take a look at our roof bc it appeared to be damaged. Marlon took his time got into our roof and notice a significant about of storm damage. Since that moment on Marlon has been there every step of the way and made this a pleasurable process for my wife and I both. Just want to say Thank you Marlon for the dedication and work that you have put into helping us with this major project to our home. I would most definitely recommend best choice roofing if all their employees are like Marlon!

A small issue occurred during install leaving our microwave stove vent out of order but BCR promptly sent an electrician out and had the issue resolved. The roof looks great, t everyone was very kind and professional. Definitely recommend!!

He gained our confidence in the company from our very 1st meeting. The end result was a beautiful roof that we will be enjoying for a long time. I'm always skeptical about a company having all great reviews, but ultimately I chose BCR because of it. Having done so, I now understand why these guys consistently get 5 stars. I contacted them because of a leak. Evan was the man that initially evaluated my condition was able to advise me on my roof's condition. He couldn't have been more professional and yet down to Earth at the same time. He was able to answer every question I had and was able to work with me on meeting with my insurance adjuster. Their salesman Dustin was very insightful on the quality and color schemes. Even after changing our mind on the color of the shingles we wanted, they were extremely accommodating. Their project planner Gavin made it clear that whatever we wanted on our roof, he would make sure we get. The installation team was super quick and efficient. When all done, my yard was as clean as when they arrived. My roof looks amazing and a big thank you to the whole team at Best Choice Roofing.

Marlon, worked tirelessly to overcome potential problems with a challenging roof replacement. Upbeat, personable, with a can do attitude. Most communications start with him saying, “Good news…” can’t top that.

CJ Gonsoulin asked about taking a look at my roof because he noticed something might have been wrong and said he could do a free inspection. He came a couple days later, inspected the roof, took pictures and showed me everything is in really good condition. Since everything was fine we didn’t do business today, but because he was professional and honest, he will be the first and only person I will call for my roofing problems. Deante Morton did my inspection and was very personable and professional. He thoroughly explained where the leak in my roof was by showing me pictures and explaining to me the problematic areas. Lines of Communication was exceptional. His manager also came out and gave me a fair price to do the job. I feel confident that the roof will be done properly.

My new roof looks beautiful!! CJ Gonsoulin was great to work with he explained everything that was going to happen as far as the process of placing the roof and the type of material they use. Very nice group of guys polite and professional! They picked up everything, didn’t leave a mess.

Kevin Alexander came out as a follow up from a prospect sale and handled everything. Professional, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Kept in touch throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions. The whole process was easy and done from home so no missing work to pick out colors or sign paperwork. The contractors that came out were quick and had the whole job done within 2 days with touch ups done on the 3rd day. Highly recommend Best Choice Roofing and especially Kevin.

BCR reps were great to deal with, answered all of our questions and went the extra step to make sure we were satisified and understood the process. A few days ago DeShawn Guillotte stopped by and encouraged me to get my roof inspected, he was a well respected young man and really informed me about the issues and ways to resolve them, even though my insurance would most likely not cover the damage it gave me piece of mind.

On August 26th I was outside mowing my lawn when a young man approached me and gave me some knowledge about the wind damage that was on my rooftop from the bad weather last year.
