Roof Kings did my roof on my house and I was very pleased with it. The price was very good and they did an excellent job. Also they cleaned up and changed the roof in one day. If you are looking for a roof person in Lafayette I would highly recommend them.

Company is jack up my roof was done a year ago and the whole roof came off the other roofing company came out an said that it was nail instead with short nail not even able to whole the wood down that was put to hold the roof it was supposed to
Screwed down instead of nail an a lifetime warranty turn into nothing because of his short nail mistake

Would not recommend working with this company at all. .had hired this company in Louisiana which surprisingly phones been disconnected and no reviews in Google and has an 817 number as well and when called the owner they said they're phone was broken. Then they send multiple contractors to come do work and didn't even do it right or change the flashing then they reliant had to come and they didn't even do it right. . Don't really know what's going on or how hard putting shingles are. . Let alone not caling or saying anything in regards to being in the hospital for a month the same day they were supposedly going to come out .

Had several roofers look at my roof that was leaking. My roof was only 4 years old. Some of the bids were as high as 6500.00 Some of the roofers wanted to change my whole roof. Jerod was very fair and agreed with me. Let's fix the problem for a lot less than 6500.00. Out of six roof companies Roof Kings was the most honest trusting roofers I had to deal with. Amazing company! We had a leak on our roof and they IMMEDIATELY came to fix it upon us asking them to take a look. Do not hesitate to do business with these guys.

When I called Roof Kings, I spoke with Cory who set up a time to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. After checking in and being assured, no one came out. After calling back several times, Cory apologized and rescheduled for the next day. However, once again, no one came except this time my calls were ignored too.

I waited for two days with a leak in my roof in bad weather waiting on Roof Kings when I should have just called someone more professional in the first place. Don't waste your time like they did mine.

Edit: Since I can't respond to the businesses response: This is exactly the type of classy behavior you can expect from these people. But guess what - I'm a real person. I'm not here to ruin anyone's business, I'm just here to post my real experience. Because it turns out, when you give people terrible service and cost them two full days of extra water damage, they give you a bad review. WHO'D HAVE THOUGHT?

There's a reason RoofKings has so many 5 star reviews. I got quotes from several different roofing companies and saved about $1500 by going with RoofKings. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Showed up exactly on time and finished my relatively easy roof in half a day. Cleaned up the yard before they left and did an excellent job. They even replace decking if necessary without extra charges- I had one board needed to be replaced. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family or you.
