I had heard they were the best company to deal with, but normally the best company is the most expensive...correct? Reluctantly, I decided to get a quote from them anyway, expecting sticker shock.

Initially, out of all the companies I called, they were by far the most professional to deal with. Pleasantly and surprisingly they also gave me the lowest quote. The job was done on time and I was very pleased....Highly recommended!!

Konner was wonderful from start to finish. He treated me like family. I found him to be trustworthy and very knowledgeable. My experience was seamless and stress- free. I highly recommend Eagle Roofing & Construction.

I have hidden my real email because im worried. I’m beyond frustrated with Eagle Construction/Insulation. It’s become painfully clear they don’t care one bit about the people who actually keep things running — their workers — or the customers who pay their bills. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and treated like they’re disposable. Meanwhile, customers are being misled, overcharged, or flat-out ignored when problems come up.

It’s not just bad business — it’s unethical. You can’t build trust when all you care about is squeezing every last dime out of people while burning through staff.

Companies like this need to be held accountable. We deserve better — and so do the people working behind the scenes.

Just a quick description of the work they did, I was having them put a moisture barrier under my home and insulation in my attic. I thought ever was okay after I saw everything until a week later. I started noticing the moisture barrier not staying grounded and started to tear in multiple areas. I decided to call to inform them of this and was completely ignored. Worried I then checked in my attic to notice I did not get insulation blown throughout my attic but only in certain areas. After calling the salesman Dustin Multiple times I was blocked after not getting an answer. Please do not use this company I also feel horrible for recommending this company to my neighbors.

Manny came out within hours of me calling about a leaking roof. He inspected the roof and gave me the option of repairing or replacing and quoted both. We decided to replace, and good thing. A solar panel that was improperly installed caused serious damage. The crew repaired and replace the rotten wood at a reasonable increase in the price. 2 days and all was done. Crews cleaned up my yard and neighbor’s yards. Great job.

Eagle did an amazing job on our remodel and addition. We highly recommend them for a variety of construction projects. We will be calling them to upgrade our roof soon as well.

This guy Austin showed up at our door the day after a storm that came out of nowhere with gusts of over 80 mph winds, rain and hail. I told him to come back later when my husband would be home. He did, explained everything to my husband of how things would go with the home insurance company and at the end of the evening basically said I’m here to help you out but I’m expecting you give me the job when the insurance pays you. That day we paid him 500 to tarp the roof because we did have a leak. He said this 500 would be counted towards our deductible. Long story short we received our settlement, I thought his price was way overpriced but my husband still wanted to give him the job. His workers pissed in my yard throughout the day, he was never on the job site and then I discovered that the insurance still deducted the whole amount of our deductible so I told my husband to ask him to reimburse us the 500. He was already getting paid practically half our settlement. The chump had the audacity to say no knowing he was the one that said it would be deducted from our deductible. And here we are showing him the paperwork that shows it wasn’t. The right and honest thing would have been to give us back the 500. He was already getting paid almost 25k for the job. Yep I told you way overpriced. Don’t use them, don’t trust him. He looks and sounds good but it’s all fake and greed when it comes down to it. I will never refer him or the company.

Very satisfied with work and level of attention of the staff at Eagle. One small problem and fixed next day when I brought it to their attention.

After countless attempts and calls to contractors and various roofing companies, Eagle was one of only two that actually showed up to provide a quote and do the job. Not only was Eagle’s quote the most competitive, their service was top notch, transparent, and efficient. Gabriel promptly came out for the initial inspection and was thorough in his assessment. Once we agreed upon the work and timeline, their crew arrived as scheduled, on time, and went above and beyond to not only complete the repairs as discussed, but also handled additional areas they noted needing maintenance work in their initial inspection. Project manager, Austin Smith, came out once the job was complete to verify the crew’s work and ensure it was up to proper standards, debrief me on the nature of the repairs, and ensure that any outstanding questions I had were answered. It is rare to find any contractor that provides this level of service, care, and pride in their work. I cannot recommend Austin, Gabriel, and the entire team at Eagle roofing enough. Save yourself the hassle and headache and just call eagle the first time.

The guys at Eagle did a great job with my roof. My insurance company didn't want to pay for wind damage and Eagle fought with them until they agreed to pay for it. The crew came in and had the roof done in no time and even fixed some other issues from the previous roof installer. When they were done they cleaned up the yard so well that it didn't even look like they were here except for the awesome new roof. Thanks guys!

Not a customer, but they can't drive to save their lives. There was a whole pickup truck sitting horizontal in a turning lane nearly clipping everyone who drove past. It's a turning lane, not a place to do a U-turn. Not the first time their trucks have been spotted doing something idiotic on the road.

Eagle roofing crew did an amazing job, they were fast, professional, and on time. The costs were even a little less than expected. Thank you, and your crew. We gave your buisness card to my brother-in-law for his roofing needs. May God bless you and keep you all safe on the roofs.

I had a minor leak in my roof which Eagle installed two years ago. Chris took care of it immediately and while he was here he saw a cosmetic problem on the roof which he also immediately fixed like new. All work was done at no charge. His crew was efficient and polite and their work was excellent. They cleaned up after the job and even blew all the leaves off my roof while they were at it. Thanks to Chris and Lonnie.
