Sometime before summer my ceiling started leaking during a major storm. I called an old friend to see if he knew anyone and he sent me Kenneth Darbonne. He came in a figured out a plan, walked us through the process, and also calmed our concerns. He is a great salesman and excellent worker. Their team had the work done in one day and even cleaned up beautifully. They were not inconvenient, worked with our schedule, and handled all the negotiations with my insurance company. I would happily recommend their work, team, and salesmen to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Cloteaux Roofing & Construction recently repaired my roof and firewall paneling and I have to say from the Project Sales Manager (Brandon), to the Project Manager (Ken), and to the crew who worked tirelessly through the heat and inclement weather to finish the job in a safe and timely manner exhibited professionalism from start to finish. Also, all phone calls and texts were responded to in a very prompt and professional manner from the initial evaluation to the final inspection.

Brandon and the team from Cloteaux Roofing was exceptional. The roofers were hard workers who did an excellent job and the area is cleaner than they found it!!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of replacement or repair. They are professional, consistent and precise with their work ethics from contract signing to the finished product. I am very pleased.

We just completed a roof replacement with Cloteaux Roofing and Construction and were completely satisfied with the whole process and results. Kenneth Darbonne did an excellent job of inspecting our existing roof and worked diligently with our insurance company on the wind damage claim. He also did a great job helping us select a new roof system as well as the planning and implementation phase. Kenneth Baudoin was onsite all two days and was very conscientious making sure all work was done right. We would highly recommend them.

I’m very pleased with the work done on my roof. Daniel and Kenneth were professional and a pleasure to work with. They scheduled my appointment promptly, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently and on schedule

They came back to fix the leak and did a great job making sure it was sealed. They failed to communicate that they weren’t coming to the agreed time I had to call and text to find out they needed to reschedule for the next day. The next day they called at the agreed appointment time to say they were late. They came later in the afternoon (during the hottest part of the day which they originally rescheduled the first time for) but ended up here around 1 pm on a metal roof. I changed their rating from 1 to 4 because they did come back to fix the original problem. Not showing up and not communicating is a problem for me.

Good managers and hard working roofers. Old roof off and new roof on in the same day. New roof is very attractive. Materials used by Cloteaux Roofing far surpass builder-grade roof originally installed when our house was built.

Reached out to Daniel on a Saturday afternoon with a leak after a big rainstorm. He called right back and was at my house in a couple of hours. He had a crew come out three days later when a window of time came open. They tackled the job quickly and were very professional in their approach.

My roof was completed today. Brian and the crew were great. If it wasn’t for Kenneth, I wouldn’t have known about this company. Cole is the man! After some crazy weather a couple days ago a part of our roof fell thru due to water getting through and Cole came help cleanup right after I sent him the picture! Cant recommend enough!

Cloteaux installed a new roof on my house and will be doing additional construction. They did a GREAT JOB on my roof and in ONE day with the Calvary on the job site! Everywhere I turned there was someone working. The sales person did a FANTASTIC job and was very thorough in planning the job. The onsite construction/roofing foreman was awesome, after we sorted out the issue with car removal from my driveway! Delvin stopped by too and it was nice knowing they ensure all the work was being done efficiently! I am 100% pleased! I hope the remaining construction work goes as smooth too!

Cloteaux Roofing did a great job. Just bought my first home and noticed some wind damage to some of the shingles. They came out and had them replaced in under an hour. When replacing some of the shingles Brian Hano noticed a vent hole in the roof that was covered by shingles so they installed a brand new vent cover. I'll definitely be using Cloteaux Roofing again if I find anymore damage to my roof.

I needed a complete roof replacement and I was referred to Cloteaux Construction through a local community group who had very high opinions of this company, and I'm glad I listened.

They were very fast from the time I made the decision to replace my roof to the completion. They crew did an excellent job and my new roof was in place in one day with hours to spare. My house looks almost brand new with the new roof. I'm very happy with the process and result.

Cloteaux construction did a wonderful job! Ryan, John, and Kamon did a free inspection of my roof and found i did not need a new roof. I requested they look at the fascia on the front of the house. They quoted me a great price!! It was easy to schedule and get that fixed. I also had them install a new gutter on the backside of my house. I highly recommend Cloteaux construction!

I'd been needing roof repairs done but I didn't know who to contact. Cloteaux was working next door, and I noticed the workers were professional and hard-working (rare these days). I asked the job foreman to take a look at my roof and give me an estimate. He NEVER offered to sell me a new roof, but did point out three repairs I needed. The final price was fair, and I would recommend this company. A final plus is the jobsite (next door and mine) was left VERY clean.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof. They worked 12 hours a day to complete the job. I couldn’t find one nail on the yard. They even tarped the pool to protect it. Tracey spent a lot of time there and seems like she was always looking out for us. Another roofer tried to convince our insurance to do the job but couldn’t. These folks went up and highlighted every little problem, went up on the roof with them, and convinced them we really did need a new roof. Fully paid for. We would not go anywhere else. Hopefully won’t need to for the next 20 years or so, lol.

I knew I needed a replacement roof, previous damage from hurricane IDA with patches and some shingles degrading on a 16 year asphalt Atlas premier roof. I had seen the work that Cloteaux Construction completed on a few houses in the area and was very impressed so I reached out to Rob Mayeux with Cloteaux who then helped me with my process. During the roofing replacement I made a few changes to color and level opting for an Atlas level 4 impact rated roof to handle hail and high winds, Rob didn’t miss a beat was able to get everything I asked for on short notice. They found some underline issues from the original home build that they fixed better than new by replacing an area that had water damage, they properly sealed everything. I have a larger home with steep angles and worried that it would take a few days. Nope, Rob had dozens of roofers from Cloteaux ready to knock it out safely. They did such a good job I requested two additional projects. On one project I had them replace a very large window that was in a difficult place and surrounded by stucco. Rob had a crew out to replace the window in no time. My house now looks amazing with top notch service from a top notch company, Cloteaux Construction will be receiving all my future home projects and repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Cloteaux. Starting from the beginning they came out to do an estimate the same day we called. We got an extremely reasonable quote for replacing our skylight and was immediately added to the schedule. They came to do the repairs and were very efficient, only took them about 3-4 hours and looked good as new! Will recommend Cloteaux and use them again!

I would recommend using Cloteaux Construction for any roofing jobs. Tracy was great to work with. My insurance company denied my claim for hail damage to my roof and Tracy told me what I had to do and who to call to get this resolved. It took a year but finally my lawyer got my claim approved without going to court. During the whole time Tracy would call to see how everything was going.

I received good service from Cloteaux. They assessed the problem, gave me a good quote, did the work as promised and easy scheduling. Thanks Cloteaux!

Christian submitted detailed photos of our roof damage along with written description of the damage to our insurance for replacement reimbursement. Cloteaux Construction is top notch. I had an older roof that sustained some wind damage and it was very questionable as to whether my insurance would cover it. Ian Romero from Cloteaux managed my job and handled virtually all of that for me. He conducted his own inspection, coordinated with my insurance company, and even escorted the adjuster around my roof to show them the issues that he had observed. Thanks to Ian, my insurance company approved me for a full roof replacement and it required very little communication between them and myself. The roof replacement was very efficient, and Ian was on site every single day ensuring that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. During the job, workers discovered several pieces of rotten decking that needed replacement (as well as a couple of other issues). Ian coordinated with my insurance company to get that covered with no out-of-pocket cost to me. He even came by on a Saturday to perform a final check for nails and debris, and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. This was a quality job that was done professionally and was well managed from start to finish. I’m 100% satisfied with the job that Cloteaux Construction did with my roof replacement. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
