Very nice customer service! The roofers were professional, on time and the work was excellent and completed with a timely manner. Would definitely recommend there services.

Yesterday a representative from best choice. Roofing came to our house and offered to inspect our roof. My husband let him do it, and the gentleman said that he would be happy to file a claim for us and my husband told him absolutely not. He wanted to check our policy first And this morning we got a call from our insurance company that the man had filed a claim on our roof, even though we explicitly told him not to. Of course there was a big pressure thing where he said these had to be filed by March 13. That alone tells me that there’s something going on because of the pressure. Do not recommend these people.

No respect of property- employee ignored no soliciting signs and no trespassing signs while trampling across my property. When I called the number he left illegally on the business card on my doorstep, he laughed at me. I called the local branch number left on the business card and no one answered during business hours, conveniently. Stay away from this company- clearly have no respect for others nor their property.
