Brian is incredible and his team is amazing! Brian is SO knowledgeable and helped us with a really tricky roof situation. His experience with insurance was so beneficial and helped us get more from them to cover our needed roof replacement. His knowledge of shingles warranty and the entire process was truly such a blessing in our situation and he was so personable and helpful through the entire process. I would hands down recommend him to anyone as being trustworthy and sincere in his business practices. It’s rare to have such a positive experience in home improvements and this really stood out as an example of how you’d wish for all contractors to operate. Thank you, Brian!

Brian and his crew remodeled my master bathroom and did an amazing job from start to finish. He came in with excellent ideas as we removed old tub and shower and put in an awesome new shower and walk in closet. We will have them back for our next project!

We called Brian Mitchell to replace our "builder grade" deck. The deck was only 5 years old but the original workmanship and materials were sub-par. Brian came out and told us what was good and what needed to be replaced and why. He emphasized his commitment to getting things right the first time and his suggestions and ideas were spot on. We even called him to come out a second time before we accepted his bid to clarify some details for us. He came out and got a revised bid to us right away.

The job was scheduled for fall and when his crew got here, they proved to be organized and hard working guys--shout out to Austin, Bryce and Wes! There were a couple of minor issues that came up but they always took the time to explain what the problems were and gave us several different solutions to remedy them. Their level of craftsmanship was amazing. They totally embraced Brian's philosophy on quality and finished up in 6 days. The crew cleaned up every day and the only thing left behind was our new beautiful deck and stairs! I highly recommend this company--they do roofs but they also do so much more!

Brian was absolutely fantastic to work with. He consulted on our roof earlier in the year when we had some minor leaks and helped troubleshoot the problem right away. His past experience as an underwriter also really helped us negotiate a fair price with the insurance company when it came time to replace the roof. He was responsive and honest in all our communication. The crew working with him also did a great job during install and cleanup. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend him 100%.

Workers came early on a Saturday, almost finished, but returned on Sunday to finish. The crew was very respectful and careful of the work they performed and of my property. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and back to the way it was previously. Great Job!

Since the roof work was completed, it has rained significantly. Strong winds have blown on several days. The roof held and performed very well.

Brian did a great job with explaining the entire process to us from the start and was super helpful working with our insurance company. His crew was very organized and got straight to work on the roof with no issues at all. None of the other guys wanted to work with me, they just wanted my claim number so they could work directly with my insurance. I couldn't even get a quote! We were fortunate to get a referral to call Brian and we are so happy we did. From start to finish Brian showed that he wanted to work with me. I got a quote, pictures and every question I had answered - even before I agreed to the work contract. The roof and gutters look great, we have even noticed that it is quieter inside the house during storms now. I can't recommend Dryline Roofing enough!

As the owner of this roofing company he also has extensive knowledge of the insurance process due to being an insurance adjuster and extremely familiar with the process, making this experience not only possible but extremely smooth! I greatly recommend Dryline Roofing to any of my fellow homeowners in the Kansas City area, especially due to the nature of the storms our homes endure! Not only was it incredibly fast, the quality of the products used was very high and in turn lowering the cost of my homeowners insurance! My insurance company did not see the need for repair, and Brian did! They claimed there wasn’t enough damages to even cover my deductible. Brian’s determination to show the insurance company the real problems was extremely admirable. Ended up with us being quite over 12k in damages and insurance didn’t seem to want to pay out! But, we had the insurance re evaluate with Brian’s knowledge and we were confirmed to have our roof replace properly! I’m extremely thankful as a first time home owner to have had the experience and knowledge from this replacement! I couldn’t recommend them more!!! I’d give more stars if I possibly could!!! Dryline had completed projects for my neighbors, and both were pleased with the work. In any project, there is the planning of the work and then the execution. As others have written, Brian expertly helped me figure out what was possible for a new deck months ago when Dryline had a long waiting list. Then, this spring, the team came in and did a wonderful job of tearing down and hauling off the decrepit old deck and building a new one. The team worked well together and in days I had a nice looking new deck.

Brian is wonderful to work with! We needed a bit of work done on our roof and a friend recommended Dryline roofing. We sent inspection inquiries to two other companies and the STILL haven’t gotten a response from either. In this time with Brian, we scheduled and had our inspection, gotten our report back, talkers to our insurance company and have the repairs scheduled before the other guys have even contacted me about looking at the roof.

I called Brian of Dryline Roofing after seeing several recommendations on Nextdoor. I had a strip of shingles that fell off my house because I had a shoddy company install my roof about 10 years ago. We have had many problems with it and have called a few big companies to come out and fix it. Those big companies charged big amounts of money and it took weeks for them to come out. I called Brian and he called me back the next day and came out that same day. He told me it would be no problem to fix and within two days it was!!! Usually I have to wait weeks. He explained the process and went over all the options we had to replace the flooring and add on to our existing deck. The bid we received was fair and honest. Dryline finished our basement, and the experience was great. They started and finished the project when they said they would, and at the price they quoted. Even though we knew what we wanted, they had helpful suggestions that made it even better. Their attention to detail was excellent. Plus, I love the way they do business: you don't pay a penny until they're done the project, and they provide a 2-year warranty. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I have recommended them to friends.

Brian was great to work with! We were paid by our insurance for a roof replacement due to hail damage. He walked us through the process and was able to get our gutters covered through our insurance as well. Installation for the roof only took a day or so and it started the week after we decided on roofing materials. The roof looks great! We mentioned some rotted siding as well so his crew came back a couple months later to complete that too. Our siding was discontinued, but he was able to find the amount we needed and complete the work for a very reasonable cost. We are very happy with the roof and siding and will definitely recommend him whenever we can!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. On time, gave us recommendations on how to maximize our budget AND was in constant communication leading up to and during the installation. Roof replacement is MESSY and the team cleaned up so thoroughly, all my neighbors were impressed.

I used Dryline Roofing for a full roof replacement because one year earlier, I had a leak and called for an inspection and repair. Brian came right away and repaired the problem and refused to take any payment. After I incurred storm damage and had more leaks, I knew I would be calling Dryline back. They did a fabulous job with my roof and gutter replacement.

Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job. They were in and out within 2 days. He worked with me and my insurance to get me new gutter guards at no extra cost. Insurance took awhile to get the money but he still went ahead and installed the new roof and gutters before payment. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed a new roof!

Brian came highly recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and gutters. He made several chimney flashing repairs over the years at no charge and met with my insurance adjuster and guided me through the claims process. He coordinated with my painter so dry rot repairs were made before the roofing started. The roof and gutter work were completed in one day, including clean-up. Excellent service and quality work, very honest, offers professional advice but won’t sell you something you don’t need. I would leave more than 5 stars if allowed!

We hired Dryline to do renovation, deferred maintenance, and a brand new front porch with roof. They installed new windows, some doors, roof, driveway, painted the house, and built a new raised modern front porch with a roof. It turned out incredible and completely changed the look of the house! Brian and Wes at Dryline were wonderful to work with. I felt like they understood the modern look we wanted. This was an easy process with Dryline. We were brougth samples, chose a roof that our city would approve and made sure our cars were out of the driveway on install day. In one day, the old roof was gone and the new one installed. They were clean and organized. They were careful to protect our landscaping. Communication was fantastic. Brian was very helpful with my new roof process after storms caused damage to my roof. He drove out and did a quick inspection to see what kind of damage had been done, and ended up putting a few patches on while there to make sure my roof would be fine until I could get it replaced. He explained terminology for me, and worked with my insurance company to get all the proper documentation submitted. He even gave advice on the roof color when I asked, and helped me choose the best option for my roof. We had storm damage to our roof. When Brian was finished with the temporary repair work at our neighbor's home, I asked if he could inspect our roof. Within an hour, we had temporary repairs done and a reasonable quote for the work. Within 2 days the final repairs were done! Brian came out to check my roof which was only 3 years old. I called him after the original roofing company came out and basically told me I needed a new roof. Brian was so honest and told me I only needed a little spot fixed where the shingles lifted, and a few had blown off. So refreshing to find a honest man that also shows up when he tells you he will.
He will be the only one I call when we need a new roof!

They replaced my roof in 2018 and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them since they were very thorough and explained everything before, during and after the project in a very professional manner. In addition, the project was completed on schedule even after they discovered additional work that needed to be completed to make the replacement right. They have always addressed any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Definitely use this company!!!

Dryline roofing is a quality company. They communicate well, educate the customer if there are any concerns, and show up on time when they schedule the work. They are very professional from the Owner to the crews and leave your property better than they found it. The foreman educated me on the issues with the previous install and why it has failed in some areas. Great experience, people, and company.

The company was knowledgable, professional, cordial, easy to work with, and very responsive. Their new roof product is excellent (and hail resistant). They also replaced all the gutters and drains and worked very well with our insurance company. The work was done very quickly, so the job didn't take long at all, and the cleanup was excellent.
