I noticed new water stains on my bedroom ceiling. I thought, "Oh no!! I will need to replace the roof!"

My son-in-law recommended Lloyd Lantz. I called Lloyd; left a message; and received a call back almost immediately. Then, we exchanged messages and I provided pictures of the damage. I thought I needed a full roof replacement and he recommended taking a look at it to see if it could be repaired. I welcomed the repair.

Lloyd was right!! He fixed five areas, which made it so that I will not worry for a while when it rains. At the end, he provided an estimate for replacing the roof and gutters which seems quite affordable.

Well, fast forward a few months.

434 Roofing Inc replaced the roof once the weather cleared up. The crew came early in the morning and took care of the roof. After a lunch break, they cleaned up the debris hardly leaving a trace. My bushes were intact. Only a flimsy bird bath was knocked over.

Gutters Midwest came a few days later to replace the gutters. Nice and efficient. I am so glad that I asked one of the guys about the shirts they wore. Now, I use those shirts to keep cool while I work in the garden.

Lloyd suggested I tell my insurance company about the roof. I had not thought about this. My premium was reduced. Lloyd also fixed the bird bath. Thank you very much!

My neighborhood was hit with a short hail storm about 3 weeks ago, nickel up to golfball size hail. The storms chasers were out the same afternoon knocking on everyone’s door and were extremely high pressure! Everyone in my neighborhood who allowed a storm chaser to assess their damage was told they needed a new roof. Having trust issues myself, I chased them all away and called Lloyd at 435 Roofing. He had already examined two homes on my street and advised the homeowners they did not need new roofs - only had cosmetic blemishes . Lloyd examined my roof, provided pictures and advised me my roof did not need to be replaced , the damage was very minor and only cosmetic. This is important because it has to do with trust- 435 Roofing could have played me and my neighbors, but they didn’t. 435 Roofing provided an honest assessment of the damage without any high pressure sales tactics and they were never out knocking on doors unsolicited! I woke up at 3am to rain dripping on my bed. At the recommendation of a friend who recently used 435 Roofing, I called them first thing. Completely happy with 435 Roofing Inc. In May of 2022 we had to replace the complete roof on our family home. The insurance company refused to cover any expense as the roof was over 22 years old and no hail damage could be validated. Four quotes from different companies were acquired. Lloyd was the first quote received. I asked Lloyd to wait for the other roofing companies to send their prices, color choices, availability of product, etc.. Lloyd was patient and did not continuedly call, or knock on my door in the middle of this bid process, as opposed to the other salesmen. We chose 435 Roofing and had a new roof within a week.

I have used 435 Roofing for installation of attic vents to reduce the condensation. The estimate was extremely reasonable and the installation was above top notch! After a recent storm our master bedroom developed a leak. The insurance adjuster came out and could not find any cause for the leak. He sort of shrugged his shoulders and said "strange things happen." I called Lloyd for a second opinion, and of course, he promptly came out, climbed up on the roof, took a look around, quickly figured out the problem and solved it. The next rain storm, which was again heavy, no rain in the master bedroom. We are beyond pleased with 435 Roofing and can not recommend them enough. In fact, we recommended him to a friend just this morning after the bad storms we had 2 days ago. He was out and on her roof just 4 hours later inspecting the damage. After scouring Google, Facebook and Neighborhood App for a roofing business who everyone loved AND had current reviews I called 435 Roofing Inc. Receptionist answered immediately and connected me with Lloyd Lentz who called and texted me within hours. We set an appointment to look at wind damage, missing shingles and a leak. Lloyd arrived early, was personable, talked us through what he was seeing, why the leak was happening and how original install was not up to code. :(. He then proceeded to seal up all potential leak spots, told us what we could do to shore up our exterior siding and reattached the shingles. He thought that should hold us off until *hopefully* the next hail storm. His knowledge of roofing was refreshing after the headache of our last contractor. We told Lloyd he would be our 1st call in the middle of the next hail storm! (We saved his number!). So grateful I called. I appreciated everyone’s review so here is mine! I contracted with 435 Roofing to replace my roof (cedar shake tear-off to composite shingle) a few months ago. The project was agreed to start several weeks later and 435 held to the schedule. A tree fell on our damaging roof and gutters… Brian was here onsite right away sis the inspection and got us an estimate. He continued to check in with us and make sure we were ok while waiting on the insurance company. We called 435 Roofing after we found a leak in the ceiling after a storm came through. Whitney came out and took a look at the roof, took photos and was able to show me that the water was not a result of a leaking roof, but it had instead gotten through some cracking/wood rot on the siding. He caulked the cracks on the siding for me free of charge! He was also very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend him!

No one else I called would answer the phone much less call me back after I left a message 2) he was honest and knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money with his assessment of the problem. We used this company a few years ago to replace a couple areas of flat roof that were leaking. Lloyd quickly got back to us. The prices were fair, he was easy to work with and they were able to schedule the work for a few weeks out. Once they came out to do the job they finished in a a day or two I believe and the work looked good!

Lloyd was SO helpful! My fiance' and I just bought our first home last summer and had a shingle blow off in a recent wind storm. After unsuccessfully trying to climb up on the roof ourselves (it was WAY too steep), we called 435 Roofing to see if they could come out and take a look for us. Lloyd came out and climbed up on the roof without hesitation, found where the shingle blew off (and identified a hole that could have caused a lot of damage) and fixed the shingle for us, while also securing a few other shingles in the surrounding area. While up there, he did a quick walk around our roof to make sure nothing else needed immediate repair. He didn't even charge us for this quick repair (which was SO nice), but he definitely earned future customers. No question, we will be using 435 Roofing for a maintenance check this year and eventually a new roof. HIGHLY recommend.

He discovered furnace vent pipe was jarred loose during installation. This caused condensation , thus the stains. The crew came out today and did an excellent job of making the ceiling look new again. Great customer service.
