Loved the teamwork and interaction of everyone involved. Sean, Ryan and Chris were very courteous and answered all my questions during their installation. Choosing Window Depot was a great choice from the sales contact Brent, to the project lead Rick, to the install crew. I will use them again if the need arises again.

Chris, Shawn & Ryan did a great job installing my windows! Very personable; cleaned up everything; and they completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them for your window needs.

Tom and Alex installed a new entry door for us today (7/1/25). Their work was excellent, they went above and beyond in making sure everything was installed properly, all debris was removed and clean up. Very professional workmen. Couldn’t be happier in their abilities.

It was a great experience from the beginning! From Jason and Dominic on the sales team to Rick the project manager and Chris, Shawn and Ryan on the install. I was initially impressed with the estimate and professionalism of the Jason Quillman when we met to discuss replacement windows for my home. The windows were ordered, arrived and were installed in a timely manner. They communicated with me frequently throughout the entire process.

Window Depot replaced 8 rear windows and a sliding glass door on my house after horrible storm damage. Everyone from Brent in Sales to Rick the project manager and then Sean on the install team were wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and were responsive to phone calls and texts. I love my new windows and can’t thank them enough. I even had a broken screen and cracked sash on one of my windows, which Sean caught during install. They fixed both in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the window depot team.

Ryan, Chris, and Shawn were a great team installing 19 windows and one french door in our house. They were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. We would be happy to use them again and highly recommend them for any work you need done.

Not once did I feel pressured. Felt extremely comfortable. What a fantastic product for such a reasonable price! I noticed immediately our house was much quieter. The project was completed as expected, in the estimated timeframe, and we found the employees to be very friendly and helpful; they seem to truly care about doing good work and keeping us happy as customers. We had a very positive experience with Window Depot. We worked with Brent after a severe hail storm. He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Brent was always available when we had questions...his customer service was amazing. Chris, the Production Manager, was also great to work with. We had to replace just a couple of windows. We also needed one window to be framed out and made a little smaller. We are very happy with how the job was done. The windows themselves are well constructed and easy to use. Every person we dealt with at Window Depot was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Started with getting three different quotes for windows. Window Depot was our last one and made the choice easy with the quality of the product and the price. Installing the windows was a few weeks ahead of schedule and took about 1.5 days for 25 windows. They followed up afterwords to replace a few small items that were damaged upon delivery. Happy we chose Window Depot.

I just had my patio door( door and large fixed window) replaced by Window Depot and I am so pleased.
Brent Varner, the salesman, came to my house for the initial consultation. He had samples, explained everything and helped me match the color.
Mr. Varner took measurements and then had the installation crew follow up with a second measure.
The door was ready sooner than expected!
The installation crew lead by Thomas Ray removed my old door and rotting wood trim. They installed the new door perfectly. It matches my wood trim exactly!
Before leaving they made sure I was satisfied, showed how to properly work the screen and cleaned up after themselves.

Absolutely thrilled with my new windows. The owner Jason came out personally, and gave me a bid. Told me windows had to be made and it would take six weeks and then they would install them. Windows arrived two weeks early. They were out here and installed the same day noticed the difference instantly in the cooling of my building with the AC. crew was very professional and cleaned up better than it was when they got here. Highly recommend! Great experience from the start. Brent in sales answered all our questions and was readily available. The install team took care of business quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after they were finished. The windows are high quality. I love the way they look but more importantly we notice the difference in the temperature in those rooms (the sun really used to make the rooms hot in the summer) and how much the outside noise has been reduced.

My house was needing the windows to be replaced and this is not a task I've ever been through. My house is about 15 years old and had the contractor grade windows when the house was built and I've been having a lot of issues with heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer and I've done a lot to my house to help address these issues, which helped, but never solved the issue. I reached out to several window companies to get quotes and after meeting with Brent at Window Depot I looked in to the company and found that here in STL they have a great reviews including with the BBB. While Window Depot wasn't the cheapest option, I felt they had the best option for the ROI (return on investment). They have the best warranty, a great manufacturer (ProVia), and great product. The back of my house has 4 windows and 1 sliding glass door and they all face south so from the time the sun comes up until it goes down that part of my house is getting hammered with direct sunlight as we don't have trees close enough to our house to shade anything. Due to this I opted for the built in tint to help protect the interior of our house, provide a little extra privacy, and help my HVAC to maintain the interior temp. This added to my cost but this was very little in comparison to the overall cost and well worth the investment. If you have windows that get more than a couple hours of direct sunlight, I highly recommend spending the little extra for those windows and get the tint. My windows have been installed a little less than a week and just in time for a polar vortex and the difference the new windows has made on the comfort inside my house has been stark. I'm very pleased with the ordering process, thank you Brent, the install process, thank you Thomas, the look of the new windows, and the performance. This was not a small investment but well worth it. I pray I never have to make a window investment again, who does? If I do though, Window Depot will be the first place I turn to. They have earned my trust and business.

After living in our home for 15+ years, my husband and I had gotten relatively used to our master bathroom being overly warm in the summer, and chilly during the winter months. In 2023 a massive hail storm damaged both corner windows in our master bathroom, and I'm so glad that Window Depot of St. Louis was referred to us (as a highly reputable company) by our roofing/siding contractor. From beginng to end, Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with. He personally came to our home to measure each window, and then provided my husband and I with multiple window style options to choose from. Jason's expert option helped us to pick out windows that suit our needs perfectly, and we are very pleased with the end results. All work was done timely and professionally, the price was right, and our master bathroom now holds a consistent temperature no matter how hot or cold it gets outside. We first met Jason Q and Lisa when they represented LeafSolutions Gutter covers. We weren't impressed with the gutter covers we already had and they convinced us their product was the best solution. They were so right. They worked so well we immediately had them installed within weeks of moving to our next house. When it was time to replace our old windows that iced up and melted every winter, we called XteriorPro for an estimate.  Their sales representative, Brent, wasn't pushy but was knowledgeable and convinced us with a great price and product. They replaced my rain gutter guards. Customer service was outstanding, as they kept me informed of installation delays (due to weather) and had excellent follow up.

Everyone with Window Depot were very professional. I had Mike and Brandon come and install the windows last week. The windows came in earlier than expected and these guys did a great job and clean up everything when done. It took a bit over 5 hours for the install of 7 windows. The bid I got was significantly lower than the other one from a competitor for similar windows. So far, I am loving the new windows.

This company is beyond AMAZING!!!! They recently installed our windows which are beautiful. We were on vacation when they called to say they had a cancellation and could do the install early. They stayed in contact with us during the process with updates. We came home to a completed install. There were no signs that there had been any construction done. Everything was clean and in place. Then they followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. Someone came out to go over how they worked for cleaning, etc.. This is a company I would HIGHLY recommend. Jason came out and gave me professional advice on the repair of my windows. He went above and beyond to assist me and took time out of his day to get me the information I needed even though his company was not responsible for the repair since it should be covered under a different warranty. Very professional, upfront & honest.

This is my second post on Window Depot for new windows and windowsills installed April 2025. Brent the sales guy is great, friendly and professional. Chris and Ryan, the installers were extremely professional friendly and courteous. During the window install they were playing music and singing while they worked which was refreshing to me. They definitely enjoy what they do! The installation went great except they didn't install the windowsills with the new windows because of some mix up, I'm not sure what. However, Window Depot did finally install the windowsills the following week. Chris and Ryan returned to do the install of the windowsills. Again, Chris and Ryan were just as friendly and professional as they were when they installed the windows. Despite the hiccup with the windowsills I definitely recommend choosing Window Depot. Everyone at Window Depot Brent, Angi, Chris and Ryan are the best! Thank you for the excellent service.
