Schedule us when we were on off day. Took care of all siding issues including 30-40 feet of ground. Cleaned site as though they were never there. Looks great!

I had wind damage to the soffit on the tallest gable of my house which is a 2 story and the damage was on the walkout side so it was super high up. After a hail storm caused major damage to our house (inside and out) Tim stopped by to offer assistance in helping with repairs. May of 2024 we had a horrible hail storm that destroyed our siding, windows, and roof. A friend of ours recommended roofing and after contacting them they were able to put a tarp over the roof within hours to prevent more water damage. Jason and Anthony are very quick to respond and when insurance tried to leave out information on the inspection or claim some repairs were not needed they made sure to discuss with the claim adjuster their opinions to make sure our house was fully repaired from that storm.

Jason's team was always professional and reached out when they needed to take measurements or complete their work we'll in advance and with us having newborns Jason made sure to have his team call directly vs ringing the doorbell (which seems very minor but it was great knowing they tried to make us as comfortable as possible). Jason was also very helpful when trying to find mitigation team for the water damage which was fantastic because we've never dealt with a storm this severe.

Overall I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing & Contracting. They will put your best interest in hand and make sure to complete the job as quickly as possible. 10/10 experience!

March of 24 the hail storm destroyed our home. I knew someone personally connect with guaranteed roofing! Needless to say, from day one to the final product, they work hard for you and finish what they start and take care of you like it’s supposed to be. From Ben, to Nate and even the owner Anthony! Don’t turn to anyone else, go with guaranteed, because I can “guarantee” they will take care of you! Before an after of what our home looked like and now. Love our home!

Nate was outstanding. I had an ice dam form on the roof and back up above some flashing on the north side of the house, causing some water to get into the house. He came out in the freezing cold, climbed around, and then came back to carefully chip things back enough to caulk the leak before things thawed out and caused a problem again. Problem solved, which was a huge stress relief for me. Looking forward to getting them back out in spring for a more permanent fix. Couldn't be happier so far. Highly recommend.

Guaranteed roofing has an employee, Tim B., living right in our neighborhood. When the hail storms hit in 2024 and the storm chasers flooded in it was great to know someone local, and who was also impacted, was helping out and not just trying to make a quick buck.

While my damage was deemed too minor for insurance to kick in they were still able to help me out by securing contractor only materials needed for the repairs. Great service and would definitely recommend!

The damage from hail in my area was really bad. The roof, siding and gutters were heavily damaged. Searching the internet for a roof contractor I found Gauranteed roofing. Impressed by the reviews on google I went with them. Anthony came out and inspected everything. So a claim was filed.
I notice a lot of homes around me were getting new shingles from the hail damage. I notice companies would hurry up and place a company sign in the yard before even getting the roof repaired.
Well Gauranteed Roofing never did place a sign in my yard! Well people I would take that as a clue for quality work!
A lot of frustration dealing with the insurance but Jon was able to keep me calm and walked me through the procedure required by the insurance company.
So am I happy with the new roof, siding and gutters? Yes they did a fantastic job and I would hire them again!

Referred to this business by a friend. Tim Boutte was the fella who showed up. He had excellent customer service, was prompt with communication and service scheduling and has a great attitude which definitely helps when somebody (the customer) is already stressed out. He fully explained his findings and what the best solution would be. Also, he went above and beyond by traveling to several different locations to find the correct part I needed (not something that could be made to fit). There were a few other minor issues that he brought to my attention and was forthcoming about them not needing immediate attention and it could be addressed down the road if bad weather rolls through. If I could have given more than 5 ⭐️ I would have.

After one of the storms in April we had a roof leak. We called Guaranteed Roofing and Jason came out at the end of his work day and was able to do a temporary patch to get us by until a permanent fix could be done. We cannot say enough great things about the work Guaranteed Roofing & Contracting did on our home. We needed our fascia and soffits wrapped and chose to get new gutters. We had decided to make a dramatic change of replacing our current white features to black; Anthony was extremely helpful in helping us feel confident in this decision and made knowledgeable and logical product suggestions based on his professional experience. We got an estimate quickly and were able to get on their schedule sooner than we thought we’d be able. Anthony and Jake were in communication with us from start to finish explaining product differences, the process and giving us updates as needed on product arrival, delivery, when the crew would arrive, etc. We felt confident in the job that was being done even while being out of town during the work. When we arrived home, we were so impressed with the way everything looked, the clean up and the workmanship. Along with many neighbors commenting on how they like the look, the garage door company (we had it replaced a couple days later to change the color of) even went out of his way to comment on the great job Guaranteed Roofing did. This was our first time having to file a claim on the house and he was so helpful with explaining how things worked with the insurance. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. All the repairs were done quickly, except one of the chimney subcontractors had ordered the wrong part and Ben followed up with them assertively to help them resolve their issue to get the right part to finalize repairs on a specialized chimney part.
