From the moment Jenni knocked on our door I was impressed. No hard PUSHY sales pitch no trying to trick us into anything. Till just now the roof being finished in one day starting at 6 am and already completely cleaned and cleared. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional. Went above and beyond with insurance and did everything they could to get us the best quality at the best pricing. Thank you!

I just had a new roof put on by BCR. I had an amazing sales person Devin! He knew his product and explained everything thoroughly. I had absolutely no questions on what would be done and how it would be completed. He was very personable and truly a nice person. Negotiations were painless I did have a couple cheaper estimates but they really worked to get my business. I knew in a few days after signing when it was to be installed. When the team showed up they let me know they were here and immediately started work. It took them only 12 short hours to complete and clean up. I recommend BCR for your roofing needs and if you end up with Devin as your sales person you will not have to worry about a thing!!

Less than 2 weeks ago I got a beautiful new roof. To be honest I didn’t want to spend the amount of money it cost, but at the moment I don’t like paying the price of eggs or ground beef! I was so impressed and felt comfortable with my rep that I didn’t even get other quotes. I knew Jenni would do everything she could to make sure I got what wanted and help with any and all questions and concerns I had. She kept the ball rolling and stayed in contact even while I was on vacation. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would like to rate Jennifer Cayce a 10 for her customer service and representing Best Choice Roofing.

Best Choice was amazing from start to finish. Jenni, the rep, was kind and helpful, and the office staff were accommodating and polite. The installers were top-notch, and I was so pleased with my finished roof!

What a bizarre experience. Leann, a BCR rep at the time, reached out to me after I posted on next door that I wanted my roof evaluated for a possible leak. Over the course of several months, she said it was quite likely that she could get my insurance company to cover the full cost of a roof replacement. However, that never happened. My mother's home also needed the skylights repaired, and BCR took deposit money for the repair that they were unable to do and then took several months to return the deposit money. Leann then quit BCR, moved to Michael Vance construction, and then disappeared. Ultimately, I had a much ,much better experience with Integrity Roofing and Greg Milwee's, team, and I highly recommend them

I’ve been lucky to not have had to look for roofing contractors before, but when I needed to learn quickly, Best Choice Roofing showed up for me, literally. The process from assessment to completion was as painless and stress free as it could’ve been and I’m incredibly thankful. They had even worked with my insurer before, so it was so smooth! My roof had been subject to several subpar repair attempts by other local roofers, so when Colin came to my door and said “hey man, you’ve got some roof damage and we can fix it”(or something like that). I wasn’t exactly thrilled. He let me say my peace (thanks, you’re a saint), then said something I never expected. Quoting to the best of my memory, “I’m sorry you’ve had so many bad experiences, how can I make this right and make you happy?”
From that point on Colin made it clear in his quick replies and detailed information that I was in good hands. I asked a lot of him and he delivered. I had another issue not related to BCR that needed urgent attention, they graciously held off scheduling to accommodate me.
Fast forward to the instal day, I am impressed with the work ethic and craftsmanship the crew has. They were respectful of our property and the roof looks incredible.

Stop coming to my house beating on my door. I rent I have asked several times not to come back. I work 3rd shift and this is getting out of hand I even put up a note and still coming. I have ur reps read the note and still beat on my door. Stop it now

We had a new roof put on our home. 12k later it leaked. We called and let them know, when they finally did show up, it was discovered they failed to put on the counter flashing. Our living room ceiling was literally falling down on us. After they finally fixed that, we had called and told them we needed our ceiling fixed, they refused to call back, time after time. We finally had to call out insurance company just to get someone to call back. Its absolutely ridiculous to spend 12k on a roof that leaked, damaged our living room ceiling and they couldn't be bothered to call back until after we got insurance after them. Never again will I use or recommend this company. We get it, accidents happen, but to blatantly ignore people and refuse to call them back is not acceptable.
This will probably get deleted by the company, but thats ok, I said my peace and will not recommend or use this company again.

I had the consultation today with BCR. I met Tyler and he was very detailed and taking the time to survey the outside and insideof my home. After that was completed he explained my options with the roof and gutters. I called my nephew to see if he had any questions he did and Tyler was able too answer them. So everything went Awesome today. I wo 1'uld recommend BCR to others

After some discussion we agreed to go with BCR . They set up and completed the entire project in one day . They also followed up on some small details within days to our satisfaction . I recently had my roof replaced by Best Choice Roofing. I worked with Devin the whole way through. He was 100% honest with me and explained the entire process thoroughly. He even taught me a thing or two on what to look for if something should happen in the future. He was willing (and did) to fight my insurance company who was difficult through the process but in the end was able to get me a full roof replacement. BCR was able to get me on the books pretty quick and finished in a day! Roof looks great and can already tell a difference on heating/cooling in my home.

Josh coordinated the teams that did our roof replacement project. They did good work overall. One team that did the gutter project did a less than acceptable job. Best Choice made the gutter team correct their errors. Overall, Best Choice Roofing gave a $7500 donation to Christ Lutheran Church for the roof replacement from an earlier storm. I heard about this donation and decided to choose this company. They did a good job on the church building roof.

Matt Loxley did a great job on representation of the company and gave a great price, answered all my questions actually negotiated some. Had a few small issues in the final inspection gentleman named Christian did a GREAT job getting those resolved in a timely matter. I thought the original contract to get the job started was two lengthy had too many lawyer terms in it but I guess as a company you have to be safe.

Colon and Trever stopped by because they noticed our roof was missing a few shingles and although my sister is going with a different roofing company colon and Trevor were very nice and well knowledgeable about roofing so I ended up getting a business card from them to give to my sister so that she can look into best choice roofing and possibly going with them instead but all in all very nice guys and I’m sure best choice roofing does great work

We are so happy that we answered the door when Colin stopped by to ask about our roof. We were prepared to send him on his way (like the others). Something about him said just listen, but due to life we couldn’t dedicate the time to deal with the roof. I asked for an inspection and it was completed thoroughly, free of charge. I was super impressed because the owner was very honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Honesty is hard to come by.

They came by our house, we did not call them. Talked to them, went to insurance company and haven't been able to get hold of them since. Our contact was with a LeAnn Sorrell and everytime we talk to her, she's sick and doesn't return our phone calls. Now, we've gone to another company. Worse we have ever dealt with. I wouldn't feel too bad if we called them, but they knocked on our door and solicited us for business.

Tyler Daley traveled for an hour to provide a quote for services at my home. Although what I needed was outside the scope of the services he provides, he referred me to someone else who he thought might be able to assist and he provided excellent customer service.

Colin and Josh were amazing and very kind. They dealt with my insurance to try to get me the best outcome to fix the damage caused by the storms we’ve had this year.

I highly recommend this company! We had a chunk of a tree fall onto our roof on Memorial Day weekend. I started calling roofing companies as soon as I got the insurance side handled and Elizabeth showed up and check everything out and gave us her idea of what we should do. We found out all our decking on our roof needed to be replaced but she also said we can always just replace what really needs to be replaced she never pushed for us to get more or buy more. But we asked to have it all replaced. She sat down and talked with us like we were old friends catching up. She had me pick a package I liked and I picked the color of the roof and the gutters. And 3 weeks later I had me a new roof and my gutters. The company was awesome as well so were the roofers and gutter people. My roof and gutters just look amazing. I can not wait to get my shutters replaced and up. 10/10 recommend these people and company and Elizabeth!

We attempted to make a claim with our insurance company and use another local roofer. We had a steep roof and the insurance company had to send a special adjuster out to inspect our roof. The insurance company only wanted to replace the back half of our roof, that local roofer never even attempted to help us resolve the issue with our insurance company. I had seen an add on Facebook for Best Choice Roofing, I originally reached out to Marshall Evans. He was actually in a different market than we were located, so he passed our inquiry over to LeeAnn Sorrell. She was no doubt heaven set. She worked with our insurance company adjuster and the 3rd party adjuster. Best Choice has been in business many years, the experience that LeeAnn had in dealing with situations just like we were currently dealing with spoke for itself. She assured us the whole way through she would be able to get our whole roof replaced, and she did just that, we would recommend Best Choice to anyone looking to do anything to their roof! Hands down top notch customer service from start to finish!

Worked with Matt Loxley with BCR, he and their crew were prompt. Storm damage killed my roof and they took care of it quickly with a complete tear off, chimney removal, and new roof in one 13 hour day. Recommend using them!
