Best Choice Roofing really did come through for me. Abby was my salesman and when she first came to my house, I was skeptical because she looked up at my roof and she asked me did I realize I had shingles missing? I told her no because I’m very seldom look up on my roof. Without hesitation, her and her partner jump up on the ladder and began to walk my roof. It was then I realize that I had more shingles missing than I imagined. She was able to make contact with my insurance and the rest was history. I would recommend Best Choice Roofing to everyone. They are the best!!!!! I don’t think five stars is enough. LOVE THESE GUYS

After our first estimate to replace our Manufactured roof from another company, we were discouraged by the price. We certainly want both the best quality and the best price along with a good warranty. We saw Best Choice on Facebook and decided to contact them to get another quote. The first estimate included two salesman with great knowledge of their product and although we would have loved to be able to sign with them, the price was out of the question. Today, Dallas Martin drove an hour to speak to us. Although he was young, it was quickly apparent he knew what he was selling as he answered every question we had. After showing us the sample pamphlet, he went on the roof and assessed it. Our roof was approximately 20+ years old and it was in bad shape. We waited for the final quote and were blown away at the cost and what it included. We signed the contract, not just because it met all our needs, but also because this young man was honest, a pleasure to talk with and ‘real’. We will recommend Best Choice to family and friends and hope others will get a quote from them as well. “Best Choice” we made towards a new roof!! Has to be the most desperate roofing company around. Definitely the most annoying!
I rent and yes I have tiles missing from my roof but my landlord which you guys have already talked to isn't interested in fixing it. I've told the sales people that at least once a month and to stop knocking on my door for it but they just keep coming. Not to mention that there is no soliciting posted at the entrance to our development but they ignore that each time even after me pointing it out.

I want to give a shout out to Kilee for being patient with us. The company is keeping contact with us through every step.

Garris Luckie was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge and helpfulness were outstanding. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making the entire process stress-free. The roofing crew efficiently completed the job in one day, and the quality of the work is good. The company handled the insurance process smoothly. Unfortunately, the post-installation cleanup was disappointing. Numerous nails were left scattered around my property. Resolving this issue required multiple phone calls over two weeks to schedule a return visit to remove the remaining nails.

Garris was kind enough to follow up after the job was complete to ensure my satisfaction. Aside from the cleanup issue, I'm satisfied with the work done. I would definitely recommend them if they can improve their post-installation cleanup process.

William Johnson was very informative to all of our questions. Information he gave us was spot on with dealing with insurance. Would definitely recommend him when needing a new roof.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They take advantage of elderly people. They came wanting to do an inspection and my father not understanding allowed them to do so. They did not explain that he was signing the contract.

Shame on you!!!! I work for a company that like you is a service company. We would NOT EVER take advantage of anyone let alone an elderly person.

I will be taking this up with BBB and lodging a complaint.

After a year of dealing with multiple roofers and ultimately home owners insurance dropping me, James with BCR came through when I had lost all hope for the roofing business. James made the process easy, kept me informed throughout the process, and followed through with all that he said he would do. The installation was completed in one day and the crew was extremely organized, considerate of my property and landscaping, and left no trace of debris behind. I met Nate first and he was outstanding! Great guy, sincerely nice.....not just salesman nice.Drew at the office also great to work with. The installer crew was really hardworking and thorough. My only complaint was there was some miscommunication between the site and the office.Overall good experience and we get alot of compliments about our roof.

I get solicitors constantly, but Michael Ritchie was by far the politest one. He respected my time and clearly has a lot of knowledge on what he does.

I Recently had a new roof put on my home after having some storm damage. Michael Ritchie was my sales rep and helped me through every step of the process of filing a claim through my insurance to getting my new roof installed. Process was smooth from start to finish.

Michael Ritchie who was my sales person, was so sweet and attentive to all my roofing needs. The installers were very nice and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend this company.

This business is very unprofessional. They will ignore clearly posted "no soliciting" signs. I was a bit disturbed to see (video recording) the representatives laughing and taking a selfie infront of one of these signs as well. Please learn to respect the requested privacy of others! The manager informed me that they're not soliciting but "giving away free estimates."

From the initial inspection to the completion of the roof all employees were extremely friendly and very professional. The guys who installed it were the same. Thank you Nate.

WORST COMMUNICATION EVER. If you want to get ignored and left on read several times through a day and be told you’ll get a call back but don’t ever get one back, these are the people for you. The manager is too busy for his own good if he can’t answer a quick text or phone call. You shouldn’t have to be rude or mean to them just to get a call/text back. The quality of the roof is good, but is not worth the lack of professionalism and communication.

Andy from Best Choice Roofing was wonderful. They were there throughout the whole process from inspection to insurance approval to putting the roof on. They are a great company.

Wonderful company to work with! We live in Harleyville, SC and Lucius approached us about our roof the beginning of September about our roof and by the end of September we had a new roof. He was great to work with and made the claim with our insurance company a breeze. The crew that came and did our roof got it done in a day. A very long day lol and 1 guy came back the next morning to get everything picked up that wasn't done the night before. We had a few glitches with the turbines on the roof that had to be worked out after the roof was done but even that was taken care of quickly. We got home yesterday and Ryan was on the roof replacing them himself. If you need roof repair done this is the company to work with.

I had one of their sales reps stop by to look at the roof and found hail damage and asked to get the ball rolling for the roofing repair.

After I agreed I was pestered 2-3 times a day with phone calls & the rep knocking on my door every day to the point that I almost told them to go away & I would find someone else to do the work.

I didn't and had a couple of different supervisors stop by to get my signature on a contract. I was told to give them a call once the insurance check came in. Once they got the first payment any and all communication simply stopped cold.

I called both supervisors & the sales rep directly along with calling the local office and was told someone would get in touch with me. I never heard anything until I got a text wanting to stop by to pick out the shingles.

Long story short shingles picked out and once again communication stops until we have a date set to have the work done.

Not one single person from the company was within 10 miles of my house when the work was done. They used day laborers (who I can not complain about at all. They did a fantastic job) I would have expected to at least have a supervisor on sight as the work was being done but this was not the case.

After the work was completed I called the office to see if I could pay my deductible on a credit card. I was told this would be no problem and that the person who came to collect would be able to do this.

Weeeeeeellll. There was a problem. He did not have a card reader and we had to call the office to process the payment. At this point I was informed there would be a 2% processing fee. Information I could have used the week before when I called the office to ask about paying on a credit card. Back to that lack of communication thing again.

I am waiting for the 2nd check from my insurance company to finish paying everything. I am really contemplating waiting until the company calls me to see if the check has been received and then waiting 2 weeks to call them back and say "Yeah. I've had that for half a month now."

On a good note the roof looks great & from the couple of storms we have had doesn't seem to be leaking.

Just due to the total lack of communication I can not recommend BCR and would not use their services again.

After posting my review I was contacted by the owner who was concerned about the 2 star review. He apologized for the lack of communication and said they would try to do a better job in the future.

Best Choice Roofing has been impeccable to work with & Nate Brunson has truly become like family. He came by my house after I had a friend tarp my roof while I contacted roofers & insurance & I was in a mess between the two when he got here on his way home from work on April day. He explained everything, walked & photgraphed/marked & video'd my roof, pointing out all of the wind & hail damage. He sat with me while I called insurance & he met with 2 adjusters to ensure my house would be properly serviced. He helped me understand different roof tiles & how they worked aesthetically & in adding value to the home. After finding out the were on backorder he worked with his supervisor to ensure he knew I would wait, even with Covid shipping issues (as the tarp installation was handling spring rain.) He advised me all through the process, without being intrusive of my time & both he & the installation crew were always prompt. Materials were dropped off securely on Fri & installation arrived at 630am & were straight to work. The installers were kind, detailed & setup for a very clean removal of my old roof. Miranda in the office was so pleasant and helpful on getting us scheduled around various summer & back to school priorities of our household & I truly couldn't have better words to say about an entire company. TY for stopping by that day, Nate...I couldn't be more grateful!

Initially I called to request a tarp be placed on my roof and a quote be given to repair damages or replace the entire roof...whichever was needed. Things started out great, an appointment was made for the next day. A guy (I'll refrain from stating his name) called the same day and said he could actually stop by later that evening as he resided on my side of town. I said wow this is perfect! He seemed informative and thorough. Though he complained several times about working with big insurance companies (ie one of the ones that I was using). After this, things just went down hill quick. The next day is here and I'm waiting for someone to come tarp the roof, no call, no show. I took off to be home for this! I called the following day....customer service said the guy(s) was pulled off my assignment for another. I stated how inconvenient and unprofessional it was that no one called to inform me of this or to reschedule. - Mistake 1. I complained to the guy who came to take the pictures and he said he'd send someone. Its now 8:39PM and two men shows up, while its raining, to place the tarp. They wanted to come inside to look at the damages to the ceiling. They went inside the attic; they told me their boss (I'm assuming the guy I'd been conversing with thus far) would be reaching out to me. Several days passed...nothing. I reached out to him to see if he could contact my insurance adjuster - because at this point he's the one holding up the process and I cant really answer the adjuster's questions as I know nothing about roofing. He said he was in meetings all day but would reach out - no date/time given - Mistakes 2-3. Needless to say, I went with another company and never heard from the guy or Best Choice ever again.

Chris was very detailed and answered all my questions...explained the steps...most of all, he was not PUSHY!. He is very professional!!!! I feel good about my decision on going with this company...next review will come later after the service. Again, thanks Chris!!!

We had notice a couple of the shingles had been falling off of the roof. Preston Parrish came to my house and did a free inspection. Helped us out doing insurance claims and through the whole process itself. I am very impressed and would highly recommend.

I will never use a business that solicits the amount BCR does. It's every other month, in a no soliciting neighborhood, with no soliciting signs on my mailbox & door. I have told them multiple times to not come to my house & that we have a roofer already & everytime they keep talking until I shut the door.
