Horrible experience. We have had an issue with our new roof, installed by Best Choice Roofing, since December of 2022. They repeatedly lie and say they are coming out to make repairs and never show up or bother to call. We are sick of dealing with unprofessional and non-responsive people. We even went so far as to leave our vacation a day early in order to meet them at our house in July of 2024. They never showed up or bothered to call and reschedule. We wouldn’t even rate them a 1 if given a choice.

Our salesperson (Sam)was really helpful. A very knowledgeable young man. We really like our new roof. We had some issues with communication on 2 missed appointments by BCR. All said and done, we are happy with our new roof. I would recommend them. Pricing was good compared to other quotes we got.

Best Choice quickly responded with an inspection appointment on my first call. Sarah was on time and very professional. Roofing job was completed and clean up was perfect.

We were highly impressed with the installation of our roof. They said it would only take 1 day, and they cleaned up everything around the house, left no trash. Highly recommend them to anyone else needing any work. They also worked out a payment plan for us that met our budget.

When others could not get it done, Ethan got it done! For almost 3 years, after heavy storms have come through my area and damaged my roof with wind and hail, three other Roofing companies failed to convince my insurance company of the validity of my claim. Ethan not only took the time to explain to them me exactly what my roofing issues were, he also made time to meet with the insurance adjuster on the roof and showed the insurance adjuster every single issue, damage, and concern. I received a check from my employer insurance company a week later for the full price to replace my entire roof, minus detectable.
Ethan’s knowledge and dedication is what made the difference to me in getting my claim through this challenging and difficult process. Al least it was difficult and challenging with the other roof vendors. With Ethan it simple and effective. Thank you Ethan for “getting it done!”

Cody was a breathe of fresh air. He explains everything to you. When I have questions he answers in minutes. He work with the insurance company in everything. We didn't have to deal with them at all. I’ve had a frustrating experience with this company. After they replaced my roof in mid-2024, they didn’t complete the job as agreed. One of the vents wasn’t replaced, even though the contract specified both would be. I’ve tried emailing and calling multiple times with no response. The voicemail box is full, and my emails have gone unanswered since I paid in full. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and follow-through. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I month later and still no resolution. The GM came out said all the things… problems with her email, problems with her phone…. Yet here we are almost April and still nothing.
Anyone looking at this company for work on their house proceed with caution and make sure everything in the contract is compete before you send that final payment.

They replaced my roof they did not put on the cap or seal around the chimneys my home flooded because we had a bad storm next day and the manger came out and said would replace everything and fix my home and still not had nothing done and it's been almost a year now. I do not recommend them

Great company to deal with. We had an issue due to a heavy rain during the installation process. This caused leaks and did damage the to the interior dry wall. Brandon and his team stayed in contact through the whole process even answering txt during the rain at 11pm til around midnight. They came and put everything back the way it was. They even came back when we said we still had issues to resolve those. Brandon told me today that if we had any problems going forward let them know nd they would take care of it. They were great!

They did, in fact , finally complete the job. Upon closer inspection , there was an issue with flashing. I asked for it to be corrected. After several calls and three weeks, two employees arrived. They took pictures(they claimed, )yet had no ladder. I’ve not heard from anyone in about 30 days am having it repaired by PROFESSIONALS, not a pick- up crew..
I suggest they are possibly best avoided. Get someone who will complete the job.

No one wants to see ceiling stains in their house and worry about what's causing them. What's this going to cost? Who can I trust to honestly evaluate the situation? I can tell you that Brandon with Best Choice Roofing is that guy. I had unexpected ceiling stains from a roof leak and I called Best Choice. Brandon was knowledgeable and courteous over the phone. He stopped over to check on the problem the same day. The rest of the team at Best Choice Roofing arrived at a scheduled time and the repairs were perfect! I can't thank Brandon and the team enough! Absolutely recommend Brandon and Best Choice Roofing!

This company is garbage they put a roof on for my parents two years ago why am I having to get a new roof put on after two years.The guys didn’t even nail my shingle down they just glued them down.I suppose to have got new boards replaced also they didn’t mail them down that’s why my roof was looking all messed up don’t use this company they want to charge a lot of money and do sloppy work.I can’t tell know body how to spend there money but if you want to give your money away use this company and you will see

Luke Serrano was wonderful to work with .I live in Kernersville NC and he was able to get class 3 Duration shingles for my new roof.The new roof looks awesome .Luke answered every question I had and responded in a very timely manner to questions.Luke provides excellent customer service .Best Choice Roofing and Luke Serrano have been awesome to work with .I would and have told other people about the great stress free wonderful experience I have had with them I love my new roof

I wouldn't trust his company because they don't understand what a no trespassing sign means. They'll probably screw you on your roof. Your local sales team who goes around to houses doesn't understand what no trespassing signs mean. Most likely it's the management. No trespassing means stay off my property. Respect people's land. This company does not they go on whoever's property they want to and hang things on the door even though it says no trespassing.

No respect for anybody's property.We have multiple no trust passing signs all over our property.And this is a specifically no soliciting neighborhood yet.They walked up my driveway onto my grass and stuck a card under my lantern beside my door complete invasion of privacy and disrespect for the law and my property

Such an amazing team!!! Brandon, Angie, and Angela were such a joy to work with. They truly care about their home owners. They were very thorough and honest throughout the entire process. Was very pleased with the process starting with the inspection of our existing roof, assistance with making an insurance claim, providing description of the recommended shingles, references to homes that we could view in person with an opportunity to review for quality and color preference, thorough professional and prompt communication throughout the process, timeliness of starting and completing the roof replacement followed by thorough review and cleanup. The installer team took great care to protect the area around the home too. Could not have been more pleased with the entire process!

Had new Shingles put on Jan 2023 . The work was professional the sales staff Matt and Angie were great to work with. They were there to answer any questions. My father had new shingles put on 2 years ago by BCR . Found a couple small issues so I called Angie to see if she could go inspect the issues , she went out the next day and took care of it . Will never recommend this company to anyone. The installers were sloppy and didn't care about personal property around the house. Was told they would come back and fix the flaws, took weeks to get a returned phone call, and still blown off by their customer service. They also couldn't wait for the insurance company to send the checks before they tried to put a lein against the house for the final payment. Very rude to my husband when he tried to explain that we hadn't received it yet. Overall, will never use them again!

We used Best Choice Roofing did a roof replacement, and gutter replacement on our house. We had issues with them communicating with us. They kept changing the install dates. Once they finished the roof finally, they switched the date of the gutter install 3 times. Then the install team showed up on the wrong day. They put up the gutters without treating, or painting the fascia boards they replaced. They did no cleanup, they left all materials in my backyard,and left all the nails they pulled aroung the house. It took me over a month to get someone out to look at it after the job. They charged us over $7,000 and never finished the job. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Couldn't be a better name for this business. They really are the BEST CHOICE. My insurance was about to revoke my coverage because they wanted me to replace the roof... Something they never mentioned when they first covered me at inspection OR closing. Ashton showed up to my new (to me) home, noticed some storm damage on my roof, and offered a free inspection and video on the spot. He was so kind, professional, and easy to work with, and showed me exactly how he would help me get my insurance company to cover the cost of my damaged roof. I was amazed and thought "There has to be a catch..." I remember saying to Ashton suspiciously "The Universe sent you... " Ya'll... THERE'S NO CATCH. Sign the paperwork, and if the insurance doesn't cover your costs (except for the deductible), there is no commitment if you change your mind. Ashton even made it a priority to meet my adjustor to show him exactly where the damage was. Destiny from the office was sweet as pie, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled ASAP. Angie, the Production Manager, was also a huge help. Within a month (minus one small rain delay) I had a brand new roof. I was even able to finance my deductible and the cost of a materials upgrade to make it affordable. RUN to Best Choice Roofing. It was the BEST CHOICE I ever made for my home!! Thanks BCR!!!!!!! ♥️

Angie Seibert is the bomb. To be honest Angie Seibert saved the day. Our initial sale rep was not reliable and failed to meet appointments or communicate well. Angie Seibert became the go to person and made sure all the "i's" were dotted and the "t's" were crossed which with insurance is critical. I did have some questions with the initial install with the contractor but Brandon rectified that immediately. If you're looking for a new roof called best choice roofing and ask to speak to Angie. She's why I'm rating it a five star. Overall The roof Is beautiful, the cleanup went well and I have not found a single nail-which I was really concerned about.

Jon and William made the process of replacing a roof, painless. I couldn’t ask for a better job by the entire company. From the office staff kept me informed during the entire process. If you ever need a roofing job done don’t hesitate to give Jon or William a call. Everything was replaced from the shingles to the roofing nails. The old roof was removed and new paper was laid down prior to installing the new shingles. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I would not recommend using this company for any services. The entire process, which is still not over even after a month, has been a nightmare. Several or more preventable issues have happened throughout that time resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to my property and I was informed that they will not be reimbursing me for any of those damages. I've been reaching out to their main office for weeks and have not gotten a response. DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY!!!!

Excellent company. They answered all my questions and we’re always helpful. They took care of all the paperwork with my insurance. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to family and friends.

After trying to cancel the claim, BRANDON (manager) been personally assisting me going forward and so far been pleasant journey. Great company to work with. I was a bit skeptical at first but Lucas walked me through the process assuring me they would take care of everything...including contacting the insurance Co. and file the claim. Once the ins. was approved, the job was done really well.

BCR is the company to call for roof repairs! Very quick and responsive to all my questions and the crew did a fantastic repair to my roof. The shingles are a perfect match so its like they were never even there! Fair pricing too.

2 year follow up to my last review:
Water spots started appearing on the ceiling around my chimney worse than before the repair was made. 6 month warranty on the repair so Im stuck paying for it again at this point. Got another company out to redo it. BCR failed to install ice & water shield around my chimney, & failed to fold the metal flashing into the mortar joints, rather the metal flashing was simply caulked into place with caulking that did not last 2 years in the sun. Water was leaking down all sides of the chimney and pooling up on the floor. Avoid this company.

Ashton with Best choice gave me a free inspection for storm damage then we contacted my home owners insurance and they wrote me a check. All I had to pay out of pocket was my deductible and I was set up with a new roof. Great quality, very professional, and they got the job done in one day. Ashton was always on time and very professional. Very nice guy!

After more than 3 years after having my roof installed. I contacted BCR about an issue I had. I called the Winston Office and spoke with Brandon Squier. He said he would stop by today and see if he could help. he did come by and he fixed the problem.
