Alex and Gabe took care of our home due to flooding and they made this process extra easy they are very professional and polite. Can I just add they went ABOVE and BEYOND ‼️‼️

In my experience with ERX I found both the people and the work completed to be top notch. I felt that the communication was designed to be both informative as well as calming. The service person was professional, kind, prompt, and maintained communication with me while en route. One would almost expect the service person to not be friendly when performing emergency work at 11pm. This was not the case with ERX. The young man was quite a pleasure to talk to and work with. I would highly recommend ERX based off of this experience!

Did a great job on our bathroom remodel. Was delayed a few times on project(inclement weather and a few unexpected things beyond their control) took longer than expected. But overall satisfied.

Just incredibly impressed by Taylor and his crew. Every single question that I had (and I had plenty) were addressed fully. I would recommend Taylor without reservation to anyone in need of assistance.

I would also like to point out the excellent work that Hugo did as well. In the middle of a tough situation, these guys have been outstanding.

The young me who tooked care of drying my wet floor were wonderful. They were caring, always a smile and very respectable. Always knowing extactly what to do. The main man was Alex. I would use him anytime.

Although the job is not done on my home yet I wanted to take the time to leave an initial review for ERX. Chris and his team has been nothing short of amazing. So for the communication has been superb and they have been doing everything the correct way. I have a friend who works in the same industry that was proud of the way they are handling the work they are doing at my home. I'm so grateful that they are servicing the area that I live in, because I do not think I would have been able to find a better company. Although the project is taking longer than expected due to situations beyond their control of my house their team is handling it with grace. Chris has been extremely helpful answering all of my questions and concerns and the communication has not been lacking. I truly feel the team an office staff are treating my home like it's theirs or someone they care about and I truly appreciate that because my house means everything to me. I am so grateful they are doing everything they can to make it a safe space for me again. In this day and age were customer service is definitely lacking especially in a lot of service Industries and you can barely get some companies to answer the phone ERX is the complete opposite and does an extraordinary job at providing great customer service.

We called ERX, and Chris and Taylor were at our house within one hour. It was late in the afternoon, but they started the remediation process. They stayed until everything was opened up and the fans and dehumidifier to dry everything out were in place. Chris and Taylor were very professional, kind and answered all our questions.

Seems to me ERX is in place to act as a roadblock to warranted roof repairs in my case. I had to deal not only with my insurance company who recommended ERX, but Alcrity and the roofing company. Communication proved to be a weak point during my experience with them. I had project managers and roofer show up unannounced. Then after they did do a minor repair on my roof the roof started leaking less than 2' away from the original leak. When I asked them to come back and re-evaluate it they said the leak is not the problem and my roof needed to be replaced, but they could not recommend this to my insurance company. After numerous back and forth I decided to file a BBB complaint because I knew I wasn't getting anywhere on my own. This seemingly little issue turned into a bigger issue. I understood my roof needed to be replaced, but do not understand how my roof can leak after a minor repair, but the leak is not the problem. Makes absolutely no sense to me. My advice if you are looking for repairs is to look elsewhere.

Our service team (Alex, Hugo, and Morgan) have been amazing for the work they have done for us. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.

Alex & Hugo have such great attitudes. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with our situation, but Alex & Hugo stepped in & took care of business. Answered all my questions, professional, friendly & polite. Chad has also been extremely helpful with the initial scheduling.

Unfortunately we had a washer flood affecting 2 levels of our home. Fortunately Alex came right out on 8/18 to start the clean up process. Then came back on the 19th, 21st to check moisture readings and again to complete their part on 8/22. All of them were polite, kind, efficient. Alex, Adam, Chris all deserve kudos for making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible!

Alex,Morgan and Taylor were so helpful aswell as Alex helper. All were so polite and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Which was scary and overwhelming at times. They went above and beyond putting plastic on every inch of my floor where there was glue Residue, to keep my precious dogs from getting in it till build back. Down on hand and knees fitting it together like a puzzle. Thank you so much guy! ❤️ shout out to Chad Beck as well for always returning my texts and calls. Great group of people! Highly recommend this company.

Morgan and Chris were very professional and customer friendly, they explained in detail of the tasks they were performing and what all was going to happen as the stages progress, they did a wonderful job as far as demolishing and cleaning up, we will utilize them again if needed be in the future.

Brandon, Morgan, Chris and the rest of the crew were a huge help. It was a pleasure meeting them and they made the process of the damage removal flawless. Highly recommend ERX to anyone!

Casey is a great project manager. We did have a few bumps in the road that were not his fault but he got it all handled and I am very happy.

On 6/19/24 I had a busted water heater and was put in touch with Erx. I had a basement with water damage. The crew with Brandon (head tech) Morgan Chris and Taylor were simply great. I was kept informed of everything that was being done. A professional and knowledgeable crew.

We had some pretty bad water damage and Cesar from ERX came out from the ERX Kernersville location and he was so great. Professional, informative, detailed and friendly. He explained everything to me so well and I had lots of questions. He just patiently answered them all. The entire team did an excellent job. Caesar, Taylor, and Chris were amazing. They were prompt and professional. Explained everything completely while they were working. I appreciated the detail in cleaning up the demo. Lucky to have had this crew. Hope I don’t have a need for them in the future but would request them if I needed to.

What a great crew Morgan,Brandon,Shawn,Chris,Cesar,and Tylor! Our job was not easy but everyone was thoroughly prepared! I was kept informed of what was being done. The best part was they removed all the trash!

My Mom, the widow of a Korean War Veteran, recently experienced extensive water damage to her home. She resides in the area but I live in New York. Mr. Gerald Caudle, and the Team from ERX assured me that there was no need for me to travel; that he would take great care of my Mom. And that he did! Not only was it easy to communicate my wishes and concerns during the reconstruction of the home, Mr. Caudle kept me, and my Mom engaged during the entire process. I've received photos of the finished product, and it looks great! My Mom is happy, and so am I! Thank you Gerald Caudle, and the Team at ERX As a former member of the Military, I can't tell you how reassuring it was to have this Team there with my Mom. Thank you folks. "Salute!"

I never really leave reviews unless I am unhappy. However, after a water leak in our house in September we had the pleasure of working with Cesar to get our house back in order. He got us back in our house on the promised dates since his company took over the remodel right before Thanksgiving, which meant we got to be home for Christmas. Everything went very smooth through out the entire process, minus a small hiccup, but people can't help if they get sick. I feel he goes above and beyond for his clients. After the original company reached out today, who did mitigation and told me I owed 600$ for poles they left at my house in September. I asked him if he still had them because I told him I thought they were trash. He told me he had tried to call them to return them and still had them. He went and dropped them out at the company for me within a few hours. That is exceptional customer service right there. I would be glad to work with Cesar again our house looks fabulous!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! IF YOU ARE ALREADY WORKING WITH A CESAR GET A NEW GENERAL FAST! He is a crook and a lier and will move your money around so you "get it under budget" all while ripping of you and the insurance company. they do horrible work and had to come back multiple times to try and fix the initial work.

Casey Baker worked tirelessly with multiple contractors and our insurance to restore our home after significant water damage in a bathroom. Casey's diligence has helped rebuild my faith in home repairs. Further his follow through with insurance to make sure we got everything repaired at minimal expense to us was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Casey and the entire ERX crew for damage mitigation and restoration.

Bobby, the project manager stayed in top of the minimal repairs and actually completed some of them himself. I would recommend them for minor water damage repairs.

Very blessed with the services of the Kernersville NC, Mitigation Team: Will, Chris, Brandon, Brad, Patrick, along with the leadership and guidance of their Manager, Mike. The team preformed a total review of the water damages to my home and prepared a complete plan of action and completed the task at hand as promised. All were considerate and professional. These 2 guys alone exceeded all expectations with their superb customer care & service. Their experience shined in their knowledge and care not only for their job but also for my elder parents. Gerald Caudla was very gracious, and diligent. He’s crew steadfast, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. They were incredibly trustworthy, I had to leave my house on several occasions, and never once worried about his crew being unscrupulous in their work.

It is so very hard these days to find contractors that you can trust. I had ERX work a flood job in one of my properties while a tenant was occupying it, and ERX handled the task superbly. My GC was Sandy, and he made sure that my requests were met while constantly keeping me up to date on multiple task completions, supply orders, and due outs. Hire ERX, and ask for Sandy on your job. Teresa from billing is the best too, she makes sure your happy about your service. Good job ERX.

The project manager was informative and gave great details about the project. We’ve been without hot water for three months and he handled it first thing for us.

Cesar was our project manager and he was the absolute best. He was with us at every step, making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The thing that I liked the most about Cesar though was how relaxed and easy going he was. There is nothing worse than someone acting and talking “like a professional”. Cesar acted like Cesar. It never felt fake or forced. But make no mistake, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very fortunate to have him working with us.

Cesar Sanchez was the project manager and did an excellent job. Despite problems on his end or problems on my end, he always had a positive attitude! He stayed in touch all the way along and was always on time. I appreciated his ability to navigate all the issues we had to work through and he was always there when I needed him!!

Gerald was great to work with, he was prompt on answering questions and helped us look at all our options so we could get what worked best for us.

NEW YEAR NEW PROBLEMS WE NEED you all TO COME BACK To Our Home and repair our sink because the last time y'all reinstalled it it was installed incorrectly and now we may or may not have new water damage because of those past repairs we have a video but it is to long to upload but our repair project manager over seeing repairs was VICTOR and he never came back to our home to fix the outlet behind the refrigerator it still needs covering and we still need our sink repaired .

Bobby and his team were awesome! He was so responsive and turned what could have been such a stressful situation into a smooth process!

We used this company to remove water damage and mold, and to do repairs after it was all dried and passed inspection. Everyone who came handled it with care and good quality work. Every step was checked on to make sure it was done right. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly. I highly recommend this company for restoration work and repairs.

I had the pleasure of working with Ernie, Gerald, and Daniel. All three were extremely professional and timely. Gerald was my PM and was there every step to help with the process. I would highly recommend them for any repairs or construction. I will be reaching back out to do some more work for me in the near future!

To be honest, my 5 stars are for how Sandy came in and made sure to get the job finished towards the end of the project. The project manager we were assigned, initially, was a great guy but failed to communicate. He seemed to be overwhelmed or just couldn't handle all of his projects timely. I would call and sometimes it appeared he screened his calls. If I called from my cell, he wouldn't answer but if I called from another line, he would pick up! There was always something that delayed or happened when he was asked about the work. It got to the point, where I felt like I was the project manager, calling and checking on the status or dates for when work would start. He definitely didn't have an issue picking up the progress payments.
We contacted ERX in July 2022 to restore 3 bathrooms and part of the basement. The job was still unfinished as of October 31 2022. Apparently, the first project manager left the company and at that point we were contacted by Sandy. I must also say around this time we also for the first time was contacted and spoke with a customer care associate with ERX. They seemed to be concerned with how we were being treated and the work. So, again I say the 5 stars are truly for how Sandy took over and made sure the remaining work was completed in 3 days. We were right on budget, with just our deductible to pay. The quality of work is great so far no issues and we couldn't be happier to FINALLY have our house back.

My Project Manager left the company. Daniel Pendell came to my house with my new PM. He was patient and actually listened to my concerns and responded. I finally got answers to all the questions which had gone unanswered by previous PM for the long months my repairs were taking. Issues resolved and I’m looking forward to the completion of the project.

I was pleased with the professionalism and quality work from ERX of Kernersville. Ernest and Delmar were great to work with and thoroughly explained the process; I was encouraged to ask questions and to contact them if I needed clarity on the work to be performed. I would feel comfortable using ERX for any home needs in the future.

As I stated in my first review, I would feel comfortable using ERX again for any home needs and I called on them recently when I needed my kitchen restored/remodeled after serious water damage. ERX estimator Amanda worked with me to get me a fair estimate on repairs. My project manager Casey, was great to work with. Casey worked with me and accommodated my changing schedule to effectively get the project scheduled and completed in a timely manner. This is my second time using ERX for my home repair needs and as I said before, I would feel comfortable using them in the future. 5 stars again!
