Great experience starting with Robert Robinson and continuing to his crew members, did a beautiful job on both our Home in Greensboro with shingles and our Cabin in Sparta with metal. I highly recommend this company for their quality work and competitive prices.

We asked several roofing companies for quotes on a roof replacement. Each one had a different opinion regarding how much longer our current roof would last, all ranging between 1 to 5 years. Robinson Roofing took the time to provide pictures of potential problems on our roof so that we could have a better appreciation of their opinion for when it should be replaced. They also spent far more time with us discussing options, roof quality, and their roofing practices. This developed a sense of trust and reliability that set them apart from the competition from the very beginning. The other two companies only offered a few words about the condition of our roof and provided little detail beyond pricing. We were very pleased with the work from Robinson Roofing. They worked us into their schedule quickly. The owner, Robert, was always quick to respond, follow-up, and answer any and every question we had. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and his crew operated in the same manner each day. They were particularly attentive to ensuring a really thorough cleanup. This is a company that truly focuses on positive customer experience. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and the quality of their business practices.

Robinson Roofing did a great job. They made it easy to schedule a quoting on my time, looked it over, gave me a price and let me work with them on the pricing. The siding supplier had issues with the dormer siding and they made a great choice of color matching without me having to do a thing. It turned out To match the paint perfectly. They were in and out and the stand by their work. They call periodically to make sure all is well with work after hard rains proving they stand by their work and want to make sure I’m well taken care of. Integrity, honesty, personal touch.

Gave Robinson a challenging task. Replace selected damaged boards scattered all over the house exterior. Remove them without damaging adjacent siding. Seal everything and prepare for painters. Have just seen the finished product and it looks great. RR was timely responsive and professional.

Robinson Roofing did a great job! They had to repair our sagging roof before they could even begin to replace the shingles. The whole job was completed quickly and they cleaned up so well you would never have known they were there if it wasn’t for the sight of my beautiful new Straight and Level roof! This past March, we obtained 5 quotes to have our house sided and chose to hire Robinson Roofing based on their expertise, price, and the owner's personal attentiveness in taking time to answer all our questions. The owner, Robert, continued to be attentive throughout the job and always ensured that the work was done to our liking. His crew, Max and Sondra, were extremely hard-working, professional, and took care in their work. They always went above and beyond. On days when Robert could not be on the work site, he reached out to me to give me updates and see if I had any concerns. He then stayed in constant contact with his crew, relaying any information from me and updating them on work to be done. When there were any small glitches along the way (as one would expect on a large job), Robert was always right there to make sure things were corrected. Max even made custom vents for our attic since there were no commercially-available vents to fit the previous vent hole due to the age of the house. Robert takes pride in the service he delivers and obviously wants to make sure that his customers are happy. We absolutely love the job they did and have received many compliments from the neighbors about how nice the siding looks! I highly recommend Robinson Roofing and will definitely use them again should the need arise!

Robinson Roofing is amazing. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with their service. Not only did they remove our existing roof, the replacement was beyond professional. We’ve had a ridiculously rainy week after replacement. No leaks, no issues. The owner showed up days later in the rain, without asking, to make sure there were no nails around the house. I'm so glad I found this company, Robert, the owner is very knowledgeable. He's very well versed in the products he uses and just as knowledgeable about the roofing profession. Robert took the time to educate me so I could actually understand what I was paying for, not to mention I had already got 3 other estimates from other local, larger companies and the quotes I was getting was astronomical! Robert explained the materials/shingles his crew would be using, the warranty that went along with the shingles and also let me know that I also got a 10yr warranty from Robinson Roofing on the labor! I explained that I had already gotten 3 quotes and how shocked I was at the extreme expense of a regular 1,600 sq ft roof. He told me that it was people like me with stories like I was telling him that caused him to create Robinson Roofing, he had seen and heard so many of the horror stories of overcharging and he wanted to make a difference and run a business that was honest and fair and that would provide the same service for a much more reasonable price. Needless to say Robinson Roofing quote came in at half the amount of all the other money hungry, greedy, thieves! I was totally shocked! He was able to schedule the job at a time that was convenient for myself and the tenants who live in the home, was on the job at the time he told us he and his crew would arrive and those guys worked non stop and even though they had said it would be a 2 day job, they had the old shingles off, the new shingles as well as some new need plywood in place, nailed down and every single bit of the trash cleaned up and hauled out by the end of day 1! I felt like I was almost a part of the crew with all the updates and pictures Robert sent me to show progress every step of the way! I couldn't be happier with the job that the guys did and I hope you too will call Robinson Roofing for any of your Roofing needs. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Robert is so great to work with. He gives you the best honest price that would beat anyone else and there are no shortcuts to match the price. It is top quality work. We have had him do our roof and some other projects. We continue to use him to correct poor quality work done by another contractor. I only wish we knew him a few years back to do the work he is now correcting for us! It's a pleasure to work with someone with such a high level of integrity!

Damage from Hurricane Ian (October 2022) revealed other weaknesses in our existing roof. After requesting and receiving bids from 2 other well-marketed roofing companies, further research led us to Robinson Roofing. I'm glad that we found them!

I reached Robert Robinson by phone and arranged for him to come inspect our roof and prepare a bid for its replacement. He arrived at the appointed time, was friendly, professional, and explained his goals and philosophy as they related to the roofing business. He also explained that he would have his job foreman look things over, too.

We received his detailed quote and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was significantly closer to what our homeowner's policy would cover than the other 2 bids we had received. It was detailed enough to easily see that he would use the identical underlayment and shingles as the competition, they would install drip edge, new boots over the plumbing penetrations (vents), and flashing as well. As near as I could tell, he offered a true "apples-to-apples" quote as the other 2 companies, but for a much more reasonable price with a 10-year warranty.

Upon selecting the shingles, he told us that the materials would be delivered that Friday and that work would begin the following Monday. Guess what happened? On Friday morning, a truck pulled up to our home with roofing materials and a forklift. They were promptly unloaded and staged in our yard. At 7:30 am on the following Monday, we woke to the sound of ladders being extended and our old roof coming off! Looking out the windows, I was pleased to see that all of the shrubbery close to the house was tarpped-off - protected from the heavy roofing materials heading into the back of their trucks. Our back deck was tarpped as well. Not spelled out explicitly in the bid, but a welcome attention to detail. If it hasn't come through in my explanation, Rob Robinson is a great communicator and pays attention to the "little" things! We knew what to expect and when to expect it - and it happened! Having worked with many contractors over the years, we've heard so many excuses for delays, cost over-runs, and even immediate requests for partial payment prior to work even beginning! We didn't experience any of those things with Robinson Roofing. In fact, I can't recall the last time that almost every time I saw the company owner himself, he had a bag in his hand picking up even tiny roofing scraps, flashing, plastic, or nails that had fallen into our yard. He, personally, must've gone over our yard at least 5 times - after the roofing crew had already done so with a big magnet and bags themselves. That truly is attention to detail.

Now I will add that projects of this magnitude can have hidden problems and ours was no exception. However, the cost adjustment amounted to merely a 1% additional charge. When you can bid a job this big to within 1% of final cost, you are well-acquainted with your craft.

Within days of completion, the remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole arrived. The rain poured and our new roof protected our home - no leaks! Our experience has confirmed to us that we made a great decision when we decided to work with Robinson Roofing. For a very reasonable cost, we received great work, punctuality, fantastic communication and attention to detail. We hope our roof lasts for years, but when replacement time comes again, Robinson Roofing will be our first choice. You should give them an opportunity too.

Robert Robinson is a consummate professional. From the initial contact (when I requested an on-site estimate on very short notice) through the inspection following the completion of the job, he was personable, knowledgeable, conscientious and straight forward. He and his crew answered every question promptly and honestly. The job was completed sooner than promised, at a cost well below two other companies quotes, with the only trace of on site work having been performed being the beautiful new roof, ie - the clean up was impeccable. Do not hesitate to engage this company for any project you require.
