We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, which resulted in us finally replacing our old roof. We called Best Choice Roofing to get a quote and Jonathan came out to speak with us. He did an excellent and very thorough job of inspecting the entire roof top, as well as the attic. He discovered several areas where there was evidence of water damage. We were very impressed with his detailed workmanship and friendly approach. We ended up selecting a new roof option that day and it was installed 2 weeks later, in spite of ALL THE RAIN we have been experiencing lately. The roofing crew was fast, hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. It was done in 1 day and they even had to replace 10 sheets of water damaged roof decking. We are very pleased with their work and SO very thankful to have this beautiful new roof! Lucas, the foreman, followed up with us afterwards and was great to work with for the finishing paperwork. His communication and great customer service was much appreciated. The entire process and every employee involved - from start to finish - really impressed us. Jonathan even came back on installation day to visit and be sure we were happy with our new roof!

Branden and Genevieve came by June 17th and gave me a free inspection to try to get my home owners insurance to replace my roof. They explained everything to me so nicely and it was easy to understand. They really wanted to help me take care of the damage to my roof. They were very curteous and answered all of my questions. They really know their job.

Jonathan has inspected our home thoroughly and gave a comprehensive presentation to explain the product and the advantages of using Best Choice Roofing. Even if the current project may not be feasible, because of Jonathan I will be contacting. Best Choice Roofing for my next project.

Evan Deneson was the sales Rep, and he was very helpful. Seventeen years ago when my roof was replaced, the company that did it, I believe they were called Superior Roofing, did not connect my dryer vent to the roof! The vent just dispersed lint and hot moist air into the attic, not outside. My new roofers, made sure to attach the vent to the roof for proper venting. The shingles have 50 yr warranty. They even replaced the shingles and put in a ridge vent for my outside shed! Very happy with the results and glad my roof will not be leaking anymore. I look forward to a better experience now with my roof.

I recently had my roof by Charles Rogers and was very impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He assessed no significant wind damage to my roof and I really appreciate the honest feedback. I am not in the market for a roof yet, but when I am BCR will be my 1st choice!!

Charles came to me as a recommendation from a friend. He was thorough in inspecting my roof, attic and explained the process. He was patient to answer any of my questions. I feel that the cost was fair.

The roofers came on time, completed by days end and cleaned the area. I like that a manager was on-site to oversee the project. He also walked around with me for the final inspection.

Best Choice roofing is GREAT company to work with!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! After multiple notices had been put on our door that we had hail and wind damage that should be covered thru homeowners insurance! I was skeptical !!! I made the call and in a couple days Kaleb Phillips and team came out did the inspection and said it qualified to file a claim. Kaleb called the insurance company that night to start the claim. Thanks to Kaleb for keeping at it with the insurance company in a little over three weeks we had a new roof for the house and shed!!!! Lucas the job supervisor was GREAT!! Sold us on a $6,000 job for which should have been a $2,500 dollar roof.
This company is not a roofing company they are a contractor company, they hired local roofers to come out and do the job.

Left several rotten decking boards.
And did not give me the chance to address issues underneath the decking boards before they threw the tar paper and shingles back on.
And now I'm left with the roof that looks like 5-year-olds put it on

Lucas Breakfield and Joshua Kaiser stopped by my home on Thursday, June 13, 2024. They introduced themselves and told me they were representing Best Choice Roofing (BCR).

They mentioned they noticed my roof had a few missing shingles which I acknowledged and told them I was aware and had been thinking about replacing the roof. They stated they could possibly help me with that process but I told them I was leaving for out of town on Friday and if they could come back on the following Tuesday. I was pleased as they were not pushy attempting to get something started right then. They seemed to understand that I was preparing to leave town without me telling them so.

Tuesday, June 18, 2024, both appeared again and were able to sit down with my wife and I and go over the process to initiate the roof replacement. They even contacted my insurance company and after I completed some verifications, they dealt with my insurance company and kept me up to date on that process. I had an experience with another company that suggested I contact my insurance company and didn't offer any assistance with that process at all and I didn't feel the personal vibes as I did with BCR.

The initial install date was July 22, then August 5, then August 9, then finally August 16 the roof was installed. The delays were
due to the weather and nothing else. I'm pleased with the process from initiation to final installation and completion. The install crew were excellent and detailed and did a thorough cleanup after completion. Lucas even stopped by and did an additional cleanup just as he said he would.

Finally, I'm pleased with my new roof and I would DEFINITELY recommend BCR as I had no issues with them from start to finish. They assured me if I had any issues to call and it would be corrected.

Lucas, Kaleb, Zac, and the rest of the Best Choice Roofing team were great to work with from the beginning through project completion. They fought to get us a fair settlement with our insurance adjuster and they followed through with a nice job on our roof replacement. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing for your roofing needs.

After expecting to replace my aging roof soon, BCR took a look at it and was able to determine wind damage and got it covered under insurance. Lucas and the crew did a great job explaining all the additional options i had to improve the roof giving more layers of protection and added ventilation. The installation crew knocked it out and did a meticulous job cleaning all the debris from the work. Would highly recommend!

Great roofing company that is often denied/neglected by insurance carriers just because they think they can get away with it...and MOST the time they do. BCR needs to file complaints with the Department of Insurance for some of the more obvious full replacment roofs that carriers try to REPAIR- SUCH AS IN THE TORNADO AREA. A certain carrier that has VERY BAD hands wanted to repair a 2yr old, 30yr laminate roof that was SHREDDED by debris from an EF-3 tornado [145+ mph winds that negate the mfg warranty of 80-120mph] and the carrier wanted to REPAIR 2/3rds of the roof...2 doors down the entire house was off its foundation. FILE COMPLAINTS TO THE DEPT OF INSURANCE. IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A CHANGE.
