Jayhawk did a fantastic job with competetive pricing and were great to work with. Nick was awesome. He priced the roof for our house with better materials for less cost than the nearest competitor straight off the bat. They were very professional and highly communicative during the job. It was impressive to watch how quickly/efficiently they worked together and even provided videos of the roof after it was stripped, to show us where all our damage and leaks were coming from and fixed them correctly. They kept a clean worksite and took great pride in their work. They even took extra care in fixing old chimney flashing issues without adding additional cost (no upselling either). And also important is that they met their schedule as the weather cooperated. Highly recommended!

I recently had Jayhawk Exteriors install a new shingle roof. They provided a thorough inspection, a competitive estimate, and a great job in the end. Nick was a fantastic Project Manager, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jayhawk Exteriors is BBB accredited and I understand why after my roof replacement. I am very pleased from the beginning when Nick came to my house for a free estimate the same day I called. The information he left with me was very useful and the quote was very reasonable. I believe the materials, process and workmanship was worth the value I paid. The personal contact and attention to details Nick provided were outstanding.

My husband and I had a great experience with Jayhawk Exteriors. Nick was fantastic throughout the entire experience. His communication was phenomenal from start to finish. He gave me so much information about the existing roof and that really helped us make a more educated decision overall. He really didn't have to discuss with me as much as he did, but it was incredibly appreciated. I got two other estimates from other companies, and they didn't even compare, in personality alone! They never discussed anything with me, it was just a number. But also no one else offered anything remotely close to the same type of warranty. We got the Golden Pledge, because it obviously makes the most sense.
Nick also was very accommodating to my husband's busy work schedule. He came out on a Saturday to finalize everything with us and spent a little over an hour with us going over every detail. Although I was home during the install, Nick kept me updated via text with a video of my naked roof (so weird to see, but super cool). And before and after pictures of every angle of our roof when it was completed, as well as a video of the completed roof with him walking around pointing out some specific features my husband and him discussed. I mean come on, what company does that?? No company even mentioned they would do that!
The roofers worked incredibly fast. They arrived just before 7am, they were gone by 3pm. For reference, my home is a 1800 sqft ranch home. They were very respectful of our property and they cleaned up very well. I have a dog that uses our backyard, so I was nervous. They did a great job at cleaning up all the debris, nothing was left on the gound after they left. They all did a stellar job!!
We have ZERO regrets. Our new roof is gorgeous, warrantied for 50 years, and transferable one time to whoever we sell the home to. And Nick is a for sure an asset to Jayhawk. He needs a raise, a bonus, and a paid vacation. He is THE BIGGEST reason we went with Jayhawk. I sincerely appreciate the level of professionalism and communication shown throughout the entire process. It has exceeded our expectations beyond measure.

Jayhawk Exteriors installed our roof 13 years ago. Have been completely satisfied and no problems all this time. Recently we noticed a shingle looked to be "damaged" in someway. After calling Jayhawk Nick came out and inspected our roof for any and all damage. There had been no storms or any explanation for what hit or fell on our roof. After putting on a temporary patch Nick said he would be back the next day with the exact shingle and fix the area. He did and it was completely covered under the warranty. That was a couple of months ago and the roof looks great.
Our initial experience having the roof installed and now after all these years a service call speaks to MANY years of satisfaction. Can not say enough about the professional, courteous, service we had from Jayhawk and Nick. Highly recommend!

Jayhawk exteriors was extremely fast they worked with me it was done extremely fast unbelievably fast they did a great job people at the office were very friendly I was working from out of state so is easily able to send them to money no pressure whatsoever. I first heard of Jayhawk when they replaced the roof at the church I attend. I was impressed with their work, and I asked for a quote to do my home. Nick and Chili were on the spot, competitive and the crew was respectful and careful. From quotes, day of job and follow-up, I never had to deal with a “middle man” always with the owners directly. Hopefully, in the spring they will return to do some windows that need to be replaced. Can’t say enough about the personal service, competitive pricing, and attention to detail.

We were referred to Jayhawk Exteriors by my co-worker and she raved about them. After contacting Nick, he was able to come by to assess the roofs (home & garage) and provide a quote to us within 2 days. We then accepted the offer and he was able to fit us in the next day and complete the job in 1.5 days (very windy conditions prevented them completing the job in 1 day). Throughout the entire process he communicated with us through phone, text, pictures, and video. He provided recommendations and quotes of the extra cost involved with those recommendations. The roofs came out beautiful (membrane & shingle roofs). The crew were mindful of debris and continued to clean (as best they could due to the wind) as the job progressed. They did go through our yard with a magnetic sweeper to ensure all metal debris were picked up. We highly recommend this company for the service and customer service.

I had a great experience with Jayhawk Exteriors. After interviewing several local roofing contractors, I followed up on a recommendation from a local siding company and called Jayhawk for an estimate to replace the roof on my house and detached shed. Nick came to my house promptly the next day, examined my old roofs, patiently answered all of my many questions, and left me with a written estimate. My interaction with the office staff, Anna and Maddie, was also outstanding. They both took the time to help me decide on my shingle color. I signed the contract the same day.

On the day of installation, Nick and his team arrived as scheduled and got started with the tear off half an hour later, once the threat of rain ended. They worked nonstop, keeping in close communication and sending me pictures every step of the way. By mid-afternoon, both roofs had been replaced and all nails and debris had been cleaned up. Jayhawk completed roof, window, slider door, wrap, siding, soffit, trim and gutter replacement. Basically rebuilt the entire exterior of a 35 year old house. They were prompt, professional, hardworking and had great attention to detail. It is the gem of the neighborhood. Highly recommend them.

After getting several different estimates and doing my homework on roof replacement companies in the area I choose Jayhawk Exteriors for my roof replacement. They were reasonably priced. I really appreciated their patience and understanding given I was going thru the homeowners insurance claim process for the very first time. Everything about the process went very smooth from getting the initial estimate (Nick was very thorough explaining the replacement process) to the completion of the job. Nic kept me informed and sent pics of the progress through out the day. They even installed soffit vents for me as well!! The team not only did great work but also did great with the cleanup all around my yard afterwards. Once they was done with the cleanup you wouldn’t have known they was there replacing my roof earlier that day. I rarely write reviews but after my experience I definitely felt this review was worth writing.

Nick went above and beyond when it came to replacing all of our windows in our home. He was quick, knowledgeable and matter of fact in answering any questions and was able to complete installation of windows and replacement of sliding glass door in 2 days. Jayhawk was the most reasonable window quote we received and was able to receive and install windows the fastest. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My dad had Jayhawk do his roof a few years back so they were one of the companies I called for a quote. The estimate was quick without a huge sales pitch, and was half of one of my other quotes. The job was done in one day with no mess or any sign that they’d been there other than our lovely new roof. Jayhawk did a great job for me. Quick and fair estimate. Once I the bid was accepted they were on site as soon as possible after the weather permitted. They Completed the job quickly and sent an me great photos after completion. Did a good job with the clean up and coordinating with the renters. I had spray foam insulation in the roof and they helped make sure that the foam was left intact. Next up is gutters.

Jayhawk had a detailed and competitive quote and i'm happy with my decision to go with Jayhawk.
Also Jayhawk's crew did what their we contracted to do with care and expert over site. To date the work looks great and has performed as expected.

They replaced the shingles on my shed, about 10'x15', which has a gambrel (barn type) roof. I built it myself about 25 yrs ago. They did a good job at a fair price and that's all I ask.

We are very happy with Jayhawk exteriors, their service and our new roofs (home and shed). Dealing with Chili and Nick was very professional and personable. They answered their text messages and phone calls promptly. Answered all my questions, no attitude issues. Nick came by a few times during the project to make sure all was going well and address any of my concerns.

Their pricing was very reasonable. They gave us a nice packet with all the product information and a full itemized written estimate. They are not the high pressure salespeople. Their price was more than have half of some of the TV advertised roofers, who are also high pressure salespeople and give you a chicken scratch estimate on a scrap of paper.

Jayhawk's crew was efficient and very friendly. They put down traps around the house. They protected all my plants, no damage done. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They did a great job.

I also had them do my daughter's home. They did the roof, soffits and gutters, Her house looks great.

Great job. Nick and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. From the start, Nick did a through inspection of my roof and identified several areas other inspections failed to find. He sent pictures as they were progressing on the removal of the shingles and than the install of the areas of concern. Will use Jayhawk for other exterior projects.

The team at Jayhawk took excellent care of us in a professional and timely manner. The crew members were diligent and hard working. They had our roof done by 2pm that same day and even took extra care to cover the bushes next to the house so they would not be damaged. I highly recommend Jayhawk!!!

I was very impressed with how fast they responded and as soon as I selected the shingle color, they proceeded. They showed up by 7am as they said and finishedby 530pm. Everything was left picked up and trash was removed. My roof was replaced along with plywood that had suffered rain from leaking shingles! I definitely recommend them. Chili Howerin was in charge and very nice and went above and beyond explaining.They also replaced my gutters with wider ones to help keep heavy rain from overflowing into my pool. The gutters look great and the crew was early! They were very professional too and made sure all looked good and was cleaned up. Fantastic company!!

Jayhawk is the BEST! Chili and his crew worked tirelessly on our roof despite having to haul shingles causing extra clean up because of the lot. The crew was especially conscientious alerting us when our car was in danger of being hit with falling debris as they were working on the garage roof.
