I would not recommend best choice roofing you will not get everything you sit down and make out the contract for. I paid for five pieces of wood for the roof of my house then they said I didn't need it and took it back and did not refund me for it. I told them I wanted five inch downspouts, I got two to three inch downspouts. I got a phone call today before the project and was told if I needed more than five pieces of wood I would have to pay for it on the spot or have it rolled into my loan / credit card, then they didn't use any of the wood and did not refund me for it and told me if I wanted the larger downspouts I would have to pay for that project over again. The price was too much for the little bit I received. After best choice roofing read my review they offered to fix the problem if I paid for it they would not just fix it for me without me paying extra.

This company is a complete scam. My insurance company warned me that they are NOT a roofing company. It's just a guy who owns a franchise to create a quote and then find unlicensed, uninsured 'contractors " to do the roof. I failed to listen to that warning. They drug the process out for 5 months, verbally promised one price, issued a contract for a much higher price, and STILL no roof. Now we have to start all over again with a real contractor. Even their reviews are fake. Beware.

terrible warranty sleazy owner desperately trying to get out of debt they installed a roof 5 months ago paid through my insurance company and tried to supplement and raise the cost from what the insurance approved by a few grand now they are trying to stick me with the bill after my insurance company is not willing to pay for said supplements and now BCR and the owner are sticking me with this bill I will be in contact with my attorney and furthermore the salesman that originally was called out to my house and actually got the company the sale no longer works there and notified me he was not paid for my project at all so furthermore this company is grimy doesn’t care about the customer or it’s own employees

From the beginning to the end every aspect of the job was explained.
All was completed in a timely manner and work was done very well.
