Just today I had my side door replaced with a new beautiful door from Homecraft. The fellow that replaced my door was Kevin. He was knowledgeable, his workmanship was excellent, very polite and worked in a sunny location all afternoon no complaints and it’s hot. Love my door and the window had an inside shade that goes up and down. I would recommend Homecraft to anyone looking to replace their old door. Thank you Homecraft.

Great experience. Homecraft worked with us to select the best door for our needs and kept us fully apprised of when our order would be ready. We ordered a back door and storm door. Both are very high quality, solid doors. The installer was right on time and the installation was completed in just over 3 hours. We are very satisfied!

We ordered a garden window for our kitchen from Homecraft Inc. From the estimation (no pressure) to the installation (smooth and professional), it was a good experience. I purchased new windows for my sunroom a few years ago. Homecraft installed them all and did a great job. I was very pleased with the work and service.

At the time of installation, they informed me if the security benefits (very difficult to break) and the warranty. I thought nothing about either until last week.

The commercial lawn mower kicked up a rock that slammed into the window at high speed. It sounded like someone fired a gun. I was in my sunroom working at the time, and it completely terrified me.

When I got up to inspect the damage, I noticed a hole and crack in the exterior pane but the interior pane appears to be intact. No glass inside the house.

I contacted Homecraft and had no problems ordering a new window per the warranty. They haven't installed it yet, but I'm confident the service will be just as good as my initial interaction with them.

I compared four companies, same number of windows. For me, it was more than price. two companies, HIGH pressure sales, the third company required me to hire someone else to take down all of the mini blinds and plantation shutters.

Knowledgeable staff and installers, quick turn around on orders and install and transparent on timings of both. Also stand by their product. Had some minor issues with two internal blind windows installed, they were immediately addressed, no questions asked. Very pleased and will do business with them again.

Wonderful experience! We went with Homecraft due to their reputation and references from friends, despite not being the lowest quote we received.

We were told our replacement windows would take 6-8 weeks from when we ordered them to come in; took less than 4 weeks! They called us when they came in, and next day, they were installed. Company left the place spotless, and even assisted in taking down our blinds (something they did not have it). 100% would choose them again.

We are very pleased with our front door and side lite replacement. Peter, the installer was great, he is professional , punctual, did a super job in great time and cleaned up everything afterwards. I researched many companies before deciding on Homecraft to replace my 29 year old roof. The fact I had friends who have used them for various projects and the many positive reviews helped me make the decision to go with them. They were very helpful in providing me with addresses of houses they completed with different roof colors as I was not sure what I wanted and seeing it on a house is much different than on a small sample board. I am planning on a siding project in the spring and will be back in touch with them to complete “phase 2” of this project at that time. I met with Mike M. several times before making a final decision and he was terrific as was everyone I met from the office staff to the owner. They were very professional, courteous and helpful so that made a big impression on me and of course the workers who showed up on time and did an exceptional job. I couldn’t be happier with the end result, so THANK YOU, HOMECRAFT !

Homecraft has done two doors and two windows for me. The prices are competitive but more importantly the work is high quality. They have top notch finish carpenters.

This was my 3rd time hiring Homecraft for different projects. This time they replaced some very old windows in our parish rectory. The Homecraft team is professional, courteous, and does extremely quick yet still high quality work. They are one of my condo building’s top providers and I can see why. In addition to the overall good quality of work, I had an emergency issue that required work on my balcony around the same time they were supposed to do my doors and windows. They worked with me to adjust their schedule and make sure nothing would conflict. They also sent an extra team member out so it could get done in 2 days instead of 1. I highly recommend them!

I called Homecraft after i had other highly publicized home improvement companies over to evaluate replacing my cellar door.
When their estimates came in way beyond anything i expected i kept searching and finally found Homecraft.
Homecraft came over to look at my job and said no problem. We can fix your door and here’s what it will cost. It was much less than the big-name outfits. Homecraft gave me a list of people in the neighborhood who had used them and i was able to visit two customers on my block. Their doors were very nice quality and both neighbors said the installers were great to work with! I accepted my bid and got things rolling. I later had to ask Homecraft to manage my installation due to planned vacation and no problem!

Absolutely hands down, the most professional, quality work I have ever seen! Truly beautiful work done by the best! Couldn't be happier with the quality of work of new windows and doors! They were never late, always courtesy and cleaned up when finished. Peter who replaced our doors had highest standard of work. When he finished today, and I told him how happy I was, he said laughingly, "I don't want to come back, so it has to be perfect when I'm finished ". I had a great experience with Homecraft. I live in the Towers of Valley Run near Naamans and Carpenter in North Wilmington. Gomecraft has worked in many of the condos here and also for the laundry rooms in the common areas. So i didnt really consider any other companies. Mike Mulvihill came to our home and provided a very fair quote, in line with our expectations. It took awhile for the manufacturer to produce the new windows, about 7 weeks or so. But we knew construction materials were in short supply. When they came to do the delivery i was a little concerned bc my girl and I both had to work that day, but we loaned Homecraft a key on good faith. They did not disappoint. We are super happy. And now its getting cold we are so much more comfy than last year. I think you will be happy with a Homecraft installation.

Fantastic job replacing my old windows from the 1950’s with new windows. They did a great job and the windows look beautiful inside and outside the house. I will continue using this company throughout my renovation process.

We purchased these windows after looking at 4 or 5 others. The installers were great guys. Blake and Walt were very neat and professional. The windows look great but our issue is we use window A/C unit's and fans since we don't have central air conditioning and now we can't get the fan's we have in the window and are looking at new units that fit in the smaller opening.
If you use window units you might not be happy with the windows.
I guess for the money we saved the new units will be worth it.

The quote was comparable and reasonable. The installation was quick, clean and well done. This was a full house window installation.

We needed to have all the windows in our house.
Homecraft did a great job regarding all aspects of the project. Windows arrived as expected, our installers Ray and Bob were wonderful - experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Window installation took three days and look perfect. Would recommend Homecraft to all of our friends without hesitation.

We used Homecraft to replace our front door and storm door. The entire process was very professional with no hard-sell but they had a lot of information available. Our door was original to the house, and it took some work to get it out but the entire time they were working, they had the floors and our porch covered and they cleaned everywhere after they were done. Kevin even gave us advice on what to look for in a doorbell so it could be installed easily. The care they took to reframe and insulate the door was appreciated and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My 13 windows were installed in my 110 year old house quickly, with quality and professionalism. They look beautiful. My utility bill has already gone down. My installers worked quietly, neatly and cleaned up everything before they left. One thing I was worried about was damage to the inside trim or exterior stucco and siding. No damage at all, in spite of the fact that many of the windows had rotting trim that had to be replaced. I would recommend them to anyone with an older home.

Where do you start? The best quote we received as all our questions were answered, the many options were discussed, changes were made after the "let us do the job" okay. Dan B. lead all the work; window installs, bow window install, new front steel door and 2 storm doors. Dan worked a hard steady day and enjoyed lunch with us (a house treat). He listened and explained the products. The worksite was cleaned as the job progressed, both inside and outside. The installation schedule was maintained and explained as the week long job worked out. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the work crew. The house looks new, the bow window is a great addition and the doors are top notch, quiet closing and secure. We would do this job again and HOMECRAFT would be the installer.

At the recommendations of a neighbor I contacted Homecraft Inc about the replacement of several of my home's original windows that had started showing signs of age.

After meeting and talking with Paul, the owner I signed-up to have 5 windows replaced. After an 8 week manufacturing wait, the process of having the windows installed was fairly painless.

I'm happy with the final product which are a nearly identical match to my original windows, so no problems with my HOA.

The installation crew was informative, respectful, neat, and professional.

This is the second time we used Homecraft. This time we had windows replaced and both experiences have been fantastic from beginning to end.

The installer arrived on time. He was very polite and seemed to enjoy his job as he whistled while he worked. The door was installed in about three hours. Everything was cleaned up and all debris removed. I will definitely recommend Homecraft Inc. to my friends.

We got bids from 4 different companies and Homecraft was not the cheapest or the cheapest and during the home visit really explained the difference in the types of windows. Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. Very professional crew did the install including moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Homecraft for window replacement!

Kevin and his crew replaced our sliding door to our porch. He and his crew did a great job with the installation. We had had Homecraft replace our windows a number of years ago and were very happy with that job. When it came time to replace our slider they were our first call. they were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but knowing the quality of their work, we chose them and were very happy that we did!

First they came to inspect the damage and found more pieces broken (and a better price!) than the other company that gave us an estimate. They replaced some broken siding pieces and fixed our gutter. Elliott and Konrad are both professionals. They know their product and take pride in their company's workmanship. They promptly came out to give us an estimate for for residing our home. The price was reasonable in our estimation. They order the materials needed and where able to install the siding in a reasonable amount of time. The workman who came to do the job where all craftsman who took pride in their work and could answer and respond to all our questions and concerns. The cleaned up every day and had the entire house siding installed in 4 days.
