Tycos Roofing was consulted for my roofing. They were competent in diagnosing the roof problems. Unfortunately, they only replace roof. They do not repair. They did a good job.

Worked with Elijah on our siding project and could not be happier. Tycos roofing and siding company is my number one choice for all outside work. Their customer service is top notch and aims to please. Thank you Elijah for such a great job

I purchased a new construction home 5 yrs ago and the builder left us in the wind when it came to quality roof installation. Tycos has been at my home 3 times to make repairs and a partial replacement of an area of our roof. I have nothing to say but great things about this company. The repairs they have made have been of quality work and they continue to help me extend the life a of a very poorly installed roof for now. I highly recommend their service to anyone. After I contracted other roofers and still had leaks I reached out to TYCOS. They did an excellent job and are detailed. Sending me before, during and after photos. I then contracted them to replace the windows on my sun porch. They are also affordable with payment plans if needed. I highly recommend TYCOS.

We had a minor leak around one roof vent that we needed fixed before the next rain storm.I called Tyco as I saw the company’s vehicles on my street putting on a new roof. Chris in Customer Service answered right away. he said he’d call me right back, which he did after reaching his project and insurance consultant, Elijah Nacchio, who had just arrived on site. Elijah came down to meet us and was able to fit in our minor repair within the next 24 hours. Elijah is polite, prompt, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. He figured out the most expedient way to fix the leak and saved us several hundred dollars. If we ever need any roof work, we will call Tyco first and recommend him highly!

They did my neighbor's roof, we have twin homes. So with them working on her roof, large particles from her roof fell in my yard. To my surprise they let my neighbor know that they'd be back out the next day to clean up in my yard. I gave 5 stars bc a lot of companies would've left it there. I had some soffit and facia repairs completed by Tycos Roofing. The were prompt, quick and affordable. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any roof repairs or replacement.

We just had our garage roof deck repaired by Tycos and could not be happier with the results. There was extensive water damage and rot along the perimeter of our deck, and we wanted to make sure it would not only be safe to use this year but also protect our garage from further damage.

Tycos provided great service on a siding repair after my siding was damaged by high winds. They were prompt and responsive. Elijah and Clayton were both great.

Very pleased with the work and prompt response from the project manager Pedro. Reasonable pricing and very professional. He made sure I understood what was being done and reassured me all throughout the process.

Tycos did a very nice job on my roof and gutter replacement project. The project manager (Elijah) was in constant contact to update me on the progress and address any questions that I had. It was a pleasure having Elijah Nacchio in our home. He was most personable and took care to protect furnishings in the work area. We’re quite satisfied with the stain remediation and color matching to the existing ceiling paint.

Tyco’s just installed a new roof and a year ago they installed an automated skylight. It both cases they did wonderful work.The jobs were closely supervised and their workers were very courteous and efficient. When they finished the projects the area around my house was spotless.

Recently had work done on our screened in porch. Rip off old rotted siding and screens and replace. Clayton who was a real gentleman came to do the estimate. The crew arrived on time and worked all day. They had an eye for detail and did a very nice job. Upon completion the job site was thoroughly cleaned up. What else could you ask for?

Thinking about replacing your roof- look no further. We did our due diligence contacting three companies. Two sent us salesmen and one sent us a representative who inspected the attic, threw a ladder up and assessed the roof before just throwing out an arbitrary figure

At the beginning we met with Mark, for the initial appraisal. He patiently guided us throughout the process. When we met- he put our needs first and if something wasn’t right- he communicated possible concerns. Finding a person who has your best interest in mind is key and I can say with complete confidence- that I would recommend these guys to everyone!

The only decision we had to make was the color of the shingles. With the accurate estimate (everything was transparent). Honest pay for honest work.

Tycos provided excellent customer service! Mark promptly emailed an estimate, once he was in the office. After a follow up visit. We went to the office to drop off our deposit, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Pedro our Project Manager and his team were punctual for very professional. Upon the crew’s arrival, they introduced themselves and advised me, they were just going to walk around the property for staging. The Project Manager Pedro, met with us and stated his open communication policy.

Pedro was here from start to finish for the two day project. He was courtesy, ran the job efficiently and was available for any questions on the walk-thru.

I will forever be grateful to Pedro and the guys...I cannot wait to not worry about inclement weather, causing my roof to leak.

Josue came out to give me a free estimate for my roof repair. Some shingles blew off and he gave me a competitive quote. He provided pics of the needed repair and completed repair. I appreciate that because most roofers don't do that. Great working with this company. Would recommend.

Great experience with Tycos. They replaced the shingles on the back side of our house built in 1823 with a beautiful metal roof to match the front tin roof. They also installed copper gutters and cedar siding on the dormers. It all came out beautiful. I received multiple bids for this project and Tycos' bid was very reasonable. The crew that came out was courteous, in Tycos' uniform and equipment, and always cleaned up after each day. They had to deal with multiple snow/ice storms and always made sure the roof was weather tight. I received frequent updates from the supervisor, and am very happy with my experience with Tycos. Their team is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We had a large project encompassing Siding, windows and sky lights. We went through 4 major vendors including Tycos and compare them on key measures like costs, references and experience. In the end we went with Tycos and it was a good experience.
Both the sales manager (Mark) and project manager (CJ) were excellent and always available. There were no surprises considering the scope of work and all work got done without any issues.

I had Sergio come out from Tyco Roofing & give me estimate on roofing & gutters. He did a great job explaining everything very clearly. Wonderful young man & very knowledgeable went on roof said I would need plywood replacement.
When the job started Elijah worked with me from the start until the end he was in constant contact during this major process
All the men that worked on my roof were very respectful & worked very hard.
The men notified Elijah that abt 16 sheets of plywood need replacement after reviewing the problem the whole roof needed replacement due to deterioration they also found a split rafter & stabilized that.

His integrity and pride in his work, made me secure in hiring Tycos to complete my roofing needs, addition remodel, and window replacements. The Tycos team replaced my roof in November 2024. Overall I had a great experience as their customer. Here are the highlights.

1. The roof replacement estimation process was thorough, and included pictures of problem / opportunity areas.
2. I received their proposal within a few days and the team worked quickly to make updates as our negotiations of scope continued.
3. I was assigned a project manager who also served as a quality control analyst throughout the project to validate that the project scope met or exceeded my expectations.
4. The Tycos group had enough scale to bring in talent for specialty areas, such as soffit replacement.

I would consider working with Tycos for my next home improvement project.

Despite our neighborhood being dense with trees, woodpeckers seemed to prefer the cedar siding on our home. Moisture had also damaged framing around a few windows. Sergio responded to my call and recommended replacement with Hardie siding. He and Vince answered all of our questions, and put us at ease about Tycos' ability to handle the scope of the entire project including replacement of windows and framing. It's a little scary when you have to face tearing parts of your home apart. And siding is a significant investment in home improvement.

Clayton assessed how the project would go forward, and managed the window framing and replacement so well that the changes not only look beautiful inside and out, but they blend seamlessly, as if the house had been built that way.

Sergio and/or Clayton checked in daily as to what we could expect. A team of three did the installation work. They were here when they were expected, courteous, and pleasant to have around. They were clearly experienced, and finished the project in a timely fashion. The only delays were unavoidable due to bad weather.

We chose Tycos over other vendors because they offered us a quality product delivered with quality workmanship at a reasonable price. The company is big enough to do the job well, while being small enough to make us feel like they genuinely care about making their clients happy. We are grateful for such a positive experience. And even better, Hardie siding is woodpecker proof!

My first contact was with Josue who explained the whole process and climbed into the attic (no easy feat) to check the condition of the roofing wood from the underside and then climbed onto the roof to check its condition. I had Eric with Tyco complete a small downspout adjustment on the upper roof of our home on 10/15/24 . He was courteous and professional with the repair adjust taking great care with sealing the gutter so that there is no drip drip drip noise on the roof from a gutter leak outside our bedroom.

Got my back roof done in August , got a new epdm roof great team great people caulked my windows after they noticed it needed caulk , plus warranties there work you can’t go wrong

I had a shingle that became vertical. Concerned that this might be due to a larger underlying problem, I called Tycos to get a quote. Ryan and another gentleman came out punctually the next day and closely examined the questionable shingle area as well as the rest of the roof. He found that the shingle had popped a nail and no other damage was evident. I took him up on his offer to fix the problem for a very reasonable amount while he was there. They get 5 stars for being on time, courteous, honest, providing a good solution at a good price and great to work with. I highly recommend Tycos and they'll be my first call for any future roofing work.

The head contractor then came out to inspect to make sure job was completed properly. Everyone was repectable and always answered any questions I needed. Contracted with Tycos after a storm damaged some capping on my roof. Josue responded w a quote very quickly, and had a crew out within 24 hours of acceptance. The job was done quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. Every interaction was professional (they pick up the phone!), and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Tycos is the absolutely BEST company ever! I had an unexpected leak. Tycos came out, repaired the leak. In addition, Elijah came out, purchased and replaced the damaged tiles inside my dining room! He did a PERFECT job and cleaned up after himself. This company truly cares about their customers. They stand by their services and work.

One day I was sitting in my office and noticed a wet spot on the ceiling, "Oh no", I said for I have heard the horror stories of dealing with roofing companies. But I knew my roof was overdue for replacement. I contacted 3 roofing companies to get estimates and choose Tyco's. Tyco's was a "tab" bit higher in price (but affordable) than the other 2 companies, but what impressed me over the other 2 companies was their professionalism and attention to detail. When they came to examine my roof, they not only examine the roof outside, but they also went up in the attic. They took pictures of the places in the attic that needed attention and showed me the pictures. They explained in easy to understand terms what had to be done. From the salesperson, named Josue C, to the project leader C.J. Pace, I was treated with respect and kept advise all throughout the project. The project was delayed a week due to all the rain we had been having, but when the crew did arrive at 8 a.m., they worked efficiently and was finished at 3:30 pm. When I looked at out at my backyard, I was impressed that all the trash and debris was gone. In fact my backyard looked better than it did "after" they left. I received a 15 yr/20 yr warranty. I can't say enough of how much I am pleased with my experience with this company.

Had leaks in my sunroom which was added to house 8 years ago. Service Technician Robert McAlpin came out and inspected the roof. He stated that the issue was where the sunroom roof met the house. Subsquently I checked to see when the last house roof was installed. It had been 24 years ago. So I decided to get new roofs on both the sunroom and the house. The brothers Sergio and Josue came to the house with shingle samples and after taking measurements, stated they would follow up with an estimate for the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. They provided the estimate that afternoon and I gave the OK. Both Sergio and Josue were very knowledgeable and cordial. Josue stated that unlike other contractors who just do shingled roofs, Tycos was very experienced in the installation of flat roofs, which would be the case for the sunroom. The installation was done in one day. They started at 7 am and didn't leave until 8:15 pm. They did an excellent job of removing all debris and I only found a couple of nails. Sergio followed up the next day to check if I was satisfied with the installation (which I was). I recommend you include Tycos in any bids you may be seeking for a new roof.

I had several alterations to what many standing seam metal roofs come with and he took these requests and worked with his amazing team to install my roof to perfection........I HIGHLY recommend this company and Sergio and his team.
