Our contact, Michael-Sean Bradshaw, was very professional and timely. He called ahead of arrival and was very polite. He surveyed our roof and noted any potential issues. He identified the area of storm damage that was causing the leak. He also inspected the attic for signs of moisture, damage, or growth. His detailed estimate was available promptly and suitable for submitting the insurance claim. He made the experience much less daunting than it could have been.

Shannon did a great job with her presentation & filling me in on the companies background & techniques. She was very professional & knowledgeable. The downside was it took two hours & forty-five minutes for us to get the final estimate?? We had a prior engagement in Pittsburgh and didn’t get home until almost 10 o’clock that night- She had technical difficulties with her iPad/electronic device. I’m not sure how you guys can set her up for success next time, and I know it wasn’t her fault. But most people would have just cut it short- The estimate came in too high for our budget, unfortunately.

Quality of work and the crew was awesome. The communication is as terrible as it gets. Dumpster showed up unannounced that is how we knew roof was getting replaced soon. It is now 15 days past when my roof was installed and they will not remove dumpster. Planet Roof will not notify dumpster company the job is complete. Dumpster company is even trying to help us. Work was great everything else was terrible....

UPDATE: after my review I was immediately contacted by Planet Roof. After discussing my issues they did what alot of companies fail to do, they owned it!!! They immediately apologized and communicated what they were going to do to rectify it. I also got a call from a project manager to apologize and assure me it would be handled. At 10am this morning my dumpster was picked up finally. Planet Roof is a small business that has grown tremendously and is trying to make it right when they fall short. Their roof looks great, and the work is fantastic, they also own their issue and do a good job on recovery.

This experience was better than expected. Everyone has expectations when having to deal sales people, right?
Not with Donnie. He was knowledgeable and upfront about all aspects. Not pushy at all. That was one of the best parts.
When the crew came in they immediately got to work. We had a new roof, clean area around the house in a day.
I couldn't be happier with Planet Roof for their professionalism in all areas. I already talked to someone and recommended them and they just told me the other day they scheduled Planet Roof to put a new roof on their home.

We got our roof done in April, and I held out on posting a review until the wettest part of the year was over. No leaks!

These fellas did an excellent job. We primarily interacted with Adam, who was very personable and didn’t give me real sheisty vibes, as contractors sometimes do. He’s a talker, but seemed like a honest dude. The quote was within the ball park of what I’d expected for the project, and they got it done in a single day as we’d discussed.

They even cleaned up really well after the fact! No old shingles or nails found around the property. I was pleasantly surprised because I left to go to the dentist and thought “there’s no way they’ll have this cleaned up in an hour” but somehow they did.

They have multiple financing options if you’re not flush with cash, and ultimately we went with the 0% for 1 year (and then nearly 30%, but we’re on track to pay it off before then) but there was another option I recall being around 11 or 12%.

In all, I was pleased with the whole thing. The only hiccup was when a truck forgot to pick up the dumpster the following Monday, but when I called them they had someone scoop it up the following day.

Would absolutely recommend these dudes to anyone looking to get a roof done.

I had a hairline crack in my skirting, so I contacted Planet Roof for an estimate. I didn't have to wait long for them to show up, as Michael-Sean Bradshaw and Adam Fincik quickly responded to my call, arriving the next day, and just 13 hours after initially contacting the company. This response time was very impressive, but I was also very impressed with how thoroughly they inspected my roof and skirting as part of their job responsibilities. I felt totally comfortable talking to them and I felt like I could really trust their judgment and recommendations, which I am very grateful for, as I am not someone who is knowledgeable on roofing. They patiently took the time to explain why my roof was not in the best condition, even when I thought it was since my roof is only 3 years old, and why it would be a good idea to proactively replace it. They described exactly what the workers would be doing to upgrade my roof and showed me all of the materials they will be using. I understand that they are sales associates trying to sell me a product because I felt pressured into making a decision on the spot, but I was totally sold when they mentioned that the new roof will last 50 years, when they offered a lifetime warranty that is transferable if I were to sell my house, and when they confirmed it will add value to my house. Although I am unhappy with the cost for a new roof, I know it's totally worth it because I now have the peace of mind knowing if I ever have any problems moving forward that Planet Roof will have my back at no extra cost, thanks to their lifetime warranty. Michael-Sean and Adam were totally cool guys to work with, and I am grateful for the opportunity to meet with them today. I highly recommend Planet Roof, and I hope that everyone who contacts them gets the pleasure of working with these two wonderful gentlemen.

Mark visited my property to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable about roofing however it was complete waste of time. I informed Mark that I was going to receive several bids for the roof even before he took any measurements or did his inspection. He went through his sales pitch and took way to long to get to the numbers. For his best package, he was almost 5 times as much as the average price to replace the roof of that size. I determined. this through Google search and prior bids received. We parted amicably but he wasted his time and mine. I give him one star because of his effort to explain things and he was able to give me those ridiculous prices with a straight business face.

Planet Roof was an amazing company to work with. They gave us a good price for the work we needed to have done. Adam (the owner), the project manager, and the roofers were great. Communication was never an issue with Planet Roof. The project looks wonderful and I have confidence that the work was done properly.

We've had two great experiences with planet roof, and highly recommend them. In late 2024, they gave us a timely and competitive quote for the replacement of both our secondary and main roofs, and we had them replace the secondary roof only because the main roof outwardly appeared sound (we have no interior attic access). This year we had a leak develop beneath our main roof, and they were able to evaluate the roof and update their quote within two days of our initial call regarding the leak. Within 6 days, our roof was replaced in one day of work (and a good thing to, because it had turned out to be a rotten nightmare on the inside one they got into it). We've been really happy with their professionalism, speed, work quality and financing options. The only difficulty we've had is with their gutter contractor, who to be clear also does quick and quality work, but due to a language barrier we're not able to consistently communicate with on the details of the gutter work.

Cody was friendly and professional, not high pressure. Presented my options and left it up to me. Appreciate his style. Will consider them when the time comes to do my roof.

Planet Roofing arrived promptly on the day they said they would. The roof was installed in one day. The gutters were installed the next day. There were some minor problems which were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Both crews were hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very satisfied.

Nolan came out to give me a quote on my roof and was one of the nicest and most thorough representatives I have
ever encountered. Right away he made me feel like family. He explained what supplies he would be using and gave me options to chose what was best for my budget. His pricing was better than what I expected. I decided to go with his company and feel confident I will be tsken care of every step of the way.

Everyone at Planet Roof is excellent at what they do. Ryan is a great sales rep, Shane was the PM and Luis was the leader of the roof crew. They called before they brought the dumpster and materials, the crew was right on time and started work right away, they did an incredible job on the site prep, the roof and the clean-up. It was just top quality start to finish, my new barn roof looks incredible!

To whom it may concern. I just had a new roof installed. However. In order to complete the job they had to remove my gutter. The contractor left and I’m being told they won’t reinstall the gutter. What kind of crap is this. They even threw away the existing gutter. I’m in my 70 s. And can’t possibly get on the roof. Planet roof needs to solve this problem immediately.

Overall had a good experience with Planet. Despite some confusion about square footage (house is a duplex), Tim K. got it sorted out. He took time to educate me on the materials, process. etc., and provided good communication throughout the job, assuring the job was completed to my satisfaction. Setting up financing was quick and simple as well.

Great company! Lee Roberts was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and more. Fast, friendly and especially courteous and accommodating. A new roof is a big investment, get it done right.

About 8 weeks ago we contacted planet roof for a quote on a roof replacement. They came out, and after some negotiations we came to a price I was Ok with. The salesperson was pretty pushy and talked us into putting a sizable downpayment on the replacement. About 24hrs later we had collected a few more quotes and I just didn’t feel comfortable moving forward so I reached out and canceled. Well within the 3 day window. They told me they would destroy the check, all seemed fine.

They contacted me a few weeks later looking to take before photos, I calmly let them know we had cancelled our contract and didn’t know why they were contacting me. Last week they tried to cash the deposit check, luckily I had already called and cancelled the check with my bank. This is incredibly unprofessional way to run a business. I cannot speak to the quality of their work but cashing a deposit check for a job that would never be finished is not an acceptable practice.

I found Planet Roof through Angie's List. They immediately called me back and offered an appointment the next day at a convenient time. Cody arrived exactly on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered interesting insights and advice. He gave me a fair estimate and called the next day to see if I had any questions.

The salesman Cody was very polite and explained everything the pros and cons of different material was on time we could haven't asked for a wonderful person I would strongly tell others we had a wonderful business conversation and showing of materials yes I recommend Planet Roof for whom would ever ask for roofing or gutter problems

The representative that came out to inspect and review my project for a new roof, was extremely thorough. He went step by step through the entire project and explained everything to me. He was kind and honest. I was impressed with him and the company. Very happy to be working with them on my new roof.

The owners of this company and tom Morgan the sales associate were very pleasant and nice but I cannot express how unprofessional this company is. I had my siding done in June 2025. I had got cold feet I wanted to get out of the contract When I called I was told by Joel the owner of the company that my materials were already there so I would have to pay for them but he did work out a deal and took 5000 off the total price. This made me decide to go ahead with the siding as I didn’t wanna pay for materials that I didn’t know what to do with. I didn’t hear anything for weeks until Tom Morgan called me and told me the materials have arrived in the warehouse and asked me which color I was and that they were there. I was under the impression that they had already been there for quite some time so this was quite confusing. So finally the day came inside the house and they told me dates that they were coming and then said they had to reschedule because of shipping issues with my materials, Again I was confused. So I waited and they said it would happen next week but they would confirm I never got a confirmation in a group of men just showed up at my house And started working. I have two dogs and a toddler and they could not have been more disrespectful Of my home and knowing that I have dogs. The first day they left both gates open and my dogs got out three times not to mention the array of Nails and broken product left in my backyard as they were still working with my dog easily could’ve stepped on or my toddler. I told the manager about this and that they needed to fix it he was very apologetic and said that they would do better the next day by closing the gate the next day was no better and they left the gate open and my dogs got out twice. It was almost worse the second day. They left broken siding on the house boxes that were delivered to them on my porch that they never came back for and leftover materials in my yard that I had to call and call to get somebody to come pick up. Upon looking at the finished product there was still a piece of siding that was popped out that was not fully put in so I asked them to come and fix it, It took them four times of telling me that they were coming and never showing up until they finally just showed up and pounded in the siding that was in the front of the house but for some reason they felt the need to open the gate to my backyard which then again my dog escaped. These people were very hard to talk to, was no clear communication It seemed like they were just out for your money. Well I do like the finish product of my house and I think that they did do a good job I will never recommend this company to anyone due to the unprofessionalism and disrespect.

Plant Roof team is five stars in my book. We had a roof that needed to be fixed quickly, but want the quality you need and expect. We got both along with competitive pricing.

Donnie and team were highly responsive and we are now considering the Planet Roof team for other projects. Adam, one of the owners, was actively apart of this he project and that gave us the additional confidence that the job would be done right.

We are very impressed with professionalism of everyone involved. The work crew was top notch from the roofers to the hard working person on the ground making sure they had the materials lhe roof when needed. Nate went above and beyond in final inspection and we will be using them again when needed.

Very pleasant and informative. Roof install was great! Never knew they were there, except for a new roof. Gutters came, different subcontractors. Install was great, cleanup was not so much. A few dozen screws and nails on lower roof and ground around the property.

These guys are great. Evan has to be recognized because he has some of the best customer service skills Ive seen in years. The whole team should be trained by him. He’s thorough and he knows his stuff. He was also very patient with me and my mom who is 80. We had lots of questions. They have cash options and finance available. I have not seen a better warranty and price with any other companies. Thank you Evan.

I truly appreciated Kyle and he was very helpful with what was needed to correct my problem. They haven't started yet but I am very confident the job will be done at the highest level. He took his time and explained all the hardware needed for a new roof and gutters giving me a sense of security that the job would be handled correctly

I called Planet Roof on a Friday afternoon & Adam came to my home the very next morning; we went over everything regarding roofs, gutters, downspouts & future projects, which I will be coming back to Planet Roof for. Adam was here for a few hours & explained everything in great detail...even twice when asked. I am beyond pleased with my new roofs & Adam. I look forward to working with Adam again...it was like talking to someone I've known for years & could trust to not sell me something not needed...10 ⭐️s.

These guys really knew their stuff and worked constantly in 90 deg heat... And got it done in a day! They are thorough and efficient, highly recommended.

The install crew showed up on the day and time promised and worked straight through until the job was completed. The project manager, Cody Reynolds stopped by to check on the crew and see if everything was going well. Cody also contacted me the next day to see if I had any issues and to check if things went smoothly.
