I don’t have the words to thank Devin and his team for the work they did, without any advanced notice, in our home. I randomly called Devin in a panic after finding a huge water damage situation. Within minutes, he had a water damage and mold specialist schedule to come do their part. Devin replaced damage in multiple parts of our home, without receiving a penny from us or insurance!! I recently had a new roof installed on my house by Peak Precision Contracting, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

Communication:
The team was great about keeping me updated throughout the process. The initial consultation was thorough, with a clear explanation of the options available and a detailed estimate. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the choice of materials and timeline.

Workmanship:

I am so very thankful for Devin and all he was able to do for us! After getting the news that our roof was not structurally sound and was leaking which was causing our ceilings to fall in, obviously I was in a panic. I reached out and my phone call was answered by Devin himself. He was very kind and reassuring during this difficult time. He had a crew out within a couple hours to check it out and see what his opinion was. Within an hour of the crew leaving we had an answer. The process was so easy and so quick! Just 4 days after our initial contact my roof was completed and it looks amazing. This could have been a difficult and emotional experience, instead it was an amazing experience. I would recommend Peak and Devin a million times over again. I can't say thank you enough!

This group is absolutely the best I've worked with, for any type of contracting, ever. My wife and I have worked with other contractors in the area in the past, and this group stood worlds apart from the beginning of the project through the end (and even after it was completed!). Every part of the experience of working with them - from the initial inspection/quoting process, to scheduling, having their team at our house, and the way they explained the job as it was completed - was outstanding. It's absolutely mind-blowing how much of a difference that hiring the right group can make. We've since had neighbors come asking for their information after seeing the care their team took and the roof we ended up with. We're already planning more work with them and I can't see a reason we'll ever look elsewhere, this group is the best!

This is the best contracting company I’ve ever dealt with in Pa. We use them for all of our rental properties and are always satisfied with the fair pricing and timely work. Recently had them handle a roof for a family member who was experiencing a major leak. They replaced dropped off the materials hours after we spoke and the roof was completely replaced with new decking as well the following day.

We have a pretty nice, big deck, thanks to Devin and his amazing crew!!! They work so hard!! We are almost done! Just need a downspout replaced and the new gutters checked and it will be perfect!!!

I contracted Peak Precision to put a new roof on my home. Devin, the owner, was very communicative and so easy to work with. He was always prompt on his responses and so easy to work with. He had the job done in less than a month from the time I contacted him. He was in contact with me throughout the entire installation process, letting me know about a few leaks they found (with photos) and how they would properly fix these issues so that they wouldn’t happen again. His workers were polite, quick, and meticulous with the roof installation and cleanup. Our new roof looks beautiful and I am so happy that we went with Peak Precision. This is probably the Best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family and would definitely work with Devin on future projects!

I received a bid from Devin to complete a remodel project. His response was prompt at both scheduling the project and with follow-up question. Devin’s attention to detail through the bid process was highly appreciated. His bid was more detailed than others that I had received from other contractors. He also pointed out some more nuanced changes that would need to be made to complete the project. I was happy with the services provided.

Peak Precision did an outstanding job on replacing the shingles and underlayment on my large roof. The team was respectful of my property and cleaned up the area afterward as well. The craftsmanship was very good and done to manufacturer specs so it should last a long time! Owner Devin Orsi is the rockstar! He came out for the quote and walked the roof and found issues that two other companies had missed by using satellite photos and drones. This gave me a more accurate quote to start with!

Needed a new roof very quickly after a notice from our insurance company. Mr Orsi came the same evening and did a thorough inspection. Peak Precision had the old roof removed and the new one installed within days. A very professional job with unparalleled customer service! I highly recommend this company.

I did not end needing their services (yet) but I was completely blown away by Devin's customer service! I called for what I thought was a roof leak. My call was answered promptly and Devin was at my home by the end of day. After Indiana Jonesing his way through my attic space, he quickly discovered that it was not a roofing issue. But he continued to investigate until he found the source of the leak to be something that should be covered by my home warranty. He did not charge me for this visit and even agreed to write me a report of his findings to provide to the builder. It is difficult to find such honesty today. Peak Precision will certainly be my first call for any future needs!

We chose Peak Precision to repair the damage our house and garage sustained during a windstorm. As repeat customers, we already knew they would do a great job, but were completely blown away by their professionalism, workmanship, and overall expertise. Initially, the repairs seemed pretty standard, however, they quickly spiraled and turned into a roof replacement on our 200+ year old house, and complete demo and rebuild on our garage. They were extremely adaptive to all the changes and challenges that took place, and the multiple crews worked diligently and showed up every day when they said they would. Devin did an excellent job communicating with us and our insurance company every step of the way. He made us feel like we were his only client and that our job was a top priority (even though we know they were simultaneously working on several others). Peak Precision took care of the entire project from start to finish and did an absolutely amazing job. We cannot recommend them enough, and plan to use them again in the future!

Devin and his guys at Peak Precision did a great job on our roof. After agreeing to the terms they were here quickly and got the roof done in one day. They were all very professional and friendly. Cleanup was quick and they ran magnets through the yard for nails. Devin was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. If I had it to do again Devin and Peak Precision would be at the top of the list. Give him a call with confidence for any of your construction needs.

We had an emergency roof repair, on a Saturday. Peak Precision sent two members of their team to temporarily fix the issue. We are ever so grateful! They later replaced our roof. The team was great and our roof is beautiful! We would give 10 stars ✨ if we could

Devin Orsi and his crews from Peak Precision Roofing did an awesome job on my house. A hail storm had done almost 40k of damage, and he replaced my metal roof, gutters, siding on one whole side, and roofs on 2 sheds. All of his guys knocked it out of the park with the quality and timeliness of the work. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone I know. So happy! After searching several of the top-rated roofers in the Pittsburgh area, Peak was the only company I could consider working with. After the straight-line winds that came through Washington a few months ago, we had a roof leak that caused some damage to our upstairs textured ceilings. None of the other top rated roofers could also repair all of the damage, but Peak could do it all at the same time --and match the intricate sponge detailing. I would have considered waiting for the repair and hiring separate independent companies if the quality of work might have been better, but I could not find any that seemed superior to Peak in any way. The roof looks amazing, the repaired ceiling textures match perfectly, we also asked them to do some additional painting so our shutters and from door complement the color of the roof. This was also completed the same week. In short, my experience with this company far exceeded expectations.

Peak Precision did my Christmas lights this year. They came out beautiful and were done in a quick professional manner. They even put them up on Thanksgiving day!!! I would definitely recommend using them!! Awesome job guys!!

I needed 2 downspouts replaced. Devin came out and looked at the gutters and said they were very old (which they were). He came up with a plan and price to get new gutters on my house and garage. He did let me know that there were no drip plates on the front gutters and that I needed them.
