I called multiple places and was given outrageous prices and an 18 week lead time. Chaz responded to me within seconds of me reaching out, gave me honest information, and a crew was at my house the following day. I will definitely be keeping Knox's in mind for future projects!

Knox Construction came highly recommended to me by a friend who had a vinyl siding installation done by them. I was not disappointed. From my initial phone inquiry to a friendly and courteous Tina Knox and several equally great follow-up conversations with owner, Chaz Knox, I was convinced that repairs to my wind-damaged back porch would be handled very professionally and successfully. Tom Murray was very easygoing and polite while coordinating the on-site repair work. Tom was also very thorough in clearly explaining the necessary repairs and he, Billy, and Ryan did a super job in a very timely fashion. They even cleaned the porch gutter without charging a fee. I was very impressed and pleased with Knox Construction and plan to contact them for another home improvement project later this year.

I placed a call for a roof inspection and repair at 1:30 pm expecting to make an appointment for later in the week. I was shocked when I received a call at 4:00 pm from Tom saying he could be here within a half hour. By 5:00 pm he had found and repaired the leak and took photos of the roof showing clearly the roof's condition. Nice crew doing a great job. I couldn't be happier that I contacted Knox.

Due to the overall condition of the roof, I decided to replace the roof and contracted for the replacement on a Friday. I was told it could be done in 2 to 4 weeks. The following Tuesday I was told they were already prepared. The job started that Thursday and finished that Saturday despite having rain interruptions. The roof, gutters, and downspouts are beautiful, a great improvement. The clean up was thorough and, to my surprise, they made some repairs to my siding as well. Extremely pleased with the project. Once ag again, I couldn't be happier that I contacted Knox Construction.

Knox Construction recently replaced all of the vinyl siding on my house and their work was excellent! Their advice on styles and colors, without a sales pitch, was exactly what we needed to start. They stayed on schedule throughout the project and their craftsmanship was of the highest quality. They even found and fixed a roof leak for us along the way (no additional charge). The crew was professional and polite all the way through and they cleaned up their worksite every day. I couldn't be happier with their work!

My interaction with Knox's Construction started when I found a recommendation for this company on Facebook. I called asking for an estimate. Chaz came out to check out my roof and talk through my questions. Once I signed, I was contacted by Casey who scheduled the dumpster arrival, material delivery, and roofing day. The crew that came out was professional, considerate, and hard-working. I also appreciated Theo who was communicative about the process.

The team also installed a new bathroom vent for the upstairs bathroom so that it is properly vented now.

Exceptional customer service. Contacted company for emergency roof repair and crew showed up the next day, replaced missing shingle from last high wind storm and applied caulking around the base of my chimney. They took cell phone pictures of damage/repair and showed them to me. All work was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future for other planned exterior projects.

Wonderful experience. I needed new gutters, soffit and fascia and gutter guards. Was as simple as dialing the phone number for Knox’s Construction. I received return calls quickly, scheduled next day for onsite inspection for quote. Once we agreed on price I was added to the schedule immediately. The entire job was done in two days. Great Job. I had issues with my downspout leaking at multiple locations. Called on a Friday, they called back and were on site on Monday. They replaced the downspout that day. I could not ask for more.

The crew did a great job and were very nice. Chaz Knox was very unprofessional. I felt I was not treated respectfully. We had a very uncomfortable interaction about me being "disrespectful" for texting outside of business hours. He tried to call to apologize, but instead argued with me. The narcism was textbook. He was all charm until we signed the contract, and every interaction since has been horrible. He also felt the need to tell me on more than one occasion that he is a Christian, as if that excuses poor behavior. Check out the Yelp reviews of you need more examples.

Hi hired Knox's Construction to replace our roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit and facia. We were extremely happy with the entire process. We met with Bob initially to discuss what we were looking for and options. We also talked to the owner Chaz several times. The Amish crew that completed the work were amazing. Extremely hard workers and only took a short break for lunch each day. My entire project was completed in 1.5 days. I would definitely recommend Knox's Construction. We are extremely pleased with our decision.

They did new siding/shutters and it looks awesome. Great communication with Chaz the owner and Tom who installed the siding. I am used to contractors not answering, not showing up, rescheduling, etc. That is not the case with them!! Everything was done exactly on time and they called me to update me on everything every step of the way. Very reliable. I will be using them again.

Only had him out for an estimate, but he was honest and went through all the details, pros & cons, and tried to make the project work. Ultimately it’s not feasible, but I appreciated his insights and talking about how things SHOULD be done.

I had a little repair on my siding that I needed done. I left a message on Friday hoping to hear from him on Monday. However, he reached out to me on Saturday, when they were closed! He was able to give me a quote with a picture of the damage I sent. He had someone out for me on Monday morning! They did a wonderful job with the repair, and on top of that, they noticed another piece of siding that was about to fall off on the other side of my house, and even fixed that for me at no charge! GREAT company! You can tell they treat every customer as a priority, and I will refer them to anyone in my neighborhood.

The process of working with Knox's Construction was pretty easy. Chaz come to our house and gave us suggestions of which siding material would work the best and in the same visit gave us a pretty detailed estimate. We accepted the bid and gave a 10% deposit and waited about 3 weeks when our materials came in. Chaz and Tom scheduled the dumpster to arrive the same day as the siding materials and the siding crew arrived the next day. Matt and the rest of the siding crew worked from 6am to about 2:30 pm everyday in some pretty extreme heat that Pittsburgh recently received. I asked some questions about the installation and it was very easy to speak with Matt and his crew as well as Chaz who seemed in constant contact with Matt. It took about 4 days to install all new siding, soffits and downspouts on our home. On the final day of installation the crew did a thorough cleanup and more importantly we have brand new siding that we love. I would easily recommend Chaz and his team at Knox Construction for either your siding or roofing needs (repeat customer).

Knox's was able to come out two days after I called for a gutter cleaning and leaf guard insulation. They were super fast and professional and showed us some evidence of roof damage. And even though they suggested we'd need a new roof, there was no pressure on using then nor did they try to sell us anything.

I highly recommend, and honestly we'll like go with them when we do replace our roof.

After the tornado, we lost some shingles on our roof. Knox was available with a speedy, accurate and impeccable estimate and repair! I just want to start of by saying Tom is great. We met Knox at the Fall Home and Garden show on 10/08/23. Tom was there and walked us through what is needed to fix our siding issue. The next day, he was able to come out with his crew and get the issue fixed. He even pointed out a few other issues that he noticed and got them resolved.
