My daughter and I had battery trouble with our shared vehicle recently. It was after eight at night when we arrived at the store; during a heavy and wet snow storm.
What we encountered were two of the nicest men working that evening, Sean and Paul.
These two AutoZone employees really came to our rescue, while at the same time representing their store policies and it's procedures.

She and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Fallon Auto Zone that night. We were two women, alone in a snow storm at night who needed help. They provided us with just that, through their exemplary service and kindness.

From our hearts, we thank you Sean and Paul for all that you did for us that night.

This place is AWESOME, and so are the employees.
The service is quick when ordering parts and they let you know immediately, when said part arrives, wow.

The service was very very helpful they even loaned me a funnel so I could put my power steering fluid in my car and the older lady that works here is amazing she was hands in all the way on trying toake sure I ordered the right part for my power steering cap!!! Will definitely shop here in the future!!!

Well they seem to try and even if the end of the day they still don't get mad looking into free computer and getting parts I just hope after driving 120 miles at work but I do believe they will work just fine and they were able to handle as my computer code reader I have no idea what it is.

Drove 1,600 miles from Dallas to Fallon, Nevada to visit family. When I arrived I noticed my truck's radiator fan would not turn off. This was due to a bad sensor/thermostat. The next morning I visited this store and the gentleman Shawn P. was beyond helpful and friendly. He instantly brought me out what parts he had available at his store and immediately requested for the thermostat to be delivered from their Reno location. By the end of the day I had gotten my parts and was able to fix my truck. He remembered me when I returned and really made it a point to show effort. Made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number. Outstanding work!

Took my auto battery in for a charge, was told over 2 hours later that my battery was bad, and I had to purchase a new one. I took my battery that I took in for service to O'Reilly Auto, had the same battery tested...tested good! Will never return to Auto Zone Fallon.

The coach batteries in my rv were dead. I was going to try to jumpstart them, but Derek checked them and they were not even able to charge. I bought them the previous month in Broussard, LA. David and RJ also looked at the batteries and all agreed that I was sold the wrong type for my rv. In addition, they sold me two different models! Im lucky it didn’t short my motorhome out. Derek, David and RJ swapped them out for me (under warranty) and got me back on the road quickly. Thanks guys!

Absolutely a better parts store then the other chain parts place! There are some outstanding countermen that have impressed me at their willingness to get what you need! This store is my first choice for my automotive and equipment repair needs!

Sold me the wrong oil filter, so after all the oil and filter have been dropped i find myself in a bind. I call the store which just closed 2 mintues proir. The "manager" who answered best advice was go to walmart. No care it was a mistake on there part leaving me in a predicament. Only solve was to reinstall the old bent oil filter, go get the part from walmart as well as more oil since the oil i just got had to be drained to swap the oil filter out. Not impressed i hope for a full refund.

Good service! I had my check engine light checked for free! They explained the code that popped up and printed the info out for me as well. With that info I was able to look it up again at home and fix it myself. It turned out to be the gas cap wasn't tight enough, just like the worker mentioned when he explained the code to me. Ty Autozone for having that ✔️ engine light service for free.
