Vince is always such a pleasure to work with! He helps us with any questions at any hour and worked to get us our vehicle at a price point we were comfortable with. Honestly, this is the second vehicle we’ve purchased through him and he has never made us feel rushed or stressed about purchasing.

Simply as good as you could expect. Pulled into town on a trip through on a Friday midday. Newer F150 in limp mode, Matt & team jumped right in it, figured out the problem with a temp sensor failure, & but for having to get the part in on Monday, would’ve had me all taken care of that day! While not happy my 3k miles $80k F150 died on vacation, couldn’t be happier with the Fallon guys doing all they could to save the day. Reno would’ve been at least a frig’n week!!!

My experience,
They could not have done any better. They were very welcoming and friendly.When working they were right to the point. I had zero stress when buying my vehicle here.
I will definitely be back.
Also, they have some of the darkest and blackest coffee in town.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would! I went in to test drive a vehicle today and gave the manager some feedback on the vehicle we were looking at, upon explaining the issues I noticed he questioned me and said “well did you ask?”! I explained that I shouldn’t have had to ask and that should have been disclosed prior to the test drive. He then through my keys at me stated “ well I guess there’s nothing we can do for you” and stormed off without hesitation. His customer service skills were non-existent and was overly rude during the entire interaction. This dealership just lost a potential future customer and I would never recommend anyone do business here.

The young salesman that was initially assisting us was professional and had the best intentions. It’s just tragic he has to work with such shitty management!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Worse experience ever at this dealership. Most dealers that I have been to, make a point of taking pictures of your vehicle in the event something happens in service. Not this dealer. When my truck was done, I asked about the military discount. How sad to be in a Naval Station town and only be given a 5% discount. I was given the 3rd degree to get a 5% discount. Had they written down my license plate number when I arrived, they would have seen Veteran Plates on my vehicle. My husband is working so he couldn't show his ID. Not going back to this dealer again.

our f150 needed new battery and oil change. my wife said this when it was dropped off and on phone when scheduling. they did not change oil. when i picked it up i discovered it still needed oil because warning on dash. they claimed my wife only asked for battery. even if this were true(and its not). why would they ignore the warning on dash they had to see! why would they not call and say battery installed would you like to leave it here until we can change oil its really low?

An Aussie on a road trip with a Ford rental car and had an underbody fairing loose and dragging on the ground. Dropped by Ford service and they jumped right on it and fixed the car expected no payment, and treated me like a long time customer. the sales staff were very friendly showing me their old cars and fantastic customer lounge. Been decades since you could get this kind of service down under. My sincerest thanks to the team who took the stress out of the situation for myself and my daughter. Gold star rating.

Brought my car in with a check engine light. They charged $150 and didn’t even tell me WHY the light was on, let alone fix anything. And this was after waiting days on end after submitting a request for service online and calling multiple times to set up an appointment. I have such limited mechanic options here in Fallon, and they took advantage of that. Not to mention the idea of charging me $800 just to CHANGE my tires, not even considering the cost of four new tires. I’ll be going to Walmart for that and literally anywhere else to figure out what’s wrong with my car. Waste of money and time.

I rushed in unexpectedly with an unknown car problem and everyone was beyond helpful. They got me in the next morning for a repair and went out of their way to make things easier on my family. Cannot recommend enough!

Fallon Ford recently serviced my 2014 Escape for a factory recall and I could not be more impressed. I was surprised as to how spacious, clean and inviting the dealership is and all the amenities they have for waiting service customers. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful and they knew what they were doing as my car was ready when and they said it would be. They even gave me a free car wash!

First time here and it was such a delightful experience from start to finish. Being able to get a ride home and back while they worked on my car was a great touch. The person that stood out was Alexis she definitely went above and beyond for me as I am new to the area and made some recommendations for places to eat and some things to do for fun! My husband and I had car trouble 60 miles out of Fallon. After being towed back to Fallon, and a couple day stay, Kevin in Service went the "extra mile" in scheduling and service to ensure we were back on the road ASAP. Fallon Ford Toyota gets routine maintenance done pronto. In and out in under an hour, for oil change, rotate tires, complete inspection of my vehicle. I dont take it anywhere else. Awesome!

. Not a very happy customer I’ve had nothing but problems with this car after updates and want and expect a lemon law buyback. This car has been in countless times for repairs on recalls and updates. I feel I more than qualify. Dealership used to work with me, but not anymore. Nothing but the cold shoulder.

I love Kevin at Fallon Ford -Toyota. Kevin always knows who I am as soon as I walk in. He makes sure I keep on top of the maintenance of my Camry. Kevin is so friendly he greets everyone with a smile. I would highly recommend Fallon Ford -Toyota.

At my previous service, I asked for an oil change, and the work previously discussed. They did not do the work, just the oil change. At this recent appointment, they did the work but not the oil change. When I found this out, I became unhinged. Then they tried to blame it on me for not saying anything when I signed the quote. Since I do not work there, I did not know to point this out. Getting it home, they did not do the work right. I’m a bit unhinged at this time, and am not up to calling them. If I remember, I’ll update this review about how they handle it.

Soooo it was not my intention to buy a new vehicle, but I definitely needed one. Jared took care of me from start to finish and even though I waited there most the day, he keep apologizing for something out of everyones control. I would definitely recommend Fallon Ford & Toyota to both family and friends. Amazing customer service and very honest people. Thank you for my beautiful blue Alice, she is doing me wonders.

**2025 update service has greatly improved kept me in the loop when I needed keys created for my vehicle. Accommodated my request to use off-brand keys. **

Sales department is awesome they seem to know what they’re doing.
I wish I could say the same for the service department, I took my ford in for a recall for the airbags (which Ford corporate was nagging at me day &night via phone, email and letter to get done) I was told my ford was going to be ready Tuesday, it’s now Thursday and it’s still not done. I had to call someone in sales to get on one the service advisors to get back with me. . . . And that was after 2 days of trying to get ahold of them through their normal CSR service line.
I think this dealership could learn a lot from Corwin Ford of Reno in regards to service. They (Corwin Ford) keep their customers in the loop with text messages and emails regarding their service appointments and any changes on the status of the vehicles.

Hopefully someone in management is reading this and taking note of the feedback provided and implements some Improvements to their service department as I’d prefer to keep my business local here in Fallon.

I got what I wanted. It did not take all day. All the people where supper nice. My sales person George Chandler was very pleasant to deal with. Not pushing at all. Help us out. Spancer also was great. Then the finance person Jimmy was knowledgeable and great to deal with.
