They did my air conditioning during the summer. Yesterday my water heater flooded my house, they came right away and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them. The workers were so polite and went above and beyond what I called them for. Thank you so much.

Just in Time sold and installed for us a complete mini split system in January this year. We love it and it's saving us utility money monthly. Recently the big unit wasn't performing up to its usual expectations. Called them and they were able to come fairly quickly. They came 3 times before they found that the unit was very dirty and causing the problems. They cleaned it, showing me what I needed to know to do it myself.
They have always been polite, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC issues or a new purchase. Thanks guys for your patience with my calls for help.

Had service work done here, Scott was very professional and brought with him the very latest in diagnostic hardware and with it gave us an accurate picture of the state of the AC system, a good cleaning was in order since it is an older home, and had not been serviced recently. no refrigerant needed, all in good order now, thank you Just in Time!

We had been without ac for a couple of weeks after having 2 other companies bail on us we called just in time. Justin came out and gave us a quote and put us on the books for that Friday. His crew showed up early and spent the day putting in a whole new system for us. thank you again Justin and crew and they all are super friendly to work with. We highly recommend Just in time!!!!

They were professional from beginning to end. Justin came out, gave us a quote in writing with 3 different options. We chose the option we wanted, and then obtained partial financing (which was very convenient). That was about 3 weeks ago. We were told they would install everything today. The technicians showed up first thing in the morning and worked hard all day long. They even cleaned up all of their mess. End result: brand new heating and air conditioning system that works amazing!! Thank you so much, Just in Time. You guys are awesome! I greatly appreciated the professional way in which the Just In Time team helped us to get our swamp cooler working. They literally went above and beyond to help us, even amidst my mistake of communicating too late in the day (I’m so sorry!!!), on a Friday, in which the team member made a special visit to our house to help. The receptionist was very patient with us and everyone we worked with was polite and friendly. Thank you! We look forward to working with them again (our heater may soon need maintenance!). I highly recommend this business.

I asked Justin to assist an elderly widow as her air conditioning was not working during a rash of 100 deg. weather and was in desperate need of repair. They were there within even though it was after business hours and had her up and running that day. What more can you say. Support this company they care!

My AC unit wasn't turning on, called the office and a technician was sent right away. The technician diagnosed the problem with ease, and dealt with the issue, as well as answer all of my questions in great detail, adding various tips to ensure the extension of the life of both my units. From the office staff, to the guy "on the ground", super professional people!

All of the people from Just In Time from the secretary who answers the phone to the owner and the people who come out to your house they are all very professional. Multiple times we had to have them come out with this problem pellet stove we had and they fixed every problem there was. They were always on time clean polite and professional. We highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning problem you may have. Thank you so much everyone from Just In Time for being so patient with us and helping us with our Quadra fire Castile stove.

Against my better judgment, I decided to give them one more chance. They clearly don't value business...I called over a week ago asking to get quotes to get a new swamp cooler for my home...I asked that I be called this past monday, gave them all my information and all I hear is crickets...will just have to take my business elsewhere. If I could give no stars, I would have.

Justin and his crew were nothing but respectful, easy to work with, communicative, and on time. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and the finished product was perfect and on time. I will be using them again!

Just in Time saved my pellet stove again. This time the auger moter went out. The gentleman that fixed my stove was very polite and did a great job. Thank you.

Mike R. told me $65/lb was cheap. Turns out it goes for $13/lb from just about anywhere online.

Don't buy freon from Just In Time.

EDIT: someone came out and was very helpful about my A/C. I think his name was Justin. Actually welded the old thing up and got some more life out of it in a very timely manner, both cost-wise and the fact that it's lasted 4 more years so far. They deserved my amending of this review.

Outstanding professional and timely service. VERY reasonably priced. David was a superb HVAC pro. I will definitely hire them again.

Awesome workers and the nice reception lady is great to work with too! I had them install a couple of mini-splits. One of the units needed to be adjusted after the install and Justin took care of that right away. I'm very happy with the work that they did - on time, fair price and they were very courteous.

American Home Shield texted me the following day and assigned this contractor to fix my AC issue. I've waited for phone call from this company the following day but did not receive any calls. I initiated the call but no one answered the first time. Left them a message but did not get a return call. I called again after 30 min. and finally got a hold of someone. The representative informed me that the technician can check out the issue around 4:00 p.m and informed them we are heading to Reno but will be home around 4:00 p.m I called again around 4:25 and the technician told me he will not going to my house because it is late and he will check it out Monday the following week. The technician also said they have pre-arranged the schedule with me even though I have not received a single call from them about the time of appointment. The technician was so rude to his customer and very disrespectful. This company does not deserve to be rated as 4 stars and I am not recommending them to other customers.

David and Mike were great, the heater went out they came gave me a estimate, ordered the parts, we're back the next day. Replaced everything, made sure I was happy. Great job guys highly recommend.

Great Service, went the extra mile, and made sure i got what i wanted. Installers were respectful and polite. Cleaned up and vacuumed anytime there was a mess, and answered any questions i had. Well 100% be using them to install seamless gutters

Had the misfortune of having to call them 3 times in the last 2 years. Even if you call after hours they are prompt to return your call. Same day service usually friendly honest and reasonable. They will always be my go to heat/a.c. guys! Love them
